Purchased glamour from JMG Automobiles
Cuttack since then engine oil leakage and
Starting problem .no solution in each
Servicing .pl solve only extra expenditure
Donevin each servicing, poor servicing
in each servicing

Purchased the Glamour from JMG Automobiles from Cuttack.(odisha)
Since then Glamour starting problem and
Glamour pick up problem.some blackish oil
also licking.
Some poor service also mantaining at
Service centre without solving any problem in each servicing. With extra expenditure.I am not able to run glamour smoothly they are not changing the defective battery/part.
Pl service with genuine parts/
Make the glamour fully functional

Parts are local fitted, parts are damage rapidly

Local parts are fotted in bike because parts are damage more and more

Passion pro bike price is taken more by dealer, they are asking 79800/ show room price.on road price they asking by customer Rs 85460/disc type.

I bought new pleasure + model. Did servicing on 27/1/2021 they said 'o ring' is fixed but on next only we saw oil leakage is still persisted. This is a new bike it's not expected to have a oil leakage in initial days of buying. Seems like it's a defective bike piece delivered. Oil leakage in engine makes this bike useless need some serious action taken on this, please assist.

I have complained about my repaired battery to hero showroom, Tenali before 5months yet they didn't replaced my battery. Due to their lack of response I purchased battery (13, 500rupees)and replaced the old one which Guarntee period is still valid. Now I want to claim my refund for my replaced battery. I urge you to consider my complaint.

I have a splendor plus bike and it service manintance for this month two times in dharapuram velavan motors..but the complaints was continued..so please check the Bill solve my issue

As xpulse 200 doenst come with centre stand i ordered one from dealer costing me around Rs.550. I also installed it from hero service centre. But the design is faulty. Even when i ride solo it scrapes on speedbreaker, with pillion it worsens. This shows lack of testing. Hero should arrange for recall immediately for the customers who ordered centre stand to rectify the issue or refund the amount. Shame on world no.1 two wheeler company. After separating with honda they are not even able to design a centre stand properly

Mene bike liya or three mail bhi bheja baroda (Gujarat) ki head office ko mere ko abhi tak koi ans nahi mila.and our problem not solution.

I have owned Hero Passion Pro Fi BS6 for 6 months. I have driven approx 3, 100 KM. This bike has many problems such as-
1. Battery dead within 6 months.
2. Gear shifting problems and stuck during riding.
3. Automatically sudden engine stop.
4. Issue over racing Bike.
5. The engine has opened. Shepard Change. Yet after that problem

I live in Delhi. I complained many times at SHRAMAN AUTOMOBILES...

I have owned Hero Passion Pro Fi BS6 for 8 months. I have driven approx 8, 200 KM. This bike has many problems such as-
1. Battery dead within 6 months.
2. Gear shifting problems and stuck during riding.
3. Automatically sudden engine stop.

I live in Patna, Bihar. I complained many times at Chandan automobiles Service Centre but not a single issue is resolved. I also give the battery for exchange on 22 December, 2020 for warranty claim but not a single news about this.

I have stuck with this bike. I will never recommend to purchase the Hero bike. Hero service is the worst service. Please resolve my problems.

Dear Team,
I have an Hero Passion bike and the number is KA01JK 8612, and i will be giving my bike service every 3000kms from past four years to showroom service only, ... even before 3months completion i am giving to service and spending average 2-2.5k, ..
Just a week back i have given my bike to general service and paid 1500+ and taken the bike, ... with in 2 days i have an chain bracket sound back side ad front wheel also has noise, as i don't have time to give immediately have taken back to service centre today and they are saying that engine has some problem needs to pay 5000/- to repair and sort the issue, ... when i am giving the vehicle to service they needs to advice what needs to be done advancely i did't heared anything about the engine or sound during the service time with in a week if i am getting an complaint why shoudl i give my bike to showroom only, ... when asked the service supervisor today he is saying that previous person has mentioned service remark, engine overla, etc, ... but he has not informed my anything about this, ... if am giving an bike to service centre every time its believing that it will not happen anything and showroom team will update advancely if anything needs to be done, ... If the team is not updating me properly why i needs to pay every qtr some amount, ... i will not pay 5k for your team issues, ... kindly call back and clarify until than i will not do take my bike from service center, ... And went for it's queries 10 times...

I have a complaint against your service centre in jodhpur. they are not good to resolve my two wheeler's problem. i have a honda mestro in which i have a rim problem from a long time. for which i have already paid lots of money to your company but result is disappointing.
so please look into the matter and deliver.
Please avoid mistakes in language.

Please provide services at very good workshop
