Dear Sir/Mam,
I bought Hero Passion Pro BS6 on 17 october 2020.but got serviced 6 times so far and have to change clutch plate every time as clutch plate gets burn

    On DEC 8, 2021 I've written a detailed mail to the customer care of HeroFincorp to issue NOC letter against my two wheeler loan number 4264099. Now it is JAN 5, 2022, nothing have been done yet. Their customer care number[protected] is always busy from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm from so many years. Kindly look into this matter immediately....

    2 months ago my bike was stopped while running because of damage of engine shafts and spares. So I CONTACT the showroom and gave them to repair. But they have yet not get the spare till the date. My bike is far away from home more than 2 months. They say that hero motocorp have not any spares to repair. What will I do now.     Sir, I want to inform that on 1st January 2022, the scooty service of Hero Maestro was done at the service center of Agrawal Auto Sales, Sitapur, in which the mechanic left the screw loose while changing the mobile oil, due to which all the oil flowed on the way today and the scooty stopped. It's done Due to which I had to face a lot of difficulty. Kindly register our complaint and get the complaint resolved by taking appropriate penal action....

    I visit hero service centre for bike servicing and some problem regarding meter and side indicator but manager told me it is medortory to change mobil, breakshoe, meter cable, handle rod etc with roudly behaviour when I denied he demand 30 rs for bike cleaning
    I really disappointed with hero servie centre

      I recently purchased glamour XT from chandamama hajipur vaishali, bihar.
      While giving for second service i reported issue with self start, fiber clip was missing and headlight vibration . Also all the mechanic keep begging for tip.
      They simply clean the bike changed engine oil and said all these issue are not fixable.
      Regarding self i have to keep button press for 10 sec then it is starting .
      This is my second service and this is how the service centre is handling new bike.
      Please take a proper action

        Nothing seems to be organized. Suggest Hero MotoCorp to do mystery service to get ground reality as document audit would not surface actual customer facing issues.

            Sir, I am getting very bad treatment from the dealer, the name is Sairaj Automobiles, add- Near Bus Stand, Gov. Hospital road, Bhandara - 441904, Maharashtra.
