Dear HERO,

I had the worst experience ever.

1. When I am purchasing the Bike showroom executive informs me that it will give mileage minimum 60-65 but till date 50. I used to fill Power/Speed/Extra Premium all the time. Several times ask the service centre executive regarding this matter but they will be unable to solve my issue.
2. I had done the first few services form the SKYLINE AUTOMOBILES they will give me a manual invoice & every time said there is a system issue but next time they will do the same thing.
3. I had done service form the VINLINE ENGINEERING PVT LTD in the month of February'20 . During delivery time I was in hurry so that I can't verify my Bike properly but when I was reach my home I was found there is a damage in my bike but in that time service centre already closed . Next day morning I received a feedback call from the vinline service centre. At that time I had explained but they completely disagreed with the issue.
4. I had done service form the VINLINE ENGINEERING PVT LTD in the month of June'20. (Claim insurance) . After reaching my home I found I was unable to stop my Bike even removed the key . Also noise issues .But they had sent an engineer at my home to solve the issue but noise issues exist .
5. I had done service form the VINLINE ENGINEERING PVT LTD in the month of November'20.
During delivery time I found Bike properly not cleaned. After that I had done it myself.
Also found Oil tank colour fade & some other parts are damaged where as I had done an insurance claim in the month of june'20 & Noise issue, Mirror not adjusted .
I asked the supervisor for the colour fade & parts damage issue he informed me " During Bike submit he is not checked properly so it may have previously & I have to claim insurance for the repair" .
Also asked about noise issues & requested the supervisor ride one time at least but he informed me without riding my bike there is no noise issue but till date there is noise issue.
Today evening I found My Bike handle is too much vibrating then i got to know that there is a big screw bottom of the key it will get loose. How can It lose between 2-3 days after service by the authorised service centre ? it may cause an accident .

Today found visor also broken by the service center

That is what I experienced after purchasing a Hero Bike.
Kindly look into this matter. I am really disappointed with the Bike .
I am not happy with the Bike.

    Hero Maestro Edge bearing registeration number TN/12R/0627 purchased during Oct/2016 at Sarathy Bikes Thiruninravur:602024.
    The subject vehicle's engine has been seized as per the statement of the service provider.
    I had asked for warranty cover since the vehicle falls under less than 5 years and less than 50000 KM category, but the same has been denied by the service provider.
    Kindly clarify.

      My vehicle number is TN20X6672/Model speldor.
      I have done routine service @ H.M.Motors, no:3, Arcot Road, Ganapthy Road, porur, chennai_600116 vide dated on 28.10.2020.
      I highly disappointed after service my vehicle not started.
      Kindly send mechanic & resolve the issues.

      Please find attached herewith Tax Invoice bill for further process.

        Service quality is very poor. I complaint them battery and self start related problem again and again but they couldn't help and cooperate. I feel harassed by this service centre. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

            I serviced my bike hr76f8147 2 time in last 10 days from j k rao hero motocorp hali mandi .I did engine work in extended warranty and 5th full service on dt. 29/10/2020 and after 500km walked full paid service again dt.[protected] but bike not ok . In my bike dripping engine oil from engine . Please help me. And i pay both times payment is rs 1580+1170= 2750/-

              Maine Mahaveer enclave Palam new delhi se Super Splinder (DL 9 S B Z 3035) purchase ki thi 04 Aug 2020 ko lekin purchaze karne se lekar ab tak mai kam se kam 5 time service centre me bike le ja chuka hun lekin bike ka chamber se lickage ka pblm ho raha hai jo ruk nhi raha. Mai aako last time info karna chah raha hun ki ya to meri bike ka koi permanent solution kiya jaye otherwise phir mujhe court jana paega kyun ki mai govt. Gob me hun mere pass itna samay hai nhi ki ek pblm ke liye bar bar chakar katna pade.

                I had purchased Hero Pleasure + (VX) from M/S Sreedevi Motors, Kavali, Nellore (Dt), AP on 14/08/20. Temporary Reg. No. AP26YDTR4395, Engine No. JF16EJLGG16120.

