They have promise to give delivery between 45 to 60 days but till now it's about 270 days they have not provided delivery nor giving us refund worst service i ever seen ... really very disappointed from hero electric and the surat dealer to

    Respected sir
    I, Ms Sonia kathuria, have purchased hero electric scooty from yr NIT branch on 17 February 2022..But after few days, we observed some fault in scooty battery while charging..We have complaint to that branch& ballabgarh branch also..But after servicing also, same problem arises...If there are issues arises in scooty within 1 month .That means that scooty actually has some problem ...which is not sorted out.
    So, kindly this is my humble request to you to refund my money or exchange it with new one scooty...As there is no solution of this scooty after showing it 4-5 times to yr authorised showroom and servicing..
    Kindly do some favour in this regard.
    Hoping for yr positive response.

        1 . The speedo meter is not showing any reading regarding speed, battery charging and millage.
        I mentioned it during delivery only, but technician discard my appeal.He said that all will be like this you have to be acquainted with it.

        2. During delivery they gave only one battery, after repeated phone calls they gave second battery after one month.

        while taking second battery I mentioned about meter, they said that it is replaced after getting meters by placing order, They are not responding whether order is placed or not?

        3. Battery plugs are not working properly due to loose contacts. Battery change switch is not working. Front shocks are very weak, strucked quite often.

          Bought Hero Electric scooter from Harshesh Ahmedabad @80000 and after three months it started showing issue with charging. after that Battey issues. (not charging) on top of it. when going for service/support/help these reseller "Harshesh Bikes" not bothering to listen the compliant. Also when I told that I will escalate this they replied.. "do wat ever your want to do"

          Same story here with me. This is Padmanaban from Chennai. Bought a new Photon vehicle 4 weeks back, and charger become defective a week back. No support from dealer, Thanya Motors. I'm still waiting for my replacement. Gone thru a lot of physical discomforts since I had to push the vehicle manually from midway, also spend a lot for my day to day transport, after purchasing brand new vehicle for about 89k.

          Going thru big mental stress, since landed with a poor dealer that doesnt know 'client service' -- how am I going to be compensated for all these?

          Does Hero Electric, monitor the dealers? Thanya Motors, having a sales show room 5 kms away from service show room. I bought thinking I'll get service from near by show room, however, found that I needed to travel 10 km (5km up and down) every time for any issues. Except the Showroom Incharge, no one knows what is 'service' also cant understand what customer speak?

          For whatever issue, they ask us to Travel 10 km, drop vehicle, come next day again 10 km travel? Humble request to Hero, pls monitor your dealers. I've bought other 2 vehicles from Hero in the past, and the experience from dealers is almost the same.

          Pls coach your dealers on 'client handling' and servicing. Recent days, Hero Electric is involved in a lot of 'good initiatives' -- however, without proper 'customer service' all your work is total waste.

          You dont serve the clients, believed in you and product. Pls treat buyers properly before they rebel on you.

                  I bought a hero electric scooter optima in feb-22, the wheel cover of the front wheel got cracked from both sides. I complained about the issue to the hero agency ( Vishal hero electric Saharanpur up) from where i purchased the scooter, but no action has been taken to resolve this issue.
                  Kindly arrange to change the front wheel cover of my scooter ASAP.

After giving charge for seven hours, its battery has drained completely after riding 30kms. It has given me a lot of harrasment. I had to bring this bike with my hands from the road.                       We had booked Hero Optima bike on 10th Feb 2022 through M/s Monil Cycles, who is an authorised dealer for your e bikes. The mentioned waiting period of delivery was one and half months.

                      Since the start of this month, we are receiving communication from the dealer that bike delivery will get postponed beyond May and also that the price might vary. The postponement is due to delay in production at Hero, as per the dealier

                      We need the confirmation if this is the real issue or is dealer creating unnecessary delays. Any clarification from your side is appreciated.

