I am tired of this newHero Splendor Plus bike which is almost a year that I got from the Kharagpur showroom. It has a lot of minute problems always popping up, be it engine sound issues, auto switching off engine, horn and indicator swapping, I mean it feels like I have taken a second hand bike. After request the local service guys said they will take care and they serviced it and sent it back to me. As always, it was good for a couple of days and again same things started. Im tired of constantly being worried about something which is a new buy and not second hand. Please replace my model with a fresh one or please take it back and return my money. Do something. Im tired of this now.

      Dear Sir,

      In continuation with previous mail dated 13th August 2022 I would like to inform you that My Hero Glamour Xtech Vehicle no. ( DL3SEW0794) problem has not been solved by Hero Motocorp.

      · The bike problem is a starting issue, continuously missing current in the engine in neutral mode as well as riding time from date of purchase.

      · In this regard I have many times approached you via email & telephonic. But after one year gone the problem has not been solved by you.

      · My bike is still standing in the ARC service Centre Okhla, New Delhi from 13th August 2022.

      · I am continuously in touch with you on your complaint toll free no., Service centre But they are not sure when the problem has shorted out.

      · After many time approaches regarding the particular complaint to your toll free no. They have provided Hero Motocorp area representative no of Delhi region Mr. Rahul K Nair.( DM) Cont. No.[protected].

      · According to him the plant team has suggested replacing the modified throttle body part of the engine.

      · But at present this part is not in stock of Hero MotoCorp.

      · They are also not confident when this part will be available in stock.

      · After two week my bike standing position in your workshop no one can be confident when the problem will be solved.

      · So I asked you is it possible that part is not available in Hero MotoCorp stock. Where per day no. of thousand bike manufacturing as a same product. Engine parts are being arranged for 15 days, don't you feel like jokes.

      · Sir, I am totally shocked and disturb by the Hero MotoCorp team. Kindly suggest to me where I can try to solve these issues: Hero MotoCorp or Consumer Court.

      · In the last 15 days I have paid about 10 thousand rupees to the Private Vehicle( Auto/Taxi). Who will compensate for this?

      · After repeated communication with you no response is being given to my mail from your side till date.

        I have bought a hero splendor 3-4 months ago suddenly an accident occurred in june month i have give my bike to regent hero agency industrial area panchkula they have billed 27000 to insurance claim for new parts installed in my bike but i have seen they just installed old parts in my vehicle and my accessories are also missing which i asked to person in workshop he says that's not their mistake they have throw or anything i don't know my accessories and some of parts are billed but didn't installed they are just in billing my bike is not properly repaired some broken parts are installed but according to the bill they have installed new but thats not true i have proof please take a sudden action towards it and agency service provider are not responding about my complaint

          I have purchased buke from U S motor, alamnagar, lucknow . And i m facing problem in self start from last two years, in each service i complaint about self but still problem not solve they keep saying motor is not available and very bad service not even a single call from theirs staff. I am facing lots of problem regarding this.

            Bought HERO SUPER SPLENDOR BS6 2022 model but the battery is not working...USED DAMAGED battery has been provided from company... customers are suffering and company become deaf and dumb...very bad HERO

              I have purchased Hero Xpulse 200 4v on Aug 1 2022, They I have placed order for center from same showroom itself because I wanted to use original product of company, When I got the stand installed on my xpulse 200 4v I was completely shocked by poor testing and design of stand.

              center stand touches the ground most of time with Pillion rider, it makes irritating sound,

              How come the company sell original products without proper testing.

              Very disappointed by the center stand.

                  Hii i am vijay kumar chawla i was buy a passion pro new eddition last 13 feburary regitertion number dl1saf9686 but our bike so problem in more voice in starting position and off in second gear salesman saying its new bike everything ok on my first sevice i was do first sevive but voice and off proble after second and third sevices but not seticyfied service center upper india trading (delhi) pvt ltd rama road pin 110015 phone-[protected] service supervior mr lalit every time presurise me wheel belancing and another part change icant accept so he was so rudly language last monday i was our third sevice but my bike off all gear so serive worker munna so poliedly talk sir i am changing your bike one part portel body so you will be came next week but mr lalit supervisor say to munna how change part without pay our dms sytem not working so i cant change warrenty so i will written compalnt mr lalit gave to service manger mr pawan so plz make my solution otherwise i will be commlant in consumer court beacuse my friend buying same bike same problem.

                    I purchased my hero super splendour byke on 06.05.2021. from balaji motors, budge budge. Two months ago the battery had damaged .I applied to exchange the battery on 20.08.2022 but till now I didn't get the new battery of my byke.

                      Bought a new bike six months ago and facing lots of problem in bike. Visited the showroom many times but they always misbehave and threaten us that they will not change the self starter until we go to delaer from where we bought the bike, imagine hero is not providing us with satisfy service. Self was changed after a 20 days of complaint after roaming aroundthe service dealer all day long, this is not the appropriate way to provide service and harass the customer. Who will pay for our daily visit to showroom. And the changes for using public transport instead of bike. We regret buying hero bike and definitely not going to suggest it to anyone. We don't go to showroom to insult ourself. I think this kind of behavior will not run the long way for the dealer. Really feel bad everytime we visit the showroom and quite insulting. Its an kind request to take the bike back, we are really tired of bike and taking it to showroom everyday for other faults, you are not providing service even under warranty, what will happen when warranty expires. Its an kind request to take bike back as it causing many difficulties in warranty period.

                        Location -PRITHVIGANJ, PATTI, PRATAPGARH, 230001.
                        has financed a Bike(HERO XTREME 160R) In the name of a friend of mine who died in 2021 itself and was financed in his name in March 2022.
                        Due to this, the name of Hero Motor Corp is getting spoiled very much, so you are requested to take strictest action against it.

                          I have hero hf deluxe bike with the number HR85D3838. My bike showing engine check light regulary and i visit regarding this 100 of time in hero bike agency (Balaji automobile near industri area ambala cantt) but problem not solved yet.Engine make noise and its not proper running. Its not possible for me to visit daily in workshop regarding this. So i request you to take any action and solved my problem.
                          Bike registration date is 18/02/2021 and the warranty is 5 year

                                  I have bought a new Hero Xpulse Bike, Five months back. Oil / Engine cooler is not working and afrer 40km running, it's very difficult to start the bike. And the service person were Not servicing properly, as they couldn't solve the issue. They told me to use the bike and keep it runnig without repairing
                                  I want replacement of the bike with new one, as it is on warranty and having manufacturing defect.Its hampering my day to day life.I have alreay spent a lot of amount .
                                  The service team is unable to repair the same and told me, it takes 15- 30 days to get the spare parts.

                                  Thank you for your kindness to replace my bike as soon as possible.

                                  I want my hard earned cash back, if you cant provide a new bike.

                                    I own Xpulse 2004v in January 2022. It has severe engine heating issue. And now some annoying sound coming from the engine. I visited the showroom but they can't fix the problem.Their response were unsatisfactory.