                My scooter is decreasing the speed during ride. I had shown/ handed over the bike to service center on 29/10/20 and returned back on 30/10/20. But problem is not resolved.

                I had a faith in Hero, so I purchased second vehicle to my daughter.

                Therefore is is requesed please clarify me who will solved the problem and how many times and days can I show the bike to service center.

                  My self Sachin Ghorad. I had purchased Hero spelender plus in october.
                  My vehicle no MH 05 EK 0633.
                  My bike stops during ride. I had shown bike to service centre. But problem is not resolved. I am travelling about 70 km for job. If bike stops during ride it chances of accident. Who is responsible for accident.
                  I had faith in Hero before .
                  Now I had again visited service centre ( Avi on Kalyan )

                      Actually it has to be gone 3 months but after a month only my bike air was empty because they filled local air in place of nitrogen.
                      Looks like they are cheating with everyone .

My new bike only two month old and 1100 kilomitar running bike create problem, I am going raymon hero many more time, I am waste my time. But hero dealer and other staff no response me. And also not done problem. I am so hope less and dislike hero bike. So I am inform you. Please quick action or I am going in the court.                           Dear sir, I am very upset with the service o[censored] r dealer Aher Auto in kalyan.Last month after service my bike had some noise, so I showed to service centre, but the told me to continue & they will repair afterwards. Last its engine got jammed & I had to do towing from borivali- to kalyan west -Aher auto. I surprised the were not ready to accept it. After argument they were ready to take they bike but now they are not ready to give me exact time for delivery. Very very rough & poor service

                            Please find the attached copy of Bharat Hero Warranty not cover letter

                            I had purchased a Hero Mystro edge on Nov 2017 .I have done all free service and paid service . For some time i am unable to do service because of busy office work and health problem . After that duration i done Joy Ride from time to time & i am continuing service at Bhrat Hero Ltd, Bhubaneswar, Odisha .

                            Now my engine consuming excess Oil in ( low in every 1600 Km ) & Key not fuctioning properly sometimes the key indicator blinking, also my vehicleis has starting problem, So that i went to above mention service center twice on Sept 20 & 28 Oct 20 & they said that, there may be some engine problem& refuse to service my vehicle's engine in warranty because irregularity of servicing for some span of time i.e mentioned above . And they told me to service my vehicle by paying Rs.13000/- excluding Rs.1300/- for labour charge for engine work.

                            I have continuing my Joyride frorm 2019 and now they are saying that joyride is only for Servicing, chain work, break work, Clutch work and not for engine work and major work.

                            According to the Hero 's 5 year warranty my each and every major problem should be worked within this period . For discontinue my mystro for some time due to busy office work and Ill health it should not be withdraw the 5 year warranty and they sholud not treat the valuable customer like me as i had purhased 2 Vehicles from above mentioned Hero Show room .And rght now i am dissatisfied with the behaviour treated by the show room's manager .

                            Therefore i request you, kindly take some appropriate anction regarding the problems mentioned aboe and do the needful as soon as possible

                                  I am very sad to say that I bought an HF DELUXE IBS DRK dated 27/11/2019 engine no HA11EMKHL12630, I am facing a very critical problem, the engine of this bike certainly becomes off while riding. I have been facing death since being bought this bike, and your service centers are failed to resolve these many visits.

                                    As i have done service in Sep-20 fromm single Agencies located in Mohan Co-0oprative Delhi but yesterday during a small run my scooty not working at all and again Agencies call me to run Engine pay 12800/- for this but when last month service is also done by the same agency then how it could be breakdown. Please support in this regard otherwise i'll go higher authorities.

                                      I had purchased a Destini 125CC from Diya Motors Kesavadasapuram, Thiruvananthapuram during 2019. But I a facing so much problems after its purchase as at many time this scooter does not start while applying kick starter as well as electrical switch. I had approached the service center for resolving the problems at many time and they have attended my complaint presuming air in the fuel tank . Even after repair the said scooter having similar issue and the dealers could not resolve the issue permanently.
