    Maestro edge 110 Low Mileage

    I have a scooty maestro 110cc purchase date September 2019, Km running only 2180, which has a mileage problem, so I was complained about 3-4 times, but every time they are saying that you will get 50, but I am getting around 30 to 35, There is no response to this. I bought because this bike is giving 55-60 miles, but I was getting 30 so I need an imediate resuscitation from you guys because I am wasting money due to the negligence of you...

        Myself having maestro edge (reg no- RJ30SQ8076) purchased on Aug' 17, from last 1.5 years I had a problem on key lock, whenever I insert key a key sign appeared on display and it does not allow for ignition, I visited nearby service centre & as adviced key lock has been replaced by new one on[protected] as per invoice).
        But now last 7 days the same problem happened.
        I fed-up with this problem happened twice within a year.
        I never seen/happened about this problem.
        Please look into this and solve as early as possible.
        Key set change invoice is attached please find.

          We purchased hero glamour bs6 50 days back. Facing problem with Fuel gauge, it is not working. No support from the hero shower team. Vehicle reading 686km only. Filled with tank full but it’s showing only 3 polls. As per me the shower room guys should do it without charging money but they are asking us to pay 3000 rs. Can you guys support us on this

          I purchased glamour BS6 Bike 2 months back ( it is october now) ...starting from purchasing it is showing many problems in it...firstly, when I rode it first time it started to stall frequently... After visiting service center mechanic did some changes in setting of clutch nuts.. then is was running good without stalling... Again after few days (even my number plate has nat arrived from RTO ), the horn was not working... Again the mechanic changed the Horn.. After few days (before my first service ) engine started to make noise like there is something loose or broken in gear box .. Mechanic did valve tappet setting.. but No use.. the sound was continued... Again I kept the bike in service center for 2 days and finally they said that cam shaft used in engine is wrong.. it will take 7 days to repair bike as they had ordered for cam shaft.

          Again... cam shaft was loaded successfully... But friends, the sound is still left. I am so much frustrated by purchasing this bike... I would have take Honda shine, Sp125... or any bajaj model instead. Now I realise why people are purchasing Honda Yamaha bikes.

              My vehicle suffering from injectors problem since last 2 years till not show by your service center.
              Problem is byke stopped in running condition and gives momentarily stopped and running so it is very difficult to me due to chance of accident.
              When I give my vehicle in service I give Everytime this problem some times it's ok for 15 days then suddenly problem reapeated and till continue so I will suffering from this issue.I have given last and final time to sholve problem at Vapi show room service center .if not sholve problem I will never purchased your product for me or my family...my vehicle number GJ27AP7071 Glamer FI purchased in July 2014 from Godhra Rajai motors..

                Sir meri bycke mai jab sa bycke purchase kri hai tab sai

                back side ki brak jam ho jati hai brak lever jam hota ha or dealer sai complaint kri to wo kh rhy hai yar compnay ka manufactuting fult ha kabhi ok nhi hoga chain bhi loose ho jati har har 15 day ka bar yahi problem hai

                very poor engineers jis na ya sytem banya break or main stand ko jor diya

                  I had purchased a Hero Passion Pro BSVI Model on[protected] and that too after booking & awaiting for atleast two months. After getting the bike possession since beginning i was getting technical problem with my bike and this was brought to the notice the mechanic during my first servicing but the problem was unsold and against the same was repeated during the second servicing in addition to this there were another problem arise which is related to the auto off (BSVI). In other words the problem is unsolved till date after bringing it to the notice of Mechanic. I had chosen the Hero bike since i have a trust on Hero Motorcorp as my previous bike was also Passion Plus (Hero Honda). But now i am getting a different experience. Kindly register my complain and do the needful.

                    I bought a new bike HERO HF DELUXE 10 days back and from first day i am facing a lots of complaint about the fuel indicator and side light.I complain to hinglaj motor shop from where i bought a bike but there is no satisfaction still the complains are same.
                    Disappointing with a bad service and the worst experience i will not recommended hero company vehicle to any one.

                      I use my new bike xpulse 200 FI bs6 last 3 month..One part is engine oil pipe is almost damaged condition.how can it's possible? New bike also have obviously new parts.and this part is not to be able to use ..This part have 3 years of company warranty.

                          I have AMC of bike service. I had given bike in service but bike not serviced proper and just wash and polic has been done only. And just before one day of service i had changed oil. And after1 week of service my bike engine sound is changed, so i had checked with local garrage and he said that engine oil need to be changed.
                          Now suggest me what can i do, i haven't satisfaction after take AMC of bike service. now i have to cancel.my amc and give back my money.

                            There is an name mistake on my R C book. i have contacted the show room(SHEGAL AUTORIDERS PVT.LTD) Multiple times but there is no replay from their side i have been waiting for this around 1.6 years. i already submitted the rc along with my documents on 28/08/2019 still there is no replay. when i contacted the show room the behavior of customer support is very poor and they have been harassed me by calling multiple times on the showroom. please give me a replay ASAP possible

                              I am given my passion plus bike for shock oil change and fork set purpose, they call back after 1 hour your bike is ready.
                              but they are not change shock oil because of they are not open shock nuts atleast the dust not removed that place and they are charged total Rs. 800/- and not given bill also.

                                    Very and very worst service of hero company.. Today I went khanna hero service mayapuri New Delhi to resolve some technical problem of my Maestro Scooty, but nobody attend me even I requested him repeatedly.. Someone told me that there is time of their lunch and someone ignore me again and again and their behavior is not so good.. Finally I returned back and check it some local technician than I feel the services of that local technician is best than that KHANNA HERO SERVICE mayapuri.
