      I placed 2 orders online order on eshop hero moto for engine oil. i have done online payment
      order no..[protected] is cancelled by hero.
      i have not received the paid amount till date.
      HERO MOTO IS NOT REFUNDING THE AMOUNT OF RS 295

      another order no..[protected] is also cancelled by hero.
      HERO MOTO IS NOT REFUNDING THE PAID AMOUNT OF RS 295
      NOW ITS GETTING TOO LATE FOR THE REFUND.
      TOTAL REFUND AMOUNT 590 RS

      FROM MY ISSUE IT SEEMS THAT HERO MOTO IS COLLECTING MONEY BY FRAUDS

          Dear sir,

          Iam service my bike Saturday on 22nd Oct 2022 but my bike service properly not working. iam complaint the service centre Tuesday and then iam visiting the your centre today the guard not numbering the bike and said inform the supervisor then iam numbering your bike.

          My main purpose of complaining your staff no responding customer and today my bike not recived because battery battery not change, chain socket change, clutch plate change my bike have two year passed and i have 2nd time change why this is you service problem or your product & my driving problem my bike in your service center . Pls when change by battery, clutch plate & sprocket of chain rpls return my all replace parts hand over to me we have requeste you.

          Not receiving my call & why are not proper service to customers because after every service iam visiting your service center vist again twise . My two day salary cut by my officials because iam visiting your center teo times why your service poor.

            Bike not started when it's kept in sunshine for one or two hours
            I have purchased Hero Passion Pro 2 years before and suffering with some of the issue with this bike from on the date of purchasing as below.
            Bike not started when its stand in sunshine around one or 2 hrs. (It's got start when stand in outside sunshine for 30 min)
            Tik Noice came from shockers when patch hole found in road
            Gear stuck when shift from higher to lower when bike stopped in traffic
            This issue always discussed during servicing, but never resolved this
            And now i am getting charged for all these saying that batter kharab hai, compressor kharab hai etc.
            Why all these issue not resolved during free servicing
            If all these are Manfacturing defect, then this bike needs to replace with other one

                      I buy a pleasure+ bs6 scooter on 08/02/2022 from Sushil automobiles Basti Uttar Pradesh 272002. My vehicle number is UP51 BE0787. On 18 October 2022 when I try to start my scooter I face problem that scooter not starting by self then I try to start it with kick but I unable to start my scooter. My scooter is not starting after many kicks. I face this problem when my scooter run only 2253 km and under 10 months of buying. After many attempts to start I contact the dealer and go to dealer's service center with scooter. the dealer taking too much time and not telling the problem of scooter with me and also not pay any attention .                         On sunday 16 2022 at 11.00am at daliganj workshop of bright hero.

                        I had booked service of my passionpro 2nd free service and co. Promising 2 hour waiting time.
                        And i had waited for whole day and still not serviced my bike till 2.00pm..
                        Very mental harrasmemt felt for this..every time they are giving adv. Service your vehicle in 2 hours but..managers are booking excess but unmanageble.workshop..bad customers experience.

                            महोदय जी मेरी हीरो मोटरसाइकिल(UP91P5176) नवम्बर 2019 में खरीदी गयी थी, जिसके इंजन में कुछ खराबी आ जाने के पर, सही करवाने हेतु मेरे द्वारा गाड़ी दिनांक 13.10.2022 को अपने नजदीकी हीरो एजेंसी पर ले जाया गया, परंतु उनके द्वारा गाड़ी को warranty में बनने से मना कर दिया। उसके बाद मेरे द्वारा हीरो कस्टमर अधिकारी से बात की गयी, परंतु उनके द्वारा भी यह कहकर मना कर दिया गया कि मेरे द्वारा हीरो एजेंसी में समय से सर्विस नहीं कराई गयी, जबकि मेरे द्वारा गाड़ी की सभी सर्विस समय से ही करायी गयी थी।
                            महोदय जी मेरे द्वारा गाड़ी की सभी नियमित सर्विसेज न्यू गुप्ता मोटर्स मुस्करा एवं अमित मोटर्स मौदहा में करवायी गयी थी ।मेरे द्वारा उक्त एजेंसी से सर्विसेज डिटेल चेक करवाया तो उनके द्वारा यह जानकारी दी गयी कि मात्र 4 सर्विसेज इनके द्वारा ऑनलाइन फीड किया गया है।
                            हीरो एजेंसी की लापरवाही के कारण मेरे गाड़ी की सभी रेगुलर सर्विसेज फीड नहीं हुई, जिस कारण से मेरी गाड़ी का इंजन warranty में नहीं बनाया जा रहा है एवं मुझसे गाड़ी बनाने हेतु पैसे मांगे जा रहे है।
                            चूंकि मेरे द्वारा गाड़ी की सर्विस करवाने में कोई लापरवाही नहीं की गयी अतः महोदय जी से विनम्र निवेदन है कि मेरी गाड़ी ( UP91P5176) Warranty में बनवाने की कृपा करें।

