Dear sir,

I have purchased new bike from your showroom Sai Kiran motor Markapur.There unnecessary charge will be take and not proper response and badly talking to customer.It is not good for Hero.
So I request to you please take action and on road price of glamour bike are 83500 but he take 92300.so please look and resolve my problem

    Hi Team,

    I have purchased new splendor+ i3s from Sharma automobiles Nangloi 110041 on 7th of october 2020, hence i am very dissappointed with the assest i purchased . From the next i am facing nth no of issues with the bike already, its not giving average i have already filled petrol of rs 1000 and whenever i speedup the bike 40 plus it got stucked and missing current issue and its not happen single time but whenever i speedup its stop working..Also gear are not working properly.

    Are you making customers fool?

    In past 10 days i already shown this in showroom for 4 time.
    I purchased bike for my personal use but its still better for the showcase of your showroom.
    I am getting pathetic service from you people . I have spent my money for ride my bike not to set up my purchased bike for your showroom.
    Now i dont want again this defective piece again, i want my money back fully at any cost, else i will file complaint in consumer court for fooling customers like this. Please file my refund case as urgency ..

    I took 4 days off for get this bike serviced in showroom, they declined my salary because of you poor services.

    I spent almost 1000 rs for just 380 apx km. I have wasted my 4 days for my new bike . Is this the service you people are providing?

              Hi Sir/madam..

              I purchased the Hero latest Glamour, bike. I raised poor mailaze complaints so many times. Due to my last complaint area TSM contacted me and changed the carburetor and clutch plates on warranty. After 1 week the same issue happened and now I'm not using that bike. Again 2-3 times serviced my bike then the same issue happening. Last time I sent mails to you but no one could respond. Please respond as soon as possible. Otherwise I'll proceed legally.

                My vehicle Maestro Edge, VIN: MBLJFW016KGB01961 Purchased on 19.05.2019. I have regularly maintained 1st and 2nd servicing. But due to Covid-19, all servicing centers closed. Therefore I could not do the 3rd servicing of my vehicle. After opening, I have taken the vehicle to the servicing center but to my surprise, I was informed that the time for 3rd & 4th servicing has already expired.
                Accordingly, the serving center directly performed the 5th service leaving 3rd & 4th service coupons unutilized.
                I request you to allow me to use my 3rd & 4th service coupons in light of Covid-19.

                      Bought aforesaid scooter number UP80 EE 8749 from your local dealer Nitin Hero Agra.

                      I bought it about 3 year ago. From the day one it is giving the starting problem. I have taken so many services from the dealer, submitted only the starting issue. Infact many time the person from dealer came to my house and find unable to start it at my house, they carry it to their workshop only solve the starting issue. always I suffer a big payment on the same.

                      I think it's worst electronic system is a huge drowback in this issue. Once the dealer has changed the ignition also. But the issue is as it is.

                      Main issue is when we unable to start it by self start, it doesn't start by kick also. So often we have to leave it where it doesn't start. I can only predict that it's electronic system got moisture very easily. I am submitting the display wher it's key is bubbling, until it doesn't stop the scooter will not start. Recently I have taken last service on 21 August'20.

                      I am badly upset to invest in this product. The middle class families can't purchase scooter every day.

                        Your company gave loans without any confirmation and how it was possible

                        It is a matter of coincidence that I do not know Mr. Sonu and I have financed the bike.

                          Dear sir,

                          i have purchased new exide battery from ronak automobiles, naroda, which comes with 2years warranty. Today after 55days from purchase the battery is not working hence i went to service centre. They said the battery if dim and we have to charge it for which you have to pay charge for same. I argued that its being not even half year and battery got dim, and if i have to pay the charge then what's the warranty is for, the guy out there told me that we have to send battery to the company i.E exide and your bike will be with us for 15days.

                          If i have to wait for 15days then why should i purchase from registered dealer there are many local vendords.
                          Kindly get me a solution asap.

                              I have bought hero glamour 125 on dated october'2018 from "HERO FASTWHEEL" (BANKRA).
                              The price of the bike was @75, 000/-. I deposited down payment 31000/- and the rest due amount is @44, 000/-. But in the EMI statement showing that i am giving EMI against disbursement amount @50, 000/-.
                              The dealer/showroom arranged the loan from MUTHOOT FINANCE on behalf of me, and the loan tenure is about 36 months.
                              Later i called showroom and ask them about this extra cost approx @6, 000/-, but they are saying that this are the processing fees.
                              Anyways I think I got cheated by the showroom, and i need the response and justice from you. Thank you

                                From the date of purchase my hf delux giving very low milage. 2 services has been done but milage problem does not shorted. I always mention milage problem in job card at the time or service. But worker does not show any concern about it. Till now they don't set the tappet valves clearance of my bike. My bike just giving 40 - 45 km/l milage on 40 - 50 speed.

                                    ABS issue
                                    Complained about breaking issue from day two of bike purchase.
                                    Every time I went to showroom they said in next service we will fix it.

                                    Due to ABS breaking issue had a close call with a major accident. Luckily I escaped.

                                    Extreme noise in engine. Sounds like I am sitting on a old generator.

                                    None of them in showroom are responding to the issue raised by me and it's not even a year old bike.

                                    Bought this bike with lot of dream but very sad service.
