      I'm purchase hf delux bike 25 oct 2020 from mhaswad showroom, satara, maharashtra 415509. till now my bike do not RTO PASSING. I again again call to showroom manager but he say every time camp is not there. i want to action on hero showroom due to worst service and all service of this showroom is worst many people suffering this type of situation
      plz regard my complaint take action as early as possible

        Hi Sir

        I bought new bike Hero Passion Pro BS6 in 19th Aug 2020 from Suguna Auto mobiles - Vadakovai branch Coimbatore

        Vehicle No - TN66AE3868

        I am facing 2 major issues in my bike
        1- Engine offed during slow speed driving
        2- Gear Shifting problem

        Now 2 services completed, the problem's already highlighted to Suguna Auto mobiles service team during my 1st & 2 nd service time but not rectified.

        I need the solution or replacement.

          I have given my bike glamour to sri venkanna motor for servicing on 17 nov with complain of jerking, again on 18 nov visit to show room with the same problem, again on 22 nov visited with same problem, then they said problem with CDI, they have not spare so pl come after one week, again 02dec visited till date we have replace cdi but problem may with electrical circuit, they have told me that by monday rectified the snag still bake with them only.
          they are not taking due care to rectify the snag and i have question mark on ur quality also that within 2 year getting such a major snag that are not able to rectify by ur service centre. try to improve ur quality on product as well as servicing.
          try to resolve my problem as soon as possible without bike hampering day to day activities. mobile no.- [protected], PL FIND THE ATTACHMENT

            Hero passion pro which I bought 2 months ago it' was having a problem from beginning, the bike was use to shut down in running. After the first servicing this problem was there and there were lots of new problems 1. Battery was totally drain. 2. Bike was turning off in running. 3. Starter was not working. 4. Kick was not working. 5. While riding bike was giving jerks.

              I bought glamour bs6 on July 19 th 2020. After my 3and half months experience I decided to sell my bike. Complaints -1) bike self start not working even kick start too..I was literally pushed 2 km to service center.2) headlight illumination Is very low which may prone to accidents during nights.3) At a speed of 70kmph lot of sound from engine.

                      Sir this to inform you that me shahaban a residence of rampur roorkee is facing a big inconvenience from your company and related rto. I have issued a two wheeler having reg. No. Uk17p0122 from your dealership named u.P automobiles roorkee. I have suffered a lot firstly in order to get my reg. No. Which they somehow provided in 2 months. Now their behavior is not acceptable and i am facing a lot trouble regarding it. I have visited the concerned rto many times but they keep on giving excuses and havn't resolved my complains. Its been 3 month long time and i havn't received my rc for the registered vehicle. I am writing this in hopes towards you as a responsible authority to take my matter seriously and resolve it in as less time as possible. I will feel highly obliged if you will consider my request seriously and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                            I reported to mohana automobile on 1/12/20 with the problem of petrol leakage from carburettor of my hero pleasure TN 20 BP 1470. They said problem completed and raised bills Rs.1099/-. As problem persists again I visited on 4/12/20 and again delivered my vehicle after raising bills Rs.418/-. But problem still exists. Please do a needful. Concerned technician be punished for such creating me mental stress.

                              I purchased HF Delux before 9 month. Before 1 years Head light not working automatically without any little bit of damaged when i give to service station they charge extra for change head light bulb. I want to know about its not consider warranty for one years. If answer is no why use such scraps parts which not working at list one year.
                              And i am completely not satisfied with your product and it is also impect on future buying decision

                                        I have purchase hero maestro edge 125 from aditya hero showroom dhantoli nagpur.I received a call from showroom but I fail to receive the call, when I called again on the number of showroom the staff who pick the call is so rude, unmannered and untrained to talked with customer.I said you called me tell me she said "ha kiya hoga number plate ke liye too Kay karna hai "I said madam you called me now if you called for number plate tell me when to come on that she again talked rudely I said madam do you have no manner to talk with customer t she said "ha pata hai customer hai to Kay "I asked her to her name she start acting as if she is not getting my voice and disconnected my call.I informed this to showroom people but they simply gave me a form to fill and said they have no complaint book and took no action on the staff