                              Today 14th August 2022 i went to hero dealer(Focuz Biwheelers - Hero MotoCorp,
                              28/285 A, Sahodaran Ayyappan Rd, near Manorama Junction, Kadavanthra, Ernakulam, Kerala 682036. Beacuse they asked me to come for replacement of head(tappet issue) with warranty replacement. And i handover to supervisor Sajan(+[protected] and after some hours he contacted me and said warranty was rejected due to some service history. And asked me to talk with warranty department executive[protected]. And i explained the problem i.e. I purchased my hero xpulse 200 bs4 from the same dealer on 2019. From that year onwards i had faced the issue and from 2019 after two service. I told the manager mr antony ( +[protected]about the tappet issue . I had raised so many compaints in hero motocorp app and also i had complainted through mail. Everytime the dealer said they don't have the spare, they will book and contact me when its available. Its been more than two years am waiting for that spare replacement. Also my free service over, till then i took amc for paid service with additional payment of 3000 rupees because of the fear that Whether they reject my warranty due to service given from outside dealers. Still i did paid service 10th October 2022 from the same dealer. Also then i asked for replacement of head for tappet issue. The dealer asked me to come after three days i.e 14th October 2022. Then they told they can't give warranty replacement because of service history. I had complainted from the year i purchased the product. The dealer had fooled me two years.
                              Every service from 2019 to 2022 i spoken the tappet issue with the service advisors are Sajan Samuel, Antony, Shamon, Emil eldho, Akhil Prakash, Murali Krishna. Dealer(Focuz Biwheelers - Hero MotoCorp,

                                  मैंने 26 जुन 2022 को टेकरीवाल मोटर गोड्डा से PLEASURE XTEC स्कूटी खरीदी थी, गाड़ी लेने के कुछ दिन बाद से ही गाड़ी में स्टार्टिंग की प्रॉब्लम होने लगी /जब कभी भी एक दो दिन गाड़ी नही चलाया जाता तो उसके बाद गाड़ी ना ही सेल्फ से ना ही किक से स्टार्ट होने लगा /हर बार ऐसे परिस्थिति में गाड़ी की बैटरी खोल के चार्ज करवाने के बाद ही गाड़ी स्टार्ट होता है /16 सितम्बर को गाड़ी की सर्विसिंग टेकरीवाल मोटर गोड्डा में कराया गया जहा उन्हें ये समस्या बताने पे फिर उन्होंने बैटरी चार्ज कर लगा दिया और तत्काल रूप से गाड़ी स्टार्ट कर दिया, लेकिन ये स्थायी समाधान नही था, आज भी गाड़ी अगर एक दिन नही चलाया जाता तो दुसरे दिन से गाड़ी स्टार्ट ही नही होने लगती /एक गाड़ी जो तीन माह पुरानी भी नही है उसमे अगर ऐसी समस्या है तो कही ना कही कंपनी द्वारा मुझे DEFECTIVE गाड़ी बेचीं गयी है

                                    Hello sir this complaint against robotech's manager.He is very rudely behaves to me. when I going to take my hsrp which was issued in 2019.He was forcely charge the amount of 450rs when it's free due to the manufacture of vehicle was 2019 but he didn't agree this.When I call hero hsrp customer care then very long time he was agree this.He was very rudely treat me as a dog and say in Hindi tumhare baat sunke mera jal gaya and many rough language uses in me.jo ukhdna hai ukhado this type of sentences he was tell.sir this was right or wrong are u decided?My self respect was gone infront of that man.I need justice.So you are punished the person.he was refused to tell his name but he is Robotech's manager.

                                        Rajapalayam deepa motors charged money rs 2160+358( invoice no 11356ci22v5098 dt 10.09.22) for changing the pipe comp front fork changing but not changed the same. Oil seal only changed.After a one week same oil leakage problem comming from fork.Hence today ( 08.10.2022) i went to deepa motors for arrest the oil leak.I handover the vehicle without any other complaint. My vehicle taken by mechanic from ground floor to first floor to rectify the same. After one hour he handovering vehicle me with the complaint o[censored]nable to smooth rotation of handbar. Deepa motors creating problem in my vehicle instead of repairing my vehicle for money. Kindly enquire deepa motors and please give dealership to good ethics people to grow your business. I will never go to deepa motors services and i never purchase and recomend hero motorcorp if you are not giving solution to me.
