      Dear Sir
      I purchased a Hero Electric Optima LX on 12th March, 2021. But due to the poor quality and manufacturing defects my scooty had broken from the chassis while I was driving which could have led me in a serious accident or injury. There is a crack in the chassis. I am deeply shocked to see this from one of the renowned two wheeler brands. I took the scooty to the concerned automobile dealer and he refused to change the scooty. Everyone wants to now switch to electric and if this issue comes under limelight then no one will prefer the electric two wheeler. Kindly improve the quality and the equipment.
      So I request you to either provide me a new scooty or refund back my whole amount as soon as possible. I will be very thankful to you and wait for your reply at the earliest. I am attaching the details for your reference.

          My hero photon electric bike is not working properly his display is not showing when the battery is discharged fully, indication of battery is not proper my bike is not going beyond 20km in fully charged, and the service person are also not assisting proper my no is [protected]

              आप सभी कैसे हो.
              Sir मेरी समस्या यह है कि 15 अप्रैल 2021 को RAJSHAGUN SALES PVT LTD KD BLOCK PITAMPURA DELHI से HERO CYCLE खरीदी थी. सभी कुछ ठीक चल रहा था. लेकिन FEB 2022 को CYCLE की REMOTE में एक साथ तीनों LIGHT जल गई और मोटर ने चलना बंद कर दिया. जहां से मैंने CYCLE खरीदी थी वह RAJSHAGUN SALES वाले DISTRIBUTOR ने SHOWROOM CLOSE कर दिया था. मैने NAMIT SHARMA जी से संपर्क किया तो उन्होंने बताया कि SECTOR 8 ROHINI में ROCKY CYCLES वालों से ठीक करा लें. वहां पर जाकर जब CYCLE को दिखाया तो उन्होंने 12000 रुपये का खर्चा माँगा था. जब हमने कहा कि यह तो अभी गारंटी में है तो उन्होंने कहा कि पहले क्यों नहीं बताया और बहुत अधिक नाराज हो गए. RAJEEV जी ने नाराज होकर कहा कि आपने CYCLE की ठीक देखभाल नहीं की है आपका काम हम FREE में नहीं करेंगे. जब यह बात मैंने NAMIT SHARMA जी को बताई तो उन्होंने आपका फोन नंबर दिया था. एक बार आपसे फोन पर बात हुई थी जब आप DRIVING कर रहे थे. आपने सुबह 10 बजे फोन करने के लिए कहा था. लेकिन 10 बजे आपसे संपर्क नहीं हो पाया था. इस cycle को 28 साल का आदमी चलाता है और जिसका काम साइकिल से ही चलता है वह साइकिल के रखरखाव में लापरवाही क्यों करेगा. मुझे राजीव जी से support की कोई संभावना नहीं है. Sir/Mam जी आप हमारी समस्या को हल करें. अभी साइकिल में मैं पैसा नहीं लगा सकता हूं क्योंकि 15 अप्रैल 2022 के बाद भी मुझे साइकिल चलानी है. मुझे गारंटी क्यों नहीं मिलेगी. आपका NORTH WEST DELHI में कोई WORKSHOP भी नहीं है. PRIVATE WORK SHOP वाले पैसे की चाहत रखते हैं. ऐसा क्यों

              मेरी बात को कोई ध्यान से नहीं सुन रहा है. PLEASE आप SUPPORT करें. हम HERO के पुराने ग्राहक भी है.

                I have booked Hero Optima HX Dual battery on[protected] with ANKUR MOTORS, TARBUND, SECUNDERABAD, vehicle should be delivered as per showroom terms on or before February 3rd week. Till now vehicle has not delivered and not in a position to tell the exact delivery date and time. Please find attached booking receipt. Please do the needful. Thank you.

                better to cancle the booking go with another brand i have been waiting since 9months my delivery date was october 2021 till now April 2022 i have no response from the dealer or company now iam goin with another brand every time they will say 10 days, next week and after they will tell stories like price will reduce, insurence is going to hike. all fake promises till now ia hvave no idea i will get this year or not

                  Hii there, My name is Chaturpal Singh. I have booked an Electric photon Hx from HERO ELECTRIC - SHANKAR LAL & SONS, AGRA on date 27/02/2022.I have uploaded the reciept they provided to me, which is written on a plain paper with no stamp, no company name, no nothing. I have done the payment from Phonepay of Rs 3000.

                  They told me the on road price of Photon Hx which was Rs 93000(including accessories. After then I quiried the on road price in Delhi which was 84000 on road. I told them to refund my money so that I can buy directly from delhi.

