      I bought super splendor bs6 in may 2020.my bike has starting problem in few month.i went shahabad hero motocarp sasaram.there is oil pump problem in bike as said by technician.my bike is in agency from last 7 days but my problem is as usual.there is no oil pump in agency as said by staf.bs6 model of yours is not successful.please send part whatever required as soon as.

        Sir I have a passion bro bike I was a buy this bike month of july 26 and I visited service centre of services my bike but part not available and Hiro services centre exucative told me that you have to leave your bike for 2 day and part will be come after that you will be informed so how can I travel home to office please help me and i m very disappointed your services

          I have given pleasure for service and a few more prblems at mangal murti hero pahadiya Varanasi UP today at 10.30am. At the time of delivery at 4.30 pm he has done service but not repair any problem due to non availability of spare parts like indicator flash, rear relay etc, and advise to purchase some where else like any shop or honda service centre situated in front of mangal murt hero. In this regard I have contacted Mr Deepak Gupta workshop manager on phone [protected], but his response is irresponsive and unprofessional.
          Hero motors one of the most reputed company in India so I hope the people serving for this great company should be professional. My vehicle is still in service centre for spare parts, please intervene.

            Sir, I want to purchase HF Deluxe kick from my nearby dealer LAHORIYA TRADERS kashipur road Rudrapur US Nagar Uttarakhand-263153 and I want to pay insurance and RTO charges under own arrangements but the dealer denied the same. Dealer told Both charges are to be paid mandatory. And these charges are higher at dealers end.

                I have taken my hero duet scooty 2017 from the showroom of Kichha, the side mirror of scooty's right hand side has been broken, for which I have gone to install Lichoria show room in Kichha & Rudrapur more than 10 times but there is no I am getting it available for 3 months.                     I purchase new bike of Hero Passion Pro 110CC but within 15 days of purchase 2times bike went to service center it's very disgusting. I am facing hues of problems such as digital meter, horn, indicator, sale start, bike kike and engine problem. My bike is stop suddenly on road mostly in traffic and all above digital function doesn't work even though not start by kike. its very frustrating me. its working like damage product how can you pass quality control department. Its very disappointing to buyer. You have to solve the my problem otherwise replace the this damage bike otherwise provide bake my valuable money imaginably.

                      Sir maine 12 june 2020 ko apne paas ke Anand Motors Shaktinagar se hero destiny liya tha jo ki resistration band hone ki wajah se agency ke dwara pehle hi apne employee ke naam purchase kar li gayi thi.
                      Mujhe bataya gaya ki 1 month ke andar resistration aapke naam par transfer kara kar de diya jaayega but aaj date[protected] tak mujhe scooty ke koi bhi Documents nhi diye gaye hai.

                      2 month ke baad august mujhe temporary RC diya gaya tha jo ki pehle resistration kiye gaye owner ke naam par tha Maine puchhha mere naam par kyu nhi aaya to bola ye aapke purchase karne ke pehle hi ban chuka tha.
                      Jo ki mere Purchasing ke pehle ki expired ho chuka tha.[protected] ko main jab paper lene gaya to wo log mis behave karne lage aur mujhse gali galauch karne lage fir agency ke taraf se bola ja raha hai ki jahan complaint karna hai karlo paper 1 saal me aata hai hum 1 saal me denge. Maine Scooty wahan par rakh kar paise wapas karne ki maang ki to fir unhone naya natak chalu kar diya maine jabarjasti ki aur unse paper par likhwakar le liya ki agar 2 din me paper nhi mila to maine Scooty yehi rakhkar paise le lunga.

                      Fir agency wale ye bol rahe the ki ye jyada hosiyaar ban raha hai iska resistration paper hi rokwa denge aur Scooty me 50 kamiya batakar sab paise katkar Scooty rakh lenge aur scooty ko fir se kisi aur ko bech denge.

                        They call me for training for production supervisor, when I go their they works me trading marketing...they told me in a call it's a plant training, when may go thier they it's a trading company, if may I ask any questions they told me it's a taiup of hero comany..it's a training Hero moto corp..and marketing its own company..saying it's a part of training..if not sell then rejected..

                          This is PRISKILLA I am here with complaining about vehicle issue that we purchased hero pleasure vehicle on 20/10/20 with registration number AP31ZK TR 5757 MS.MEDAPATI PRISKILLA. I would like to bring to your kind notice that there is a complaint regarding engine bore O-ring seal leakage which is leading to spillage on silencer head and resultng in accumulation of fumes and smoke. This complaint was excalated from day 1 itself to Sri Harsha motors Pvt Ltd branch manager mr.k.lakshmi prasad (gm) which is located at resapuvanipalem. Showroom service persons rectified this issue for 2 times but it was not solved completely and delivered vehicle to us..again while driving the vehicle same problem was arising repeatedly..how far it was good to you and your showroom fame..I was really scared of to drive this vehicle after looking the issue..
                          One more thing I would tell you that, Your service and showroom team was not responding politely while dealing with customers..it might get negative reputation to your company.

                              Dear Hero Motocorp, I know hero is the most trusted brand in India. But it seems Passion pro have some cons. I personally bought it 3 months back and the main problem I face is it stops engine while riding when I suddenly hold clutch for some seconds. Not most of the time but sometimes. But again in traffic it creates problem.

                              I showed this issue to service center yet the issue not solved despite of 2 services so far.
