I have a hero optima Li low speed scooter which i purchased 6 months back. It's battery is not goving proper mileage. Mileage is less than 10 kms .
I got the battery checked at the service center and they confirmed that battery has issue .They assured that my battery is under gurantee and will be replaced within 15 days.
Today is 15th day . I went to them and they have no idea where my battery is.
Such a horrible service . Bad experience.
Please help .

But dealer was not in a mood to give one to me. Mr ranjit kumar area manager was also with dealer when i approached the dealer. He also...

Reference to the subject, I had placed my order of Electric bike Optima HS500 ER on[protected] at Sri Venkateshwara Motors (Madakasira - 515 301 Andhrapradesh) for the price of 65000/- INR including (registration fee, insurance fee etc.) agreeing all the terms and conditions. Now the dealer where i booked my order is asking around 4000/- INR extra against Registration and Insurance charges kindly confirm us is it really necessary to pay it once the order is placed.

As per my knowledge any changes made after the order is placed not likely yo applicable for those who have already placed their order. may be it is applicable for those who wants to book their order after the changes have made.
Please give us help in this regard

I brought Hero Electric Nyx Scooter Two months ago.But In two months in scooter many problem started. First problem is battery backup and second is charging system. By the Dealers battery is runed 120 km single charge but i was not achived is goal one time. And battery charging socket wiring system is very poor once battery showed full charged but in next time battery show low. by the Dealer not Help me rightly they say all oky but no ok.

श्रीमान से निवेदन कि मेने दिनांक 14 अगस्त 2021 को अपने भाई श्री बन्ना लाल जाट को उपहार देने के लिए हिरो इलेक्ट्रीक ऑटीमा डयूल बैट्री ग्रे रंग की गाडी बुक किया था असके बाद मेने सुप्रीम मोर्टस टोंक से पुछा की हमारी गाड़ी कब मिलेगा तब सुप्रीम मोर्टेस टोंक द्वारा बताया की आपकी गाड़ी सितम्बर के पहले सप्ताह में मिलेगी । उसके बाद 19 अगस्त को सुप्रीम मोर्टस द्वारा फोन के माध्यम से बताया गया है जिसमें नाम बन्ना लाल जाट गाड़ी ऑटिमा डयूल बैट्री का रंग ग्रे और ऑनलाइन के समय जमा की गई राशि का विवरण भी बताया गया कि आपकी गाड़ी आ चुकी है आकर ले जाइए और जब हम गाड़ी लेने के लिए शोरूम पहुंचे तो सुप्रीम मोटर्स टोंक द्वारा हमें गाड़ी देने से मना कर दिया गया और हमारे गाड़ी किसी और को हमसे अधिक मुल्य (हमे ऑन लाईन बुक करने के कारण एक्स शोरूम 58999 मे देना जरूरी था ) किसी और को बेच दी गई जब उसके बाद मैंने हीरो इलेक्ट्रिक टोल फ्री नंबर पर कस्टमर केयर से बात की तो उन्होंने मुझे राजस्थान सेल्स मैनेजर के कांटेक्ट नंबर [protected] दिए जब मैंने उनसे बात की तो उन्होंने बताया कि मैं आपको गाड़ी सितंबर के अंतिम सप्ताह से पहले पहले दिला दूंगा और मैंने उनसे पूछा कि यह हमें बार-बार शोरूम बुलाकर मना क्यों करते हैं इसका कारण बताइए तो उन्होंने बताया कि मैं भी सुप्रीम मोर्टस टोंक बात करके जवाब देता हूं उन्होंने मुझे आज तक वापस कॉल नहीं किया है उसके बाद 28 सितंबर को सुप्रीम मोर्टस टोंक पूछा कि हमारी गाड़ी आई या नहीं आई तो उन्होंने बताया कि आपकी गाड़ी आ चुकी है और आपकी गाड़ी ले जाइए उसके बाद हम शोरूम जब गाड़ी लेने पहुंचे तो उन्होंने बताया रुपये आप मुझे 73000 रुपये दीजये मे तो आपको 73000 रु मे ही दूंगा ! जब 2999 + 70000 का भुगतान QR कोड को स्केन कर दिया गया । उसके बाद भी सुप्रीम मोर्टस टोंक गाड़ कोई बिल नही बनाया गया ! और बताया गया कि मे आपका बिल जब बनाउग जब अगले माह मे आपकी गाड़ी का मुल्य 73000 रु हो जायगा ! श्रीमान जबकी मेने गाड़ी बुक की उस समय पर भी गाड़ का मुल्य 58999 रु था जब 28 / 9 / 2021 की ली थी उस समय भी मुल्य 58999 ही था !
अतः आप से निवेदन है मुझे दिनाक 28 /9/2021 के बिल अन्य खर्च बिल या मुल RTO रसीद की प्रतिलिपी उपल्बध कराने का कष्ट करे और जो अधिक भुगतान हुआ है वह वापस करवाने का कष्ट करे

Its good if you cannot produce and fulfill customer needs then stop taking booking simple not sure still booking is taken at showrooms when there is no supply

Afterall cant trust a cycle manufacturing company anymore

I have book optima HX double battery at Ankur motors on[protected] they assured me that vehicle will deliver within 2 months time, I have been chasing on it still i have not received the vehicle not any proper update from showroom guys they are asking me now to cancel vehicle since they are not aware when the vehicle is going to deliver

I have order a electric bike model : NYX-ER in silver colour on 1/7/2021 but it's been a 3 months still I didn't not receive the bike and their is no proper response with local dealer, he always telling the alternative dates or telling to take back the money. But I need bike only.

This is Elumalai([protected]) from Chennai, Tamilnadu Nadu. 7 month before I purchased HERO NYX(TN13V2815) from thanya motors Chennai. 5 days before I went showroom for my second service. Showroom technician said it is motor complaint, you need to replace, and showroom manager said it's not covered under warranty.. I'll send mail to Hero company, I will change the motor if company gives approval. Otherwise you need to pay.
Now what can I do ... I'm a milk delivery man ... scooter is necessary... that's why I purchased your product..and I trusted your company.. not even one year completed I'm facing this issue...till now my bike is not delivered back to me.. kindly help me

We purchased Optima LA on[protected] from Dwarika Motors, Address - Dwarika Mor, Station Pillar No. 810 " Frame serial no. [protected], Motor Serial no. HEFL[protected]", But we have issue on battery & charger, charger is not working. We came here to replace charger but agency refused to replace & told it will take more than 7 days and also not accepting bike for service. Plz you tell me how can bike charged without charger. Kindly help to resolve this issue of charger battery issue.

Hello I had booked Hero Electric Photon scooter in July, But still not received dealer informing that he is not getting scooters from company. Dealer name is Samarth motors Shirur

I buy hero optima hx dual battery last week. I have a problem.when battery is full charge I go for ride at only 5-6 kilometres battery indicator is come to 0.

Hi I bought hero electric bike on March, 2021. All others I am satisfied but with brakes I am totally disappointed. Even if I apply both the brakes the vehicle is not stopping. If I travel in traffic, then it's a very big problem. Most of the time I am hitting the vehicle which is standing before. Please proceed a solution for this brake issue
