I have had a very bad experience with the service aspect of the company from R S Sales Faridabad. They don't care about customer satisfaction and will use abusive and unethical language when an explanation is demanded.

At the time of booking I was informed that the waiting period is 60 days but now it’s 240 Days.
Vehicle booked on 28th September 2021

And no response from the hero team/ hero care....

The authorised centre is not accepting the vehicle. It is only 9 months old vehicle. Please help. I am unable to contact you via phone number for past many days.
