Hello sir this complaint against robotech's manager.He is very rudely behaves to me. when I going to take my hsrp which was issued in 2019.He was forcely charge the amount of 450rs when it's free due to the manufacture of vehicle was 2019 but he didn't agree this.When I call hero hsrp customer care then very long time he was agree this.He was very rudely treat me as a dog and say in Hindi tumhare baat sunke mera jal gaya and many rough language...

2/06/2021as per your bike will purchase the 2/08/2022 hero bike purchase due to reasons bike will be assident for company default due to fornt of the axel become direct one driveing the bike cut and bike will be take the ground floor become serious assident please need fully slove the problem

Rajapalayam deepa motors charged money rs 2160+358( invoice no 11356ci22v5098 dt 10.09.22) for changing the pipe comp front fork changing but not changed the same. Oil seal only changed.After a one week same oil leakage problem comming from fork.Hence today ( 08.10.2022) i went to deepa motors for arrest the oil leak.I handover the vehicle without any other complaint.
