Sir i bought new splendor+ black and accent model on aprril 2022.from the time of buying the bike gets switch off while running frequently.after free services and also filling power petrol the same problem occurs.so many complaints have been given and gave for service the same problem is there.vehicle no. I bought new bike Hero Splendor on 3rd November 2022, first service was done on 16th November 2022, when my bike had covered 690 km. In the first service, the people of the service center opened the silencer when there was no problem in it, after the bike service was done, we took the bike and went ahead. After 2 days, the side silencer on the same side oil leaked, then I went to the service center, they said that sometimes it happens like this because of moisture. The engineer cleaned and gave the bike, so we took it, but it was leaking. On 15 Jan 2023 I went to the service center after taking my bike, then the engineer checked it and said that the oil packing was torn, I changed the oil packing, for which a charge of 18 rs was taken from me and the bike was given after repairing it. When the bike was taken the next day, oil leaked from the other side, this time a sound started coming from the front shocker (Khat-Khat) and sometimes from the rear shocker as well. And the bike was not even starting in 1st self. Then I went to the service center, they collected the bike and said that this time we will check the bike properly. In the evening itself, I got a call from the service center that the bike had been repaired. When I went to pick up the bike, they told me that it leaks once in a while during engine service, I said it's okay. When I checked the bike, the sound from the rear shocker was fine, but the sound from the front was still annoying. He said that the sound is coming from the front side of the plastic cover on the number plate, it is colliding with the mud guard. Then I got it cut, still the voice did not get better. After 2 days the engine leaked from the front whose picture I have attached. Then I went to the service center on 6th February 2023 and I told that the engine was leaked, they told me to deposit the bike, this problem will not come again. When the problem got worse, I took the bike again on 5th March 2023, the bike is still there in the service center. I got a call from service center on 6th March 2023 I went there and checked the bike but the problem was not fixed so I did not bring the bike. I got very upset and got a defective product. I want to change this bike and get another bike.

It's been over one month i purchased hero splendor plus from new vikas automobile situated at city khanouri (148027) punjab.
Mujhe khud se bike ka number apply krna pda jbki ye agency walo ki responsibility hai k vo khud se bike k number lgvake denge lekin unhone nhi diya abhi apply krne k baad number to mil gya lekin number plate agency walo ne he lgake deni hoti hai 10 din ho gya number mile lekin abhi tak meri bike ki number plate nhi ayi they are not even picking up my phone call how can you authorities these type of irresponsible persons to sell your bike or inke records check krvao ki inhone abhi tk kitni bikes sale ki hai or kitno ke number lge hai agr ye bike k number he nhi lga skte ho bike sale kaise kr skte hai

दिक्कत है कि जो क्लच प्लेट होता है ग्लैमर का इतना जल्दी जल जाता है इसके कारण बहुत प्रॉब्लम का सामना करना पड़ता है और बहुत जल्द हो जल जाता है 3 महीना से लेकर 5 महीना के बीच में ही चल पाता है उसके बाद वह खराब हो जाता है जिसके कारण बहुत दिक्कत का सामना करना पड़ता है और मैं यह सोच हीरो कंपनी से रिक्वेस्ट करता हूं क्या आप इस पर थोड़ा ध्यान दें मेरा कांटेक्ट नंबर[protected]

It is with great sadness that I am writing this mail to you. I had bought Hero's bike a few months ago. Whose number is BR32AN2233, the engine of this vehicle exploded on 06.03.2023, due to which our leg has also suffered a serious injury. I Vipin Yadav loaded this vehicle on the tampo and brought it to the nearest service center "Alam Auto Mobiles Madarsa chowk Jhanjharpur madhubani Bihar" but its staff is not taking satisfactory steps. Therefore, you are requested to issue an order to provide satisfactory service by giving correct directions to the officer here.

And go on service rank at 2:30 but still 3:10any worker doesn’t start work on my bike.
And also my bike have many problems in past but they can’t solve it.
Very bad service
They suggested me that I can go market and maintain my bike.

I am coming in hero showroom who placed at modinagar gadana ... I reached at this showroom on 12 pm of 5 March 2023 ... My service no. is 27 ... I am waiting from morning but still I didn't got any response from workers ...
I have Holiday only on Sunday... So I can't coming tomorrow... I want to servicing my bike today... But here is no one that do work on my bike ... Please arrange it as soon as possible...

Please provide me the documents about my bike as soon as possible.

Hero splendor plus bike Rj10SR7759 has problem of rim creack in front wheel after purchase of 3 month. So please give us solution.

I service my hero company bike (HF -Delux) on 23/02/2023 at Siddhivinayak Motors(Authorised Representative Of Kundan Hero), Address: S. NO.50, Hissa No.8/7, Narhe, Ambegaon, Pune-411041. They are not providing GST Invoice or Not received invoice which is generated by hero authorised service center.

since the day of purchase we have been complaining regarding the problem with kick and voice after crossing speed of 50kph.
But firstly they said this will be ok after u get first service done., but still the issue not resolved.
in second service they said this is normal issue...

Sir i I had purchased Hero's hf deluxe bike in February 2022 from Akshay Motors in Khed Rajgurunagar but it has been a 1 year but the bike keeps having some or the other problem and one problem is that the problem I have taken the bike to the showroom for 2 times and told the service department person about the problem with my bike but still the problem is not resolved. Akshay Motors has bad service.

I had purchased hero passion pro bs vi dated on 19.3.21 from shree balaji motors surat gujarat. Since from purchased to till date i3s switch, head light bulb, battery, starter motor, odeo meter repaired, wiring get replaced in warranty. After that also on 1.2.23 during service 1000rs charged & few parts get changed. Since from last one week bike is in insurance for replacement of rear mac wheel. Hardly it runs approx 19000km single handed genuine used with regular service. Request to replace the piece or refund the amount because not getting resale value also.

In my Hero Glamour Blaze Special Edition bike Mobil completely drain only in upto two thousand (2000) km or before the upcoming servicing date.
I have video recording of two times servicing, there we can see clearly very few amount of mobil oil left.

I took pleasure+ recently and facing lot of problems and the service advisor and manager is not responding properly. Owners has to take action on them.. staffs are not working when owners are not in the cabin.

Sir my bick is having battery problem since last 2 months, I always get my bike serviced from Sharma Automobiles (Nangloi, Delhi).

When the service was done in December, even then I said that there is a battery problem in the bick, change the battery, but they did not change the battery, Driven the bick for 10 days then the bick stopped.

Then went to get the bike serviced in February, then told them that there is a problem with the battery, change the battery.

Went to service the bick on February 05, that day they removed the battery and replaced the dummy battery and said that the battery will come in 3 to 4 days, then they will change it.

Sir, from 05th February to 16th February, still the battery has not arrived, whenever I call, they say that the battery seller has not arrived yet, Now the battery is not coming so what is my fault in this.

Sir, my leg has met with an accident, there is a problem in starting the bick with kick. ever since I brought the bick after getting it serviced, the bick has been parked at home.

Sir please help me and get my work done as soon as possible
