I want to know BSVI model of Glamour Fi are success or not. If not success then plz stop the selling in all over india. If success then why again and again, again and again same problem are facing customer. After 1st service. I got irritated due to problem everyday of this bike.
So plz suggest what can i do ?

    Respected Sir my self D.Ramesh Babu, Rtd.Dy.Tahsildsr. I have purchased Maestro edge in the year 2014 now the vehicle running 24900kms till today. I have done the servicings in time. Recently after servicing, the vehicle petrol consumption is comes 36kms p/l. As per instructions of the mechanic I have tested the consumption several times, even though the consumption of 36 Kms is not changed. The matter is noticed to mechanic(Satyam) several times. I am very dissatisfied about hero servicing. Please give suitable instructions to the Varam hero servicing center Srikakulam District. AP to take up my case satisfactorily. Tq very much sir.

      My scooter met with an accident and was taken for service in Hero dealer but they insisted the service and told me manually will provide me the service estimate, go and take approval on your own from the Insurance provider. For manually doing things why should I renew the insurance from the hero insurance brokers and give the vehicle to your authorized dealer Focuz bi wheeler in Kochi, Kerala. policy number 3005/48153557/10087/000. Customer care team is also insisted to register the compalint. Already in their webiste it is mentioned for the authorized dealer service no need to do manually. Really poor service and worst custoemr care team. In between the call also disconnecting.

        During 3rd Service Patliputra Automobiles at Khagaul Road DANAPUR Patna has taken off battery in the name of replacement without giving any service-battery forcing me to drive without Horn. I urge immediate substitute. They have not replied to my mail also. If not addressed suitably/immediately I will be compelled to seek redressal at Apex level.

          I have observed many time after servicing my scooter immediately another problem took place. Whenever service boys open any part and fix it another problem created. But after delivery and driving i immediate highlighted but all the time they denied.
          Now there was oil leakages back tyre i fixed it from service center and immediate vibration problem start.
          Please look into this and help.

            My self vishwas k. Pandhan I am the hero consumer but not satisfied with you are product (splendor + black accent) variant and you are authorized dealer service center service. I buying a splendor + black accent variant from Aditya auto Agencies yeshwant stedium dhantoli nagpur showroom dhantoli then I have found same accelerator problem and when riding gadi then atomatic continue break acceleration and run and stop, run and stop. Petrol also full. I have given first service Aditya auto Agencies yeshwant stedium dhantoli nagpur and told problem but they are not solve and again told same problem but they are not solve. This process 3 time told but they are not solve. I am very disappointed your gadi and service. I am so harassment.

              Bad experience. Firstly they are cheating customer, they bring new bikes from pune, riding 250km on highway, causing engine damage, which is wrong. For them its just a bike but for customer its a dream earned by hard earned money. Dealers licence should b cancelled for selling used bike.
              Secondly, They even loot during first FREE servicing. Applying Rs. 90 for additive& Rs.50 for nitrogen without asking customer. While giving my xpulse for first free service(morning) their system was not working so they asked to keep the user manual with them. All day the manual was with them and got dirty as it was lying on table, and many people touched it. They didnt even gave a call to inform that bike was ready. When we went to get the bike(evening) firstly they gave wrong bill by preparing bill of some other bike. The works manager was arrogant. They didnt cleaned the oil filter & strainer screen as they didnt had gasket. They applied extra charges for additive & nitrogen filling without even asking me. I dont want nitrogen & additive & its not mandatory. If they are charging Rs.140 extra cheating every customer, imagine the per month income and this money making busines should stop. The next day i went to ask regarding the same issue after their lunch time, that time works manager was not in his place. Due to their fault i had to visit service centre @ afternoon 2.30 in soaring sun, taking time out from my busy schedule, spending petrol, mental trouble. As Work manger was not in place, I left my number for work manager to contact me. But he didnt even bothered to call back the next day. I called him the next day and he was arrogant on phone. He has called me
              tommorow again for issue resolution as today also he was not in his place. But why should i do workshop visits for their faults, i dont have much time, energy & petrol to do that. This loot of common man should stop, already people are in hardships due to inflation & covid setback. Im attaching the bills. Bike details are in bill. I want urgent resolution or else i'l have to file consumer complain

                        After going so many time in sevice center of hero group Mayapuri my issue are not resolve my bike got scratch damaged by your worker during doing service of bike ...when I go with my querry to lady manager she ignore my request and not concern about my situation they are giving date for visiting from last 3 month I visit more than 7 times my patient level is so low now ...it's a poor service provider I am still waiting for positive response from service center please kindly look into this and do the needful ...

                              This is reference to my complaint number [protected] ( 04.01.2021 ) regarding problem in my New Maestro Edge and it was attended thrice by your authorised service centre Raj Auto ( Aurangabad ) but since the problem not yet resolved and now i am very disappointed about your seriousness of our complaint. This is a height of your service centre that they could not find permanent solution on our problem.

                              Considering your seriousness and overview we are going to make a complaint on consumer forum against Hero Company and dealer Raj Auto as faulty vehicle sold to us.

                              This is very surprising that your technical team and dealer are unable to resolve our problem permanently again we faced same issue yesterday night 22.01.2021 even after 7 days trial taken by your technical team.

                              This is my final and last intimation to your team and we can't wait more to resolve this issue.

After 3 services from supreme motors service centre jaipur, raj. the bike the problem is same and no one is taking action on this(supreme motor service center jaipur senior persons and its customer care ), i just want to fix this issue as soon as possible.

                                        I purchased a destiny scooter from your renowned dealer shreekrishna auto, baruipur. as per your rules, my five free service has been completed in last month. now I am sorry to say that my car is not running comfortable as three or four months before. the oil consumption is very high now and many other complication arising day to day like accelerator, break, pick up, smooth engine etc. I have also done two paid service within last month but the situation is same. today my car is totally stop in time of my exit for office.
                                        I am a journalist in Times of India. please take necessary action for these type of poor service.
