I purchased Hero Duet from Singh Cycle & Motor co, Pune on 8th Feb 20019
I haven't got the vehicle number yet. It's very frustrating me as I took the bike by cash and still it's taking too much time. I want to return the bike and get my money back earliest possible.

Are you really serious about your business? Then cancel such dealers those are not providing vehicle number or registration number since 3 months.

    This is to bring to your kind notice that i have got service of my bike bearing regn. No. Dl4s cq 6044 on 18.4.19 at shiv ganga automobiles, peera garhi, new delhi-63. They have charged an amount of inr 2045 vide invoice no.11461cd19v1328 dated 18.4.19. But they have not resolved the issues/problems regarding the service of my bike. They are making excuses and every time they sent me back whenever i visited to resolution of my problems. More than 5 times i visited the work shop as mentioned above, but they never even listened to me. I have called customer care center so many times but nothing has been done in this matter till date and the issues are still pending.
    In view of the above matter you are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. Kindly contact me at [protected], if needed.

      Sir,
      I have buy new glamuor on 14th-apr-2019. Since the day i am facing problem regarding less torque and power not climb in height roads and flyover.
      I have complained three times in concern showroom and service center but they not resolving my issue. The service technician is a also given feedback the bike clutch plate and gear have problem and need to replacement after that the service manager not resolving bike issue. Kindly provide positive response to change engine because from the purchase day my bike engine torque and speed is bad. My new bike engine opened three times by service team at service center. After many mail they not replying and giving positive response need your support.

        I bought a duet scooter from dd motors bhubaneswar on dt 9.3.2017 engine no je33aagl22343. At time of purchase handle lock wasn’t working properly i was given assurance that it will work after use at the time of first service the same assurance was given after constant use of more than two years the lock is not working properly on dt 28.4 2019 i went to the service station i was told rudely that as i have not done all free service there is no warranty and 5 years warranty is only on engine i went to the sales shop and i was told that they only sell scooters and they don’t receive after sales complaint i fell that the dealer is carrying on adeceptive trade practice the service book guarantees a five year warranty as my scooter has run for only 2700 km the service centre advised me to bring the scooter for service after it has run 500km

          I bought 2nd hand pleasure from Bhavani Auto Agency Sardhana Meerut. Still I didn't received my original papers of scooty. He make fraud with me. Please take strict action again the showroom owner ASAP, otherwise I will complaint against him in court.

              I bought a new hf deluxe last month. Now i facing an issue with braking system. As the hero motor corp is providing 5 years warranty. I have visited the service centre but their mechanic are not able to rectify the problem. But when i request them (Dealer) to replace the defected part in warranty, they are telling that warranty is applicable on engine only.
              Please suggest what to do.

                I bought passion expro on 29 of march 2019 and i found some problems.
                1. It does not have power and pickup as 110cc engine. It seems like a repaired or old engine.
                2. I found that it does not have good quality breacks on both the rear and front like dream yuga and honda shine.
                3. Third one is, its head light does not cover all the road. It shows some dark spots between the light area.
                So according to my experience and according to dream yuga and shine it is the failed bike.
                Bought from varenyam showroom zone -2 mp nagar bhopal.

                      Hi,
                      I have previously called and told to the customer care, that the service centre is not providing good service and charging heavy amount. I have bought bike in april 2015, i have been doing service regularly within the time frame and oil level in maintained accurately. Now engine make some noise and they are asking to replace the engine. What a poor service for the past 4 years in your hero service centre. It's a day robbery from your side snacthing money from poor people. If you want money, beg us, we will give. Don't do like this and trust is broken fully. I need my engine to be replaced fully at free of cost and sort out the issue.

                          I have bought the bike (Maestro edge) 2 years before and i am giving for regular service to prakash motor service centre but since four months my bike was noising after crossing the speed of 45. Every month i was going service center to resolve my problem and they were charging some amount but couldn't fix.

                          I have followed continuously four months, then they resolved this problem but new problem came...

                            I have purchased this vehicle just five months before and i have to take it for servicing trice till date.
                            Following problems has been seen frequently even after every servicing
                            1. The self does not work if we start after one day the respective person who has done servicing said start it with kick first that to okay
                            2. 2. Then its relay was short circuited and once the vehicle is on it does not off and finally its battery discharge
                            3. 3. Again i have given to servicing but after the servicing also this continues and now battery is discharged and even by kick it is not starting also after servicing they have not closed all parts properly and its all parts vibrate while driving if this is how a new vehicle works under hero than no one should have purchased it
                            I am really disappointed by its working and servicing that i have started suggesting people not to buy it

                              Iam m purna prakash i purchased hero hf delux 10 months before regarding this i have some doubts so please clarify me

                              1. Iam attending 3rd service in dasarath kandrika but they are not enter into online is there any my fault

                              2. At the time of my4th service dasarath motosr are not there soo iam attending rm motosrs near pvp wiht 1000km more then my bike is not suitable for 4th service

                              3. My bike completed 1000km my bike was suddenly stopped doesn't start. So iam went to rm motors near pvp in that mechanics are sed to me some starting coil was melted so in that i have warranty or not

The name of the company is suguna automobiies located avinashi road, coimbatore. Accepted delivery on 18.04.2019, till date (25.04.2019) no response from them.                                   This is abhishek sharma, a customer of herofi corp, i purchased a bike and finance through your fi. My last installment got bounced, so one of your personal made me call and start abusing, that why are you not depositing installment.

                                  So this is how your collection team do the work, humiliation is the part of your work, to abuse mc/bc is general practice in your task. This is how your collection person do their job.

                                    The civil request has said that on may 13, 2018, a branch of heav moto corp had purchased from gupta hero farrukhabad and from time time gupta hero's service center scooters served 5680 kms. Scooter black smoke was badly damaged. I have complained to the number of service center at the time but there is no hearing that i am very worried. Plz help me

                                      Purchased a hero pleasure from pratibha motors, pune on 15th jan, 2019. Till date i have given my pleasure 4 times for servicing. I am really irritated now, for the same problem am i suppose to come 4 times? Is this the kind of service or quality of vehicle your company provides?

                                      Sir my bike super splendor registration no jh10az 9710 purchased on 2016 I want to know that bike under warranty period and could I replaced main stand or not.the service person not good like talking and working . No warranty will be taken without complaint any kinds of bike problems they were directly dinied.

                                      Bought a bike achiever 150 august 2018.it was not up to the mark like service, mileage, setting, light cover loose etc.I complained after bought a bike.but nobody response.I want change my bike otherwise i send my this complain to MD office .one more thing that service center of the hero bike at munirka is very...horrible.

                                      When I visit to Vijay motors showroom for buying two wheeler part of my motorcycle . Their cashier and all staff denied to accept digital payment by any payment and said we never accept payment online/digitally
