This is vaibhav Chavan from Kolhapur.
I had booked hero Optima HS dual battery on 12 Sept 2021 since then I have not received single call from dealership regarding the tentative delivery of my hero optima HS.
Today I had called Mr.vijay ([protected] Ravi motors Kolhapur) regarding delivery of my scooter then he said that hero company changed the delivery policy if you make 1, 26, 000 till tomorrow then we will give you your scooter till Jan end (hero optima HS dual battery).
he said all this when I called him.
when I told him that its not possible for me to arrange 1.26 lac within day then he said if you want your scooter in Jan then it's mandatory to make 1.26 lac payment till tomorrow.

Sir please look into this I have waiting for my scooter since Sept 21 but no proper response from dealership. And please let me know when I will get delivery of my scooter

I have Purchased 2 vehicles
1. Optima Hx and
2. Flash 10 months before From Sub dealer Tushar Patil, at-post Nesari, taluka Gadhinglaj, District Kolhapur, Maharashtra and main Dealer Ambika Motors, Gadhinglaj, Kolhapur Maharashtra. RTO Registration has been completed completed for Optima Hx but for Flash registration is still pending . even after they charged for the same. We are continuously asking for the bill they have yet not provided us the Original Bill. Now they are denying payment received and vehicle sale. We have both vehicles with us at our location. They are not providing us proper services too. So what action should be taken against this issue?
please look into the matter and do the needful. awaiting for your reply.

I purchased elctric scooter on 15/9/2021 with bill name sujit singh invoiceno.VH0000139 from bhardwaj Electronic security system udaipur.and I brought hero optima hx dual battery.it been 3 months I don't receive my subsidy every time I go for inquiry they the subsidy is not get proceed yet so please come a week later. I got exhausted by that at last I m filling complaint here. If it donot resolve my problem then I file case aganist heroelectric in cunsumer form. I want my subsidy as soon as possible. This is the worst camera from Hero electronics. The camera stopped working within a month. Tried to reached customer service worst repose. They ask to reset. The customer is worst they don't take initiative to fix the camera or talk to a manager. I will try to contact Amazon for help. This is worst camera.

I have bought a Hero optima hx single battery on 7th Jan 2021 from Utkal automotive Rourkela.Now after 11 months the dealer charges me for number plate and trade certificate without any bill.I know the trade certificate charges levied by dealer not by customer.

I bought a hero lectro C5E electric cycle from Amazon India on 6-10-21 vide invoice No SDEG-103916 dt 6-10-21 for Rs 24999/-

The Charger is not working and my attempts to get it replaced from The Local Dealer here in sector 31 Chandigarh was unsuccessful. Hero electric is also not responding
Request help as the cycle is useless without a charger

I am a old customer of hero. So with the same faith and insurance I bought hero optima dual battery on 7/10/21 but now the battery issue is there...the scooty has stopped working. Both battery are functionally not working. Want a response from your side.
Scooty bought and date of stopped working is just 1and 1/2 moth... Dosent expected it from hero.

I BOOK MY BIKE ON 08/08/2021 AND STILL NOT DELIVERED MY BIKE AND TODAY AS ON 30/11/2021 I CALL HE SAY ME AFTER 1 MONTH YOUR BIKE COMING PLS REQUEST YOU TO SOLVE THIS AND IF HE NOT ABLE TO GIVE TIMELY SERVICE THEN WHY OPEN BOOKING?? i pay token amount 5000/- as on date 08/08/2021 from phone pe transfer he say in 2 month bike will recd but still no any .. i call many times but not getting right answer and all time give date on date request you to pls provide me good solution and delivery of my bike

I booked hero optima dual battery 4 months back but still I havent receive it yet.
I also went to the dealer which I mentioned in the booking process twice but he said that the said model is not available with him.
I called the customer care also but noone is picking it up .
Please help me regarding this !

I have booked my optima hx dual battery on 21/08/2021 in gupta auto works Kunjwani jammu. The dealer ask me they will deliver my scooter in 15 days. Till now they have not deliver my scooter.