                  On the date of Advance payment which I paid, they didn't told me about no refund of the booking amount. Even I called them on the next day of the booking date to hold my booking and they said ok. We are putting it on hold.

                  In simply words, I want my advance booking back.
                  OR
                  I can buy the same model from Delhi, as I have paid the price to the company, I have the right to take the scooty from any place of my choice

                  I am ready to buy that scooty from DELHI ONLY...

                      I dropped scooty there for insurance claim and servicing and washing.I called them after 10 days they said it takes time soo finally o got a call from them after 25 days that your scooty is ready. When I go there my scooty was same as it was they only replaces 3 parts no washing done no servicing done they said excuse on washing we don't have light even though they can use generator to satisfy customer bro like seriously from 25 days they don't have light and the breaks are making soo much noise they were also same and my scooty dicky was broken that's y I claim for insurance they even don't replaces scooty they makes estimates atleast 10 parts and replaces only 3 they are robers there please I request to look after my matter atherwise I acha get help from consumer coart.Thank you

                          I purchased Optima es on 27.12.2021 from Chennai Eco Motors, from the day of delivery battery voltage on display board was not provided and bars were full. During first week got stuck in middle of journey and came to know battery is dry but still battery bars was shown full in display board. while complaining came to know bars wont fluctuate. started noting mileage to charge battery time to time.
                          during third week got stuck again after driving 55kms. on 25th january spoke with service centre - anu eco motors and provided vehicle for service with issue of battery on 27.01.2022.
                          on 16.02.2022 when appeared to receive back the vehicle on their call, thery said voltage wont appear in this display boards. but bars will start function. i paid 590/- as per what they charged me and said if i feel unsatisfied, ill visit back, but they said if its for battery issue - we can change it if you provide us warranty card.
                          When asked to staff of Chennai eco motor regarding warranty card, they said warranty card is not issued separately, you can get changed from service station by showing the book of Startup Guide which has all details.

                          From 18.02.2022, no personnel from both sides are responding properly.

                                  मेरे द्वारा हाथरस से 27 दिसम्बर 2022 को हीरो इलैक्ट्रिक की औप्टिमा डुअर वैटरी खरीदी हाथरस की एजेन्सी अलीगढ़ की एजेन्सी शिव सागर आॅटोमोवाइल्स से सम्वद्व है। 28 दिसम्बर को मेरे द्वारा हाथरस की एजेन्सी पर कम्पलैन्ट की क्यों कि स्कूटी की आगे के दोनो सौकर लीक कर रहे थे उनमें से हल्का हल्का तेल रिसाव हो रहा था।
                                  महोदय कई वार कहने के बाबजूद भी मेरी स्कूटी के सौकर आज तक नहीं बदले गये अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि स्कूटी के नये सौकर बदलने का कष्ट करें क्यों कि स्कूटी खरीदने के दूसरे ही दिन सौकर में रिसाव होना आपके उत्पादक की कमी का सूचक है।

                                    The showroom of Hero Electric has shut down all of a sudden in Prayagraj (allahabad) in UP and there is no place for the customers to get their scooters serviced within Allahabad since there is no dealership of Hero Electric now in allahabad...since they cannot get their scooters serviced within allahabad district now. They cannot claim warranty on their scooters because warranty is applicable only when all the due services are perfumed on time. Ibought Hero Flash scooter and the riding range (max distance the scooter can go in one charge) has come down to just 48 kms from 68 kms 10 months ago when I purchased the scooter.

                                      I had booked Hero Optima electric bike in Pondicherry (Villianur) dealer by paid Advance of Rs.20000 on 15.10.2021. the dealer promised that bike will be delivered within 90 days and the same he mentioned in the advance receipt too. But still the bike was not delivered and I visited several times to the showroom and no proper response from the Dealer. The customer care number[protected] was not working and complaint mail sent by me to hero Electric mail id on 04.02.2022. but there is no response for that too. Now I don't want the bike and I need refund only. Please help in this regard.

                                        I have given my scooter for service on 31, 01, 2022. my job card no. is 4597
                                        i have complained to check the brake, horn is not working, and to change
                                        the broken rear view mirror. they have taken 5 days for this work.
                                        They delivered the vehicle on 05.02.2022. no works had been carried out.
                                        they had delivered the vehicle without attending any work, the mirror has not been changed. the horn is not working. they have charged Rs.590/- for
                                        which they have not given any bill. poor service. kindly look into the
                                        matter and do the needful.
