Green wheel service center Chennai Ashok pillar is not giving proper response talking very rude. Gave for service centre they are saying no free service only paid service, i show to them in book it free and ask they said company will say, we will not provide free he says . Will receiving vehicle it self vehicle lot of loose and production defect in service will driving sterling is loos stoping lot of time in move and light not working properly lot part likes battery loss seat not in fitting, but they say all togather i have to pay for it please help me sir they are very rude with customers

I had bought a New model hero Optima Cx single battery scooty on 8 june 2022 .But I am very Disappointed . I am getting only range of 38 km in single charge . And it charges Fully in only 3hrs. I want new battery with better backup .

I have been continuously following dealer at Nagpur (Ebike Mall)
for changing the fibre body damaged in an accident since feb 2022 but
unfortunately I am not getting satisfactory reply as every time it's been told that it has not yet been despatched from pune.

Now it is high time for me, so I am taking necessary action within next 7
days as I haven't received any reply yet.

I have purchased hero electric optima in March 2021 with three years warranty but now one tyre is showing swelled at 2 to 3 points so kindly arrange to change at the earliest so as to avoid any mis-happening in future.

Facing Battery Backup Problem, visited for warranty claim but the dealer is charging a fee for Discharging Labour. We need clarification, on how can the dealer charge to the customer if the product is still under warranty.

Charging plug heating (hero optima hx ) during charging No dealer not responding.

My electric scooter motor and controller damaged...I have informed to Athourised service centre... But there is no proper response..

I have been using this vehicle for 2 years but...the quality of the outer layer plastic was very very bad to me it was so weak I has broken 2 times I have changed it 2 times...but it also broken now, so I give this complaint...

And the service was very worst in showroom...if we pay fees they consider us very less... Not enough satisfied...and they also do not provide us helmet...

Pls rectify this issue and replace me with a new one or existing one
...thank you...

I bought scooty just 4 months back and now it has this manufacturing fault in mortor for which I brought it in bemina service center to get mortor replaced but it has been 25 days since than that no action has been taken ...I am highly disappointed with the service of your company.

Recently dated 14/06/2022 i purchases hero optima cx er from avadesh electric, rajkot and next day i feel the front wheel jumper working very bad and almost nothing because when ever atleast small ditch come at that time front wheel touch with scooter body and give a big sound.
So I request you please consider my request and give a satisfactory solution.

Tried contacting nearest dealership even they are not ready to help, customer care doesn't address my issue.I feel cheated by the company with such a prestigious name . Please help me out
