Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Mr. Sunil Nathu Ughade. I purchased a bike from Om Sai Motors Yesterday I got a delivery of a Bike ( Hero Glamour Disk Black & Blue Color ) Yesterday they did hard work for me to give me bike delivery. But They gave a wrong Accessories bike handle they provided a Honda Accelerator cover. Guard they had not given. But the store manager says he gave me today. Seat cover has not been given, Number plate also not given & Important thing is Bike Average is 65km per liter. Company provides 1/2 liter of petrol. but yesterday i did not get bike accessories properly. But it's ok when i take a bike from your showroom. I had hardly wride 100mts from your showroom & Bike gets stopped on the highway. But the girl told me to put fuel But i said u had put in 1/2 litre so i will reach home then go to the fuel pump to fill Petrol on Bike.I had call to Om Sai Motors Persons to help me out But no is there to help me out in this matter. There was no petrol in this Bike they gave the bike directly to customers. It is not a good way. My humble request is that what i faced last night i want to be fulfilled. I want my right Accessories for my Bike as soon as possible.what they give me for my bike if it gets spoiled I am not able to pay for this. Either u take your bike back.

    I purchased BSIV stage Hero Glamour i3s in 2017. Dealer staff claimed it's average to be 50 KMPL but it's average was never more than 45. Recently a slight leak in fuel tank near outlet was discovered. When I contacted service center regarding it, they told that there is no warranty for fuel tank or chassis. I am trying to contact with Hero through social media platforms but there is no response. It is disgusting to spend thousands of Rupees & get scrape & defective product.

          Date of delivery: 05.10.2020

          I have given my scooter for service as well as noice compalints in the engine parts and back tyre, very much noice was coming and scooter was not moving smoothly.
          They have prepared job card and informed me that there is problem in gear cabin so the parts should change. I have got the vehicle back on 05.10.2020 and by delivering the it is working fine but on the way back to my home again the noise started and more over the service due signal is not reset it is still exist in the dial. The bill for the service which I paid Rs.2674/- bill no.10088CJ20V3130 DT 05.10.2020.
          My home place was in critical containment zone I was not able to give the back my vehicle.
          On 12.10.2020 I have got a call form the showroom for taking service feedback I informed them the problem for which I have given for service still exist. So they lodged s reqest ID[protected] and told me the concerned person will call with in 48Hrs. Now almost 13 days over no one contacted me.
          Kindly take necessary steps for resolving my issue properly with out further cost.

            Sir, I have purchased destiny 125 on 23/08/2020From the first day there is sound in front side fairing and under foot rest side. Our dealer fitted some screws n nut bolts when I complained to him but problem arise again n agaiin 2/3 days after tightning the same screws.What is the solution for this problem?
            Also helmets that are sold with the scooter are not of that good quality as compared to price !

              Hi,
              I purchase new Hero seplendor on 6-August 2020 at your sidhivinayak showroom at Bilaspur(H.P). I want my vehicle RC which is still not handover from last three months, please support to issue RC as soon as possible, I am facing many problems on road due to this, And after so many reminder yours respective showroom manager not able to fix this problems I think he is so irresponsible. Its totally torture if this problems not resolved within two days then I can take step to forward.So please support .

                    Battery is in warranty but hero service center is refusing to change it and always making some excuse to reject the problem. To solve the problem short duration the just charge it and take the charging amount fee from us.

I complained about the starting problem of my scooty (Hero Pleasure +) and nor any action s were taken neither my scooty was repaired. I believed Hero MotoCorp to be the best service provider but now with this act of cheating with me I can't think it.
                              I request the concerned authority of the Hero MotoCorp to look into the matter and solve the matter at the soonest . I expect Hero MotoCorp to be efficiently tackle the situation seriously and re-establish the believe in the company.

                                Bought a maestro 125 edge from Taranga automobiles of silchar, Assam on 15/10/2020 And found second day onwards engine oil was leaking. So, called the concern person regarding the problem who advice to bring the scooty to the service center. In the service centre on 19/10/2020, they found that it was broken oil seal of engine for which oil was leaking. They took two days to repair it and delivered today on 20/10/2020.After delivery, while coming home, the scooty was repeatedly switch off on reducing the speed below 20. Again, had to rush to the service centre and again repaired it.
                                A new 4 days old vehicle have to go to service centre for repairing, could not understand worth buying it. Expecting genuine reply.

                                  I am facing many issues in the new vehicle after my purchase viz.

                                  1. Engine is heating up abnormally even after running 1-2 kms.

                                  2. The idling speed of engine is also too high.

                                    Sir I am purchase HF DELUXE in 8/2019 from Relan Motors, Ajmer
                                    but I am not satisfied since starting date. Regular accur some problems on daily bases like :-
                                    1. Morning Staring trouble.
                                    2. Last Two services when we break the bike then Break shoe sound is to high.
                                    3. Petrol reserve nozzle not working properly
                                    Note:- for all the problems I am regularlly contact with Authorized HERO company work shop but I don't get solution till now.
