Dear sir.

I am purchase a new hero hf deluxe bike. from sai hero near DIG BUNGALOW BERASIA ROAD BHOPAL MP 462001 SHOWROOM NO PH.[protected] .
Before 1 year 11 month in bike engine not proper work many time year black smoke noises pollution .
spark plug short one or two days . every day 20 to 30 time kick then not start it many time. bike not start.
I am going service center I reported this service many times but He she meditated but not repaired it not supported .
my bike service is complete but my still in five year warranty period and it has been just one year 11 months but bike engine warranty five year.
please help for this for this problem and consider thank you so much

    I am purchase a New HERO HF DELUXE Bike SAI HERO NEAR DIG BUNGLOW BERASIA ROAD BHOPAL
    M. P( 462001) BEFORE 1 YEAR 11 MONTH IN Bike Engine not proper work many times for year and black smoke and noise pollution air pollution spark plug short one or two day every day 20 or 50 time kick then not start it many times .
    I am going service center I reported this service center He, She meditated but not supported.
    My bike service is complete but my is still in 5 year warranty period and it has been just 1 year 11 month engine warranty 5 year .
    please help my support for complaint in company thank you for supporting.

    I am not satisfied with the company's showroom response
    they called me and held one little in my hand I need a solution for my bike problem.
    I also know that I made a mistake that I no old service bike Bil.
    but to keep any such customers after one or two years half year bill not but online show, s happening then they are served.
    four free servicing I have 3 servicing my bike bill show.
    please remove problem solution
    I am ready to give some Amount but my bike should be serviced by the campany itself.
    because I have also made a mistake I have not bill prepares years but now the engine bike five years warranty.

    so it is the duty of the campany to service my bike.
    about your campany attitude.

      Sir, I have purchased a Hero Passion PRO BS VI motorcycle in the month of July 2020 from the Dealer Khandelwal Automobiles, Bareilly.
      Engine No - JA06EWLHG01985.
      Chassis No - MBLJAW145LHG02942.
      The vehicle not perform as per desired standard. Since July there are many technical problems happen. Some are given below :-
      Battery of vehicle not functioning after replace by two times.
      Engine starting problem.
      Mileage of vehicle very low.
      Sometimes problem in running.
      I have reported to agency but they gives next date.
      Please resolve my problem and do the needful at the earliest

        The service has not been done well for my vehicle for the past two services done by your agency in Dharmapuri. My latest service was on 02.11.2020. After the service, the smoothness of the ride became worse. Self-start has stopped working. After a week of the service, I had taken my vehicle for rectification. I was told to wait but no response came even after a very long time of one hour. My vehicle number is: TNBE30 5386; Mobile number: [protected]. Kindly do the needful. I don't want to take my vehicle there again by myself. Please, ask your agency to come to my door and do the needful. I feel bad to take it there after the poor service.

          Third class quality by hero .i had purchased a scooty in March 2020.after than lockdown started. than month of June when i was reached atmaram auto Rajpur chungi agra for servicing
          No on Eid Interested for servicing and highly wrong behavior using me due to i had purchased this scooty from nitin hero
          that's why I have done scooty servicing from local point
          .again sept 2020 i was reached to Nitin hero servicing.its was Good done but battery problem were not resolved due to my new scooty battery was not working again since first day. Service inginee has suggest me kindly visit again on next another day if this will not be work we will be replaced the same now we had speedy charged your battery.
          again 3 /11/2020 i was reached for the same battery problem. He has insure me your scooty battery will b change pls call me on this after 10 days
          again 17/11/2020 i was reached office he saying me sorry sir your scooty battery can not be changed due to company is not taking serious action .
          we had already send your battery for change but it's come back with same battery without change
          Now i am suffering with this problem since first day
          More tha. 20 times i am clicking on click than its can be started

            Sir i am tanveer ahmad i am purchase a new motor cycle of hero saplendar plus all balack color from pilibhit uttar pradesh 262001 hero pirshanti then my bike is run 702 km then i am go to hero agency nawed amriya uttar pradesh 262001 they tell me where you purchase bike you get service in that agency he reject my bike service at nawed amriya pilibhit uttar pradesh 262001 and they tell me you don't get service at that service center. So please tell me there is any rule if not then you give action on nawed service center.

              Dear Team,

              I had a Very Bad Experience with my Splendor plus Alloy wheel Quality. There was a Bend in the Rear Wheel and the service team is telling this will not Come under warranty. The same Air Leakage problem was there in the front tyre and it was not resolved from Past 3 Services.

