I booked an electric scooter online with booking amount of Rs.2999 on 11th oct 6;38 am, but it's looked too dalay in delivery. So i want my refund as soon as possible.
I tried to call your consumer number[protected] To many times but there was no satisfied answer from your side then i complaint in National consumer forum against you and they told me that you have to know your complaint No. 3037779.
I hope your respected company HERO ELECTRIC will short out this issue at urgent basis.

          We purchase Hero electric NYX Hx one year before... TN13 V 5163
          this bike quality was worst and its quality becoming more dangerous to human life ...

          After purchasing a new vehicle within a few months front brake assembly broke and the bike was skidding, the person who was driving got a minor injury then informed the dealer they respond immediately and rescue him..
          very good support from the dealer so we ignore that issue...

          recently 3 weeks before the bike was created a major issue front handlebar was locked and the bike was suddenly fallen, the person who was driving got a major injury, last three weeks he is on bed rest due to a leg injury(a few days before only taken from the service center)

          Please replace this modal and give me a successful modal new bike( we are ready to pay some amount)

            Hi All,

            I purchased the Optima Hx dual battery scooty from Yuvan Automobiles Najafgarh Delhi. They are not ready to give me the bill of 64000 which i paid to them. They only give me the bill of amount 62000. Also they charges the insurance for rs 3000 but provided the insurance of rs 2085 only.. Dealer is totally fraud and taking extra money from the customer .

            Also ever after 45 days they are not given the RC and number plate.

            Yuvan automobile (Hero electric) totally fraud dealer so please help me to complaint against this dealer.

              Never imagined that reputed company like Hero will do this with there customers

              I purchased Hero PHOTON From Go green Sector 21 chandigarh on 22.10.2021 i.e. Yesterday from dere only i am getting problem of e bike getting stop/non functional on the way even if it is fully charged .Even meter shows that battery is fully charged but eventually it is not showing exact battery left to charge bike.

              I purchased a Hero Optima 2020, On that day onwards i am getting the full charge, day by day it get louder and irritating, I repeatedly telling to the not working and they simply check battery full and delivering the bike and next it started the not working, I have telling repeatedly for one year, its not working, they telling as every hero optima model has the same problem, so kindly im requesting you to take action immediately

                Hisar dealer not provided this model. I have contacted near by dealer Fatehabad city. Dealer demanding now 84000/-

                    With reference to the enclosed bill copy No.304 dated 17.06.21. I was booked hero Optima ER 500 GREY COLOUR on 17.06.21 Agreed total on road price Rs. 66076/-. M/s. Villianur motors requested me to pay advance payment sum of Rs. 10000/- to register booking with Hero electric. After payment Villiany motors committed and said within 45 days from 17.06.21 they will deliver bike.
                    After readiness of bike we have to pay balance payment sum or Rs. 56, 076/-

                    Followup details with Villianur Motors

                    Self Direct Followup 1 Dated 16.07.21, Answer from villianur motors - Bike ready its under transit we will dispatch on or before 30.07.21

                    Self Direct Followup 2 Dated 02.08.21, Answer from villianur motors - Bike ready delay in transit loading issue we will dispatch on or before 15.08.21

                    First call received from villianur motors on 03.10.21 ( BIKE PRICE INCREASED BY HERO MOTORS HENCE YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PAY ADDITIONAL AMOUNT RS. 5000/- FROM THE EXISTING AGREED PRICE RS.66, 076)
                    Reply for the phone call i said . I will come and to your office we let us discuss in direct.

                    Direct followup 5 Dated 06.10.21 Met Villianur motor representative he said price are hiked by hero electric without any prior notice hence you pay additional Rs. 5000/- or else we will cancel your previous booking. During that day i noticed that same villianur motors dispatched many bike to other customer those who paid morethan 30000/- advance.

                    I booked bike on 16.06.21 as per your requested advance but now you are saying those who paid morethan Rs.30000/- your have given priority and dispatched bike. Also I will bear rs. 5000/- additional amount its not my mistake . Requested to share Hero electric contact details.

                    Met Villianur motors MD he said Hero electric hiked price without any prior information. Hence all the pending booked bikes will applicable for price hike. I said i was booked bike from 16.06.21 and following you regular interval. Hence price hike will not applicable for existing customer like me.

                    He shared Mr. Umapathy of Hero electric representative no. [protected]. Then I spoke with Mr.Umapathy he taken con call with villianur motors MD . I explained all the story with Mr. Umapathy He politely heard all the story and said finally its not in our mistake, there is no chance to waiver of price hike to you even though you booked bike and waiting for morethan 100 days. Finally he said i will provide Rs. 1000/- self discount balance additional Rs. 4000/- you pay to villianur motors and collect bike from them.

                    without any huge argument politely heard his words and moved from that concept. Today date 25.10.21. Still there is no phone call response from villianur motors.

                    I am having all the videos and audio recordings of all the correspondence followup. I am requesting Hero electric to look on to this issue and solve the issue amicably.

                    I will not move to any consumer court or media. I will just forward same to social media with all this correspondence video to social media and other competitors to know people and other competitors available in market how hero electric cheating customer for the past 5 months.