Most of the iron parts are rusting in the optima HX dual battery.

note: front-wheels baring rod is rusting. as everyone knows rust will reduce the strength of the iron.

if something happened while driving due to a rusted rod, who going to take responsibility ??

kindly replace the rusted part with good quality materials.

Hi my name is ajay malhotra, i have hero optima motor no: hefl[protected] was fault on 14 november and visit to gitanshi hero electric for repair they said we have send this motor for replacement and will be able to get this repair within 10-15 days. after many follow up call mesassages no response by mr. manish, sagar and praveen. till today still they were not responding to get this resolve as well as their behaviour and excuses also arguments with me as customer this vehicle i have purchased for my old age sr. citizen father now he is totally worried about vehicle will be repaired and given back by gitanshi hero electric b-14/a, deoli rd, pkt b, duggal colony, khanpur or not. such a poor and so much bad experience i have with them please if there any responsible person from hero

I purchased a hero electric nyx hs500 er from chennai eco motors chengalpattu
from the day one the service from this dealer is very worst.we purchased this bike because of the name HERO, but now its look like a worst ever bike. The dealer is not giving proper service.I given a compliant for brake failure on 15th november still date it was not resollved by this dealer.

i never recomand to any one to purchase hero eclectic bike.

I booked on July 13th from ankur motors, secendurabad when I call they always postponed the date this is ### disgusting I can't be polite always to them. am fully frustrated due to overwhelming response it may be late in delivery is ok bt this is too much delay more than 5months hogaya. We have pay extra from our pocket as the price hiked optima dual battery if it again goes hike who the hell will pay extra please sort out this issue for me seriously full frustrated with ### response

Vehicle has a very bad speedometer and the internal parts get damaged easily. my vehicle being a new one of jus 10 days of purchase has stopped working and the service center is not available most the time

मेंने एक हीरो इलेक्ट्रिक आप्टीमा स्कूटी आनलाइन 8 सितम्बर को बुक की थी | जिसका आडर नंबर # HE-LIVE[protected] है | इस आडर की कुल कीमत 58980 रुपये है | आनलाइन अडवांस 2999 रुपये और 55981 रुपये आडर की डिलीवरी पर अदा करने है | इस आडर की अभी तक मुझे डिलीवरी नहीं मिला है | मैंने हीरो इलेक्ट्रिक के कस्टमर केयर पर अनेक बार फोन किया परंतु ना तो किसी ने फोन उठाया और न ही कोई जवाब मिला | मैंने कस्टमर केयर की मेल आइडी पर भी दो बार मेल द्वारा भी उपरोक्त आडर की डिलीवरी से सम्बन्धित जवाब मांगा परंतु कोई जवाब नहीं दिया गया | फिर मैंने हीरो इलेक्ट्रिक के डीलर मंगत मोटर सिरसा हरियाणा जो उपरोक्त आडर में डिलीवरी के लिए सलेक्ट किया गया था | मंगत मोटर सिरसा ने उपरोक्त आडर की डिलीवरी के लिए 84000 रू की मांग की और उन्होंने कहा कि उपरोक्त आडर की अडवांस राशि 2999 रुपये काट कर बाकी 81000 रुपये देकर आप्टीमा स्कूटी की डिलीवरी ले जाओ | यह मेरे साथ फ्राड व धोखा हुआ है | कंपनी के कस्टमर केयर नंबर व ईमेल सब फर्जी लगते हैं क्योंकि वहाँ पर किए गये फोन या ईमेल का कोई जवाब नहीं दिया जाता है | मेने 2 नवम्बर को भी इसी साइट से आपको उपरोक्त डिलीवरी से सम्बन्धित एक शिकायत ईमेल द्वारा भेजा था लेकिन कोई जवाब नहीं मिला | मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है कि उपरोक्त आडर की डिलीवरी कब और कहाँ से होगी यह जानकारी मुझे उपरोक्त आडर में रजिस्टर मेल आईडी पर दी जाए | धन्यवाद |
