I had bought a New model hero Optima Cx single battery scooty on 8 june 2022 .But I am very Disappointed . I am getting only range of 38 km in single charge . And it charges Fully in only 3hrs. I want new battery with better backup .

Sir I brought scooty hero Optima HX Before 15 month but I do not running at this time shut down this back will this showroom is closed eye where my scooty maintenance please help me and maintenance and scooty maintenance march2021 3 guarantee period all parts and

I have been continuously following dealer at Nagpur (Ebike Mall)
for changing the fibre body damaged in an accident since feb 2022 but
unfortunately I am not getting satisfactory reply as every time it's been told that it has not yet been despatched from pune.

Now it is high time for me, so I am taking necessary action within next 7
days as I haven't received any reply yet.

I have purchased hero electric optima in March 2021 with three years warranty but now one tyre is showing swelled at 2 to 3 points so kindly arrange to change at the earliest so as to avoid any mis-happening in future.

Facing Battery Backup Problem, visited for warranty claim but the dealer is charging a fee for Discharging Labour. We need clarification, on how can the dealer charge to the customer if the product is still under warranty.

Charging plug heating (hero optima hx ) during charging No dealer not responding.

My electric scooter motor and controller damaged...I have informed to Athourised service centre... But there is no proper response..

I have been using this vehicle for 2 years but...the quality of the outer layer plastic was very very bad to me it was so weak I has broken 2 times I have changed it 2 times...but it also broken now, so I give this complaint...

And the service was very worst in showroom...if we pay fees they consider us very less... Not enough satisfied...and they also do not provide us helmet...

Pls rectify this issue and replace me with a new one or existing one
...thank you...

I bought scooty just 4 months back and now it has this manufacturing fault in mortor for which I brought it in bemina service center to get mortor replaced but it has been 25 days since than that no action has been taken ...I am highly disappointed with the service of your company.

Recently dated 14/06/2022 i purchases hero optima cx er from avadesh electric, rajkot and next day i feel the front wheel jumper working very bad and almost nothing because when ever atleast small ditch come at that time front wheel touch with scooter body and give a big sound.
So I request you please consider my request and give a satisfactory solution.

I was assured that the delivery will be done within a time of maximum 2 to 3 months but its now june 2022 and there is no answer from the company yet. Tried contacting nearest dealership even they are not ready to help, customer care doesn't address my issue.I feel cheated by the company with such a prestigious name . Please help me out

Charger is not working from three days

I have had a very bad experience with the service aspect of the company from R S Sales Faridabad. They don't care about customer satisfaction and will use abusive and unethical language when an explanation is demanded.

I also want to highlight that the battery label quality is very poor and my warranty is revoked by R S Sales Faridabad because the label has wear and tear which has nothing to do with my handling but the poor quality of the label. In any case, I have the invoice and genuine warranty of the product but I am denied service on it.

I am hoping some responsible person from the company will step in and try to resolve my grievances.

I bought the Hero Optima Dual Battery on 29/03/2022 from Thanya motors, Ayapakkam, Chennai-53. When I took delivery itself I was informed to show room to rectify the brake problem but they are not taking it seriously. After the first service they tightened the brake nut but the problem was not solved by Dealer. Again the brake is not holding. If asked by the dealer they inform me that the hero optima model has...

3 months back bring vehicle to showroom for first service, after service noticed that Display not working same asked showroom person for solving problem. He said that complaint is raised it will be resolved in a month, but still not resolved for 3 months, several time visited showroom, only one answer' Shortage of spares, as soon received by them it will be replaced' I don't without spares availability Hero why did launched this product, to make suffer the people

We had purchased an electric scooter OPTIMAE5 from your dealer “Ludhiana Ecomotive Pvt. Ltd.” Vide Invoice No. 304 dated 24.12.2021 and in the last more than 5 months we are not given proper service and our concerns are:-

1. The vehicle number plate has not been given till date. We have only been given Provisional Registration Certificate dated 28.01.2022 and inspite of repeated request number plates are not delivered.

2. The Registration certificate / Original RC has not been given to us till date.

3. We had paid the dealer a lump sum but till date no copy of account has been given by him as to how our payments has been utilised.

4. The display panel of the scooter does not show clear digits and all our complaints are not being attended to by the dealer.

5. The scooter battery shows maximum charging at 52% and have never shown 100% charging.

6. The front wheel fender is broken from the back side since we had taken the delivery but its not replaced till now.

7. There is some noise from behind the head light whenever the scooter is driven.

The contact person at the dealer location is changing every now and then and we have been tired of calling them and explaining our problem. Every time we call it’s just false assurances and promises and nothing else.
You are requested to attend to the above at the earliest.
