Battery complaint
Purchased on:14/09/19 from Evergreen motors Vadakkal Alappuzha.
I purchased a scooter having battery warranty of three years but from June 2021 the battery was not working. I inform this to the new showroom(Green Planet Poonkavu Alappuzha) because the old Evergreen showroom was closed. They told me to submit the documents copy together with the battery, based on that I submit both. But so far the complaint has not been resolved. I request you to solve the complaint as soon as possible.

I have purchased hero optima on friday and ran it 30 km but battery indicator is not showing low battery

I bought a hero bike in vellore tamilnadu. but the bike met an accident for this bike i want to replace a new bike for this he told to give a amt for this but upto date 1 month crossed but the was not credited to my account

We bought hero electric scooter optima LK from kottayam on 17th June 2021. It shows full charge and we are not able to use it even for 4km. We called the agent and they said to bring it to the shop to check battery. On the way, he was not able to reach and they brought another charge to bring my son to the shop. Again it has problem and we informed. They can't do anything. Can you take it back and return the money. We will look for another company. My contact #0091 [protected]

I book hero optima before 2 months but i dont get

Battery indicator work does not well.

Purchase heroelectro on 07 Mar21.Dealer.for servicing of e bike.he give many excuse regard servicing of e bike.lastly he kept cycle for 3-4 day for servicing saying he has no spoke causing inconvenience to me.it is clearly shows the defecency of service of company.

I have purchased the hero flash electric scooter from your Armoor dealer in district ..nizambad from telangana state.i have purchased 2scooters from your dealer and 2scooters have got the same problem but dealer is saying battery is not available in the factory.how many days the customer have to wait .my contact number is [protected] kindly do needful to me.you name should not spoil in the market.

My charger is in warrenty period, dealer has sent it to ludhiana unit for rectification but they said it will take 15-20 days for return .my compaint is that how we run our scooty for 20 days even company & dealer both didn't provide us another charger as backup for 20 days . I didn't recommend another person to purchase scooty from Hero electric.

I Radha Mohan Nayak from Jagannath Prasad Block, Ganjam district, Odisha purchased a hero optima HX from Narayani Motors, Berhampur, Ganjam District, Odisha. That electric Scotty's controller did not work properly so I called the authorised dealer to repair it because it was under Guarantee period. So that dealer took controller and assured to return back with in 7 days but 1 month already passed away still the dealer have not given that controller. I called the dealer many time to send a guy to repair the scutty but he did not send a guy till now give. Service is very poor. I tired by calling the dealer and now I am mentally harased. My mob no [protected]. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I purches hero electrcic flash on 3/4/2021 at deoli from tonk dealer of hero electric.but still i not get bill of scoty and insurance paper.dealer alwas make excuse for this.plese do something

But I can't get it by[protected] they mentioned order will be delivered within 45days) .So when I am contacting them through mail for my booking amount refund, they said that " Provide your cancel cheque we will refund your amount" . Then I sent my cancel cheque for refund on[protected]. But they can't gave any update regarding my money.

I bought optima HX 20 days back from golden showroom sanganer Jaipur. From the day I took it, I got never satisfied. They gave me third class battery. More than 7 problems found and I think it's a defective piece. Service quality of golden showroom is worst to worst. After selling bike they even don't receive the call.

I am frustrated with the quality of bike and service of showroom.

Pls give me my Optima hx dual batter status Order #HE-LIVE[protected]] (08 August 2021)

I have booked Hero Optima HX scooter on company's website. I didn't get any calls or emails after placing the order apart from order confirmation mail. I called dealer and he said order is not placed with him and wait for some time. I waited for some time and called him again. He told me the same thing.

I wrote a mail to customer care and got a reply saying that please wait and the order will be delivered within 30 to 45 days.

I waited 48 days and didn't get any call. I wrote another email and they gave me Sales Manager number. I called sales manager and he is telling to cancel the order and book again with dealer. If I have to book again from dealer, why do we have book option from website? Why did they tell me to wait so far? There is no proper mechanism to cancel order also.

I need the scooter as early as possible. Please consider my order placed on the official website and deliver it soon.

I own a hero zion lx and its charger is not working anymore the dealr is unable to provide any solution saying company is not responding to his request without charger the vehicle is halted its not been even a year and without any spare charger from company what will i do of the scooter

Before one mothh I had changed my battery and charger in scooty from your hero service centre in fruit garden nit-5 Faridabad I give him the payment 22500 cash after receiving the payment the showroom owner denied to give the bill of the battery and scooty and but right now I feel some problem in charger charger is not working properly then your executive says we will replace the charger but you have to pay rs 350 every time you visit in showrom

I have booked on 02.07.2021 a Hero electric bike and paid 3000 next day i have cancel it same on 06.07.2021 & called to hero for refund.they askied for canceled chek i i have submitted but still thy have not issued my refund till date.