                Incorrect amount taken by the staff on the time of delivery.

                After that I have got multiple calls for paying the rest amount. Also the guy on call and counter were too much rude and unprofessional.

                Forcely taken the rest amount.

                It hurts too bad.

                  I purchased a hero destiny 125 from sun motors on 11/11/2020 with

                  VIN No : MBLJFN078LGH04331

                  It has been hardly 10 days and the scooter stops while running on slow speed. This is happening multiple times and is causing havoc for me.

                  I have contacted service centre and SUN Motors, Indira Nagar, Lucknow from where I purchased bike still no resolution for the same.

                  Please get my issue resolved

                      I was told to come after 12:30 PM to collect my motor cycle which was given for service. I went there by 2 P.M. security guard answered me to come after 2:30 P.M as every one went for lunch. All the way I walked and reached there. If the lunch break is there he would have informed earlier when I handed my motor cycle. Otherwise, they should have mentioned on receipt given to me. Apart from this, the number I dialed to confirm if the service is done or not. But given number is not working. There were no seats for sitting until the lunch break is over. Some supervisors are there who are giving reckless answers. Nobody there to listen our concern. My suggestion is to arrange a shift schedule to maintain the continuity.

                          We have Purchased Hero Bike On Saavya Showroom From Pune, Dahanukar colony. When We first went to see the bike, their employee was very polite and covencevble but After We Paid the whole amount of Bike and went there after 5-6 days for delivery, the employee was very rude. We asked him to tell me about the whole delivery process and as he told us added accessories but he didn't tell anything, and telling avoiding answers. Also, we have asked another employee to sort out whatever this man saying but he also didn't know. other person saying something, and the manager saying something. What is wrong with them? He shouldn't be their third-class employee I have ever seen and his name is Ravi Chavhan.
                          He is Working in the Saavya showroom, Dahanukar Colony, Pune.
                          I have concerned with this Ravi Chavhan man. He is a totally wired employee. His behavior shouldn't' like this...Hero Company goodwill is best in the market but the employee of their showroom very insane and he ever didn't know how to answer of asked question. After left their showroom he gave the helmet as an accessory so We took it and left the showroom and starting the bike & we opened the box of helmet & its totally wet. We went there to ask what going on all this first you didn't treat us well and last you gave us this wet helmet how can we use this. but he got angry and saying whatever " how is this possible, and it's not our fault and all. so finally he went upside of the showroom and he said to his employee ." see I will see them I will get stuck all the papers of this bike, I will see how they pass their bike. and will not pass their bike papers." and this thing. During taking the bike We asked him to explain all the functions of how new bike functions work but even he didn't know all the functions of this bike so just start the bike and started walking towards the showroom stop him and asked to explain me whole the functions but he didn't know and went in the store. but there was another worker, he came and started telling us all the functions and features then we satisfied with him. So this showroom should ashamed even This Ravi Chavhan employee didn't know the functions and the other bike repairing work know.
                          My Brother came to another country and he wanted to purchase a bike So we thought Hero Is the Best Option But Our Option was Wrong, & this all things happened. Third-class service and behavior.Very Very Dissatisfied.

                            I had met with an accident on Nov 1 2020 Sunday and I have given my vehicle Maestro Edge to Tribhuvan motors Mangalore, the very next day on Nov 2, 2020 till date I haven't received the vehicle. When I called them they are saying that they have ordered for the spare parts and haven't received yet. This is a negligence from authority by not sending the parts on time.                               I have visited Hero Service Centre in Durga Vihar, New Delhi on Monday. First they didn't provide me invoice for the service and billed me for ₹1780/- and said that the person who do billing is on leave and they will send me a soft copy on my mail. Now it's been 2 days and I have reached them several times but they are not responding to my query. Secondly they have changed the spark plug of my bike which got broken in the middle of my ride and also tempered with the wiring of my bike's headlamp. Please coordinate with the Service Station and provide me the GST invoice for same.

                                Main july 2018 me kanha motors allahabad se super splender byke finance kiya.starting me mujhe heating problem aur kam avarage issue create hua, mai service center gaya new byk bol ke wapas kar diya gaya dobara problem face hui har bar service ka dilasa diya gaya lekin aj tak problem solve nahi hui, .
                                Service center manager aur supervisor ki or se bhi koi help nahi ho pai.

                                Problem:-
                                1)- average- only 40-44km/ltr
                                2)- heating
                                Agar kuchh dino me company ki taraf se koi help nahi milti to mai kanooni karyawahi karne pe majboor ho jaunga