                          So I had booked a NYX HX dual battery on 18/08/2021. And had paid booking amount of Rs.5000. And they informed waiting time will be 45-60 days as committed by them.
                          But now they are not standing on there words and also demanding higher price to which they told at the time of booking and STILL VEHICLE NOT DELIVERED.
                          I am from a poor family and after earning daily by doing hard work and with all my savings we decided to purchase the vehicle. But now after I am facing problems and not happy with service.
                          PLEASE IF POSSIBLE KINDLY Please help me in getting the vehicle as soon as possible.
                          I have attached the bill receipt of my booking order.

                              This is Amit Shah from Thane, Maharashtra and this is w.r.t Optima E-5 purchased by me on[protected] from "Monil Cycles, Mulund West, Mumbai, Maharashtra". (Invoice copy attached herewith for your kind and quick reference and perusal)
                              During Aug-2021, I faced an issue with the starting of the vehicle- the vehicle was unable to start. So I called up the dealer "Nextgen Tech Initiatives Pvt. Ltd" located at Thane, Maharashtra (who happens to be close to my residence) to get the vehicle inspected and serviced. The dealer managed to take the vehicle to his service station/ showroom and after inspection (which took around 4-5 days) informed me that there was some issue with the Controller and the same needs to be checked and/ or replaced. He however conveyed to me that since I had bought the vehicle from Monil Cycles, I will have to get the controller issue resolved through Monil Cycles only. Since then the vehicle has been lying with the dealer "Nextgen Tech Initiatives Pvt. Ltd"
                              Therefore after a talk with Mr. Monil Mehta from Monil Cycles, I, on the 27-Aug-2021 delivered to Monil Cycles the "Controller No- HEAAOPE18110599" (Job card copy attached herewith for your kind and quick reference and perusal) I was told that it would take about a month or so to get the replacement.
                              Since 07-Sept-2021 till date I have been enquiring about any updates on the same both through whats app messages and mobile number +[protected].(Screenshots of the whats app messages and the call log are shared herewith for your kind reference and perusal)
                              As I was conveyed about the duration of around a month or so- initially I just enquired about the updates on whats app and then only since 02-Oct-2021 I called the mobile for the updates/ status of the issue since on 25-Sept-21 I received the reply that the dispatch is scheduled on Monday i.e. 27-Sept-21 and I would be kept informed about the updates/ status.
                              Keeping the customer informed about the updates/ status comes later; firstly one has to have the courtesy to answer/ reply to the customer messages/ calls. As seen from the whats app screenshots, most of the messages have gone unreplied. And also whenever (after several tries) I do get connected to the mobile number +[protected], Mr. Monil Mehta is never at the shop/ premises or else is very busy to answer my calls and give me the updates/ status. It is the lady staff who, at a couple of instances after enquiring with Mr. Monil himself, gives me a standard reply that the controller will be arriving next week and give a call on the next Monday.Finally on 13-Oct-21 I had to confront on the mobile call and also on the whats app message to share with me the contact details of the concerned person in the company so that I can follow up the matter with him and get to know the status/ updates of my issue. However, no details are shared yet.Now today on 19-Oct-21 when I made a mobile call, the lady staff did receive it, however after listening to my name she did not speak a word and just kept the mobile handset on one-side on the ongoing call mode and also without disconnecting the call. I kept the call live for about 6-7 minutes and could hear some chit-chat of the people and also that of Mr. Monil in the shop/ premises. Then the call was disconnected by their side and later the mobile was switched off. This is the kind of service meted out to your customers- to ignore them, harass them, take them for a ride and test their patience. Such a type of sub-standard service or humiliation of the customers was not expected/ thought/ imagined to be meted out by the dealers of your brand. It was only because of your brand that I had decided to buy your vehicle else I had other choices also available and that too with less costs. Presently I am forced to be regretting my decision to buy your vehicle. One would be at peace to rather shell out a few extra thousands for a vehicle/ company with a good after sales-service network along with premium quality and additional/ smart features.
                              I kindly request you to look into the matter at the earliest and resolve the issue else I would have no option left but for the legal remedy.

                                Dear Sir, it is to inform you that I have purchased a Hero Flash Li-ion from Vinayak Auto, Naranpur, Dist- Keonjhar, Odisha Vide Invoice No 119, Dtd- 20.12.2019. In the meantime the battery of the said vehicle replaced two times. The battery replaced second times was also defective. The battery sent for replacement is given to dealer on 26-09.2021 and as per dealer it has been approved on 30.09.2021 but battery has not yet been received. It is also presumed that the vehicle may be defective as the vehicle run only below 2, 000 KM. I have contacted the Zonal Manager, As Given By Dealer is Mr.Avinandan 2 Times, but he is not taking any interest to solve the matter. I have contacted Mr Avinandan in Mobile No [protected]. My vehicle is in warranty period and I am facing a lot of difficulties due to negligence of proper service . Therefore I would request you kindly look into the matter as early as possible or may replace the vehicle with its higher model and I will assure you to pay the differential amount so that the problem will be solved . An early action in the matter may kindly be taken with an intimation to me.