                        I, Avinash Kaushik booked a scooty from hero electric named optima hx (dual battery) color blue on 07 September 2021 wide order #HE-LIVE[protected], and the company assured to deliver within 60 days. I was go to imperial cycle company karol bagh and request to deliver my scooty but the dealer said that the supply of the company is short so I give you in next lot. he wast our 6 months, on every month he gives us to excuse and excuse. Then I call to the company many times but there is no response from their side. After that, I mail to their official e-mail info.electric and request to look my matter but there is no response and they mail us to connect with your nearest dealership. I go to the dealer again and I found that the issue scooty to those who booked after my date. I question him he said that I can only deliver the scooty which I booked at my counter not online from the website I found that he take some extra money for that. I complained to the company, they ensure that we can solve the matter in 48 hours and contact you, but nobody contact me. I lost my job due to lack of this scooty. I request you to look at my humble request. I am very thank full to you.

                        i call to call center where mr yogesh ask me to go to the dealer. i told him that the dealer says to the cont the call center for the same. he asks me that he has no idea about my booking. He also told me that his company has no vehicle to deliver. but dealers issue many vehicles by back door . i ask him to give me a number who resolve my problem but he said nothing. He don't know how I get it. they make us foolish. I am very tired because of my losses due to not timely delivery. i am a poor man and my job is lost due to no delivery of this vehicles. what i do .kindly help me.

                          i have purchased hero electric photon on date 23.11.2021. from dealer name om Shri Mahalaxmi Nirman Nagar, Ajmer Road, Jaipur. When i purchased vehicle they say us that government subsidy receive in just 2 months but now they reject our calls ...and say they don't know when will we get subsidy...they are keep rejecting our calls and give false date

                          Dealer Behaviour and staff behaviour is very rude. they are abusing on calls

                              Bought the hero electric flash bike in tiruvannamalai only before 2 months some weeks before, it become off after 40 km then I went to showroom and made complaint they said they have to replace the battery and not even replaced any spare battery ..now while driving it became off and even after charging it's not become on.

                                I have bought Hero Electric Flash from Pulse Electrochem, Bangalore location. I had my first servicing due on[protected]. I have called them several times and they were very irresponsive with communication and avoided my calls several times. And when I finally did get through they sent a service mechanic on[protected]. Who charged me 750 rupees for my first free service. And due to his error my cable for seat lock is cut. And when I called Pulse they said it will cost me 300 rupees to get that fixed. When asked on how could a cable from a brand new vehicle was cut they are trying to blame Hero Electric saying that you don't make quality parts. And as we can clearly see they are vandalising our vehicle to charge us more. When i call them they are being extremely rude towards me. I would like to register a complaint against the store and need help from hero electric to send someone to fix this issue. The Pulse Electrochem is blaming their incompetent to provide proper services to Hero Electric and blaming it on the parts you make.

                                A quick service will be greatly appreciated. As we intend to file a complaint against Pulse Electrochem in the consumer court for their illegal practices.

                                If it was a break cable what would have happened to my life. I am a mother with nine months' baby, trusted the company, bought the vehicle, using the same for daily commutation to office.
                                I never expected this experience.
                                I request your prompt action.

                                  Mere paas apki company ki 2 electric scooty h... Lekin 1 scooty ki body breakage ho gyi h... Iske baare me apke dealer ko complaint note karwai unhone kaha koi baat nahi krwa denge ... 2 din baad unhone kaha ki ap ek baar co. K no. Par call kr dijiye .. apka customer care ki taraf se koi response nahi mila 3 din se regular call kr raha hu ...Maine scooty ki pic isk sath add ki h ap chk kr lijiye.. aj 15 din se main preshan ho raha hu mujhe koi response nahi mil raha...plz ap ise solve kijiye otherwise we take a legal action

                                    No Proper customer support no tracking of booking number, details when we will get the scoty its 9 months completed till date no response even company is not responding just showoff in Twitter why they are promising if they are not able to delivery i have contacted in twitter lots of times just they will advertise that they are doing the best but its wrong the are very careless guys no proper response iam suffering since 9 months dont book in Hero electric

                                      I have booked Hero optima HX dual battery in Month of July 2021 its 3 months the delivery time, till date its not delivered now 9 months completed i have been complaining in twitter and calling the show room Akur motors secundrabad there is no proper response and no answer when the scooty will be delivered, there is no tracking how many delivered and what is my serial number and when i will get my number. when ever i inquire at show room they will say next week i cant book another electric scoty as i have waited for 9 months, now if i book in another brand its also will take another months what i have to do with this attitude of the company and dealer some times they are not even answering my calls over all it very bad company dont book any electric scooty from Hero Electric
