Helo in previous month i bought splendor bike but in one month while driving in its exhaust muffler pipe have problem this problem then i take this to solve this problem at went to agency i said this problem to manager but they do not reply to my this problem and as well as they want money also to repair this whilst i insurance of this bike to 5 year

    Hi there,
    I wanted to complain about the showroom in vishrantwadi, pune named yashraj hero motor.
    On 7 of may i took new maestro from that date my speedo meter was not switched on after it almost took two weeks for passing. And the day i left my scooter for passing they kept it for 3days, the day i went back to take my scooter back those people were doing something in my scooter, without my authorization to open they didn't even asked me before opening 😡 it and after that they changed my complete lock and gave me new keys stating there was some setting problem in the previous one. How it's possible the day i left my scooter for passing everything was ok and in good condition. But when i got my scooter back it was all #ed up her back tyre was not fitted properly. This the very worst service i got ever from any company. And the people working there were so rude while talking. This it the very worst service company hero motor corp the #ing company it just know how to # people. Iam going to share this on social media and on what's app so people don't get the fake materials from hero the worst company service i've seen ever...

      My bike's accident occurred on 7 may 2019. And tha insurance is claim by icici lombard motor insurance.in that hero warkshop is not reapairing my bike. My bike number is dl7sbx2296. They always keep up the timing. I am waiting for last 16 days but hero workshop is not repairing my bike. They are also increase the time and say come on the next monday.

            Sir i'm very disappointed from the performance of new hf deluxe ibs bike.
            Engine is making noise just after first service.
            Engine quality is very poor.
            Crank of engine is start to make noise very badly just after 10 days of purchashing.
            I feel that company had sold a defected piece to me.

              Buying maestro from shri balaji motors, vesu, surat was the worst experience. Mileage is very low. Battery exhausted within 1.3 yrs with low usage of 1800 kms. And the dealer is telling me to change it by paying 1650/-. Then why you guys cheat people with your 5 yr warranty gimmick. Any battery in the market has at least 2+2 warranty. I would recommend not buy hero products.

                I have give my vehicle on 18/05/2019 at 9.15 am for serving at saideep wheels pune,

                They committed delivery time on 18/05/2019 5.30 pm, when i reach at service center for pickup vehicle they said vehicle not ready because of heavy load please collect on monday 20/05/2019,

                After collecting vehicle on 21/05/2019 i found problem in clutch setting. I smart technology not working, actually before servicing no problem in i smart technology, they created while serving,

                When i go to service center on 22/05/2019 today for soling problem they said, for solving problem taking an 1 hour and more time to repair.

                I want know while serving what they done, why i spend my time for service center mistake,

                That means there no value of my time and money,

                  Sir,

                  I have purchased a bike splendor+ on 04.06.2018. Now my bike chain set gives a noisy sound & also very loos. When i complaint to service centre, but engineer not give me satisfaction answer. And till date 5 service done my bike both time i am not satisfied by the service. & it will not give me feedback form regarding service.
                  In future i am not buying hero bike & also give suggestion my relaitve not purchaise any hero bike in future. No dught bike is very good but yur service center is very poor.

                    Sir, I have bought a hero super splendour bike from Nirmala Automobile Bishnugarh HAZARIBAG on dated 22/03/19.I have done my first servicing on dated 21/05/19.They make Unclear bill of engine oil Rs.258.But after printing online bill of Rs 258.they make changes munually by adding Rs 220 for oil boosting. and they charged us 478 rupees.I am. In doubt that they are making fool by giving munually edited bill and making higher charge by us.

                        I am raja from coimbatore my two wheeler notn38av4725 i am doing all service in mrg motors ganapathy, coimbatore, my problem oil leakage and noise, oil dry in engine same problem came from2017to 2019 i lose more money. But my problem not clear i informed service center manager mr biju many time he told new reason all spare parts change i want solution, he told hero bike engine life only 80, 000to 85, 000km but i am change valve, cylinder, timing chain and many parts but oil leakage not stop now mr biju told connecting rod will change, and silencer change this is not reasen that service all person unknowledge person. He told all time parts change but not service i informed customercare and doing mail but not receive reply please give one good solutions to me (My money more waste)

                            I was bought a glamour motorcycle from auto palace (Dankuni, hooghly, w. B.) in june'18. It was a serious problem in battery, against too many hurrusment.in feb'19 finally hero was replaced the battery from exide. But from mid of the april i was suffer from this again. Today (19.04.2019) i was communicate with auto palace service centre. They charged the battery say it was ok for ride. But from same day evening i was faced same problem. Is this value for money?

                              I'm giving my scooty in body shop of himgiri hero in jhilmil industrial area .. he promised me to get back my scooty within 10- 15 days .. but now their is no work do in my scooty already 15 days cross .                                 I bought mestro edge 110cc on decmb 2016 . The problem araised in the engine. And our vehicle is in under waranty . Kindly take such action again this miss happening.

                                    I sham sunder from balachaur.
                                    I bought hero splendor + and number is pb32x 8873 newr about 1.5 year ago. But i faced issues of chain set just after 2 months from the date when i buy this bike. I asked to the agency manager at balachaur distt sbs nagar, punjab.
                                    He asked me please use for some months after that we will solve ur problem. Now 1 month ago i went for service they replace my chainset with new one. But after 1 month i am still facing that same issue of chainset. And its sound is very irritating. Now they are saying that these are the normal things and often comes to the bikes. What is this sir?
                                    Can you please tell me that any bike which was buy 2 months ago and it’s chainset got damaged.

                                        Hf deluxe that i own, bought from ashutosh automobiles, nagpur, registered mh 31 az 9323 has been repeatedly facing servicing problems and after repeated complaints in writing and verbal both yet, i am not receiving proper assistance from the dealer.

                                        My vehicle is still eligible for 5th free service and i would want all problems fixed in that servicing
