I am babasaheb nachan i took bike before 2 months I have milage problem I went many times to service center but they didn't gave me response to me I am poor man how many time I have to go Serive center it's far 30km from my village in paithan vardaraj service center plz help me

This agencies cheat the customer
with out any confirmation they charged for allignment 613 rs
i was asked what alligment/ what insrument ?

I have bought maestro edge sports Scooty in October 2017 at Sri Lakshmi motors Hero Showroom, opposite - Malakpet Police station, Saleem nagar, Malakpet, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500036, Within 6 months of purchasing scooter. I got mileage issues. Since the company has promised me a mileage of 50-55. I used to get 25-30. I have also raised a compaint before. They serviced it after 10-15 complaints. They kept my bike for about a month still my problem has not solved. It used to give 32 mileage. I was helpless and i decided to use it. But this year, in march 2020.. my bike got stopped working. I went to sri Lakshmi motors, Abhyudaya nagar colony, Chintalakunta, LB Nagar, 500074 show room. They told that my engine got stucked and got bored. They told it would cost around 12000 to 14000 inr. I claimed engine warranty, so it costed me 2500 inr. After that, my bike gives mileage of 30 kms/ltr. I am an employee used to travel 50kms a day. With the rising petrol cost, how could i afford 30 kms of mileage ? In these 3 years... My bike repair costed me around 30K - 40K in which i could have bought a new bike. I'm so done now. Either you replace my bike or Compensate my loss. My bike's engine chasis number is MBLJFW013HGF21203. Engine number : JF33ABHGF19957. You can check my payments history in service centres. And i have never serviced my bike outside anywhere. All my free and paid services are done at Hero Service Centres only. You can track my record and please help me. And my Bike registration number is TS07FT4873.

I purchased a hero passion pro i3s 2017 model
My bike problem is it was suddenly running off while driving
I have complained to the service team many time but there is no proper response from them
Service men says the problem is solved
But bike problem is not solved

This Is to inform you that one and half year back i had taken maestro edge mat finishing blue color vehicle with EMI in bellad & company near bannigida stop Gokul road hubli- 580020.

for one year my vehicle was perfect, and now i am facing with engine problem when ever i put engine oil within 10 to 15 days engine oil is getting dry it will stop my vehicle automatically sometimes in road.
due to engine problem i went to bellad hero gokul road hubli, to rectify that issue they are telling 14 to 15000 for service to clear the engine issue
as i have taken the bike in EMI to pay that much of amount i don't have
HENCE I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO CLEAR MY ENGINE ISSUE FREELY
AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .

Today 11 /10 /20 i am giving servicing of my scooty to hero motor servcing centre in bokaro steel city jharkhand which located in sector4
My Distini 125scooty is not washing and not servicing properly and there employees are also misbehaved with me. And also get charges...

It's about to 1 year.. I bought a hero splendour bike from my nearest bike dealer ( name - shiv shakti automobiles, an authorized representative of madar hero, BANKA).
When ever i visited dealer office for my rc book they said that rc book will delivered to my address but didn't receive yet.. Due to this I face many problems.
Can you please tell me what is actual problem with my rc book and when I get rc book??

Today my bike servicing is done in K.L.Gupta Gaya, Bihar. They said delivery time of bike ki 1 PM but till 3.30PM I didn't receive my bike. When I ask computer operator Monu for bill he start arguments in rough language with me. Here no S.O.P for COVID 19 is followed. None of the staff wearing mask. No Que for bill they are gathered at same place.

M R Motors, a dealership of Surya Hero Motor in Jhotwara, With that my second time has been a very bad experience, I brought the vehicle here at 8:00 am and I put my number second but Opened 8 job cards before me and told me that we will work according to us, not according to you, And told me that if you want to get the work done, then if you do not take action then you can take your Vehicle We don't care, I have seen the worst service department of Hero MotoCorp, I would never recommend anyone to get a Hero MotoCorp vehicle It is better than taking a Hero's vehicle, that a person can travel in a bus.
Worst dealership is M Motors.

My Maestro Edge serviced from Friends Hero service station valanchery But the general service very poor. they are not ready to rectify the complaint also. Please do necessary arrangements

Hi iam from kasargod, Kerala.When enquiring about glamour bs6 disc model price dealers said 99, 050 rupees.when exroom price is 78000+, how it cost that much...even tax+ insurance is max 14000...
Is the way to dealing a customer...

Behavior of service engineer is not good . Service not carried out as mentioned but parts replace is done as mentioned in the service book
Engine performance is like 10 years old bike sounds abnormal.

Complains raised but close without resolution

Hi team,
I have gone through with service and i found pathetic service at center in Deoria Ganpati hero.

I had given my bike two times for service and found the same issue with no improvement even my got damaged with some other thing after servicing. i am not sure what they are doing inside where they are unable to resolve the issue.

I want to return my bike in such condition please help me here.

I am a customer of your's and have been facing problem in fixing my bike's front visor and headlight. I met with an accident in the month of july and i came to the showroom for repairing my vehichle ande they siad that dont have those parts and j have to order them then i ordered those parts which are needed then it took them 3 months to order those parts and in between that we visited quite a few times for our matter but none of them attained us properly then we tried to contact the chairman and then he assured us to solve our problem..and after 2-3weeks we were informed that we can go to repair our bike then in the day of servicing we were asked to bring the broken parts of the vehicle, ... sir was that question meaningful to the one who met with an accident ...was that more important than one's life? Then they said that they dont have some parts and we have to come again ...the problem is they asked us to send the picture of the vehicle and asked that if we were left with some parts of the vehichle which is to be fixed and sent the photos of the parts and the damaged motorcycle then they didn't replied and on the we went for repairing the vehicle they told us that we are responsible for the matter ...so sir is this the service we are getting from your different branches .
We were quite dissapointed with their behavior also as the were a not listening to our problems...

Kya hero Moto apni Bick ke shath betri nahi dete he। Meri hero Moto me exaid ki betri thi । Jo kharab ho gaii। Mene ajenshi par 4 bar betri check karai lekin badli nahi। Jo garnti me he। Date 09.10.2020 ko ajenshi ne bahut mushkil me betri bapsh li। lekin betri 6 din bad Dene ko kaha he। Ye kese niyam he hero Moto company ke ।

Good day...!
I have seen many motor cycles but i had bad experience in hero maestro vehicle.
Every time i do service at sai bikes. Peenya, bangalore branch. But after doing service only 1 week to 15 day vehicle in good condition but after that period vehicle pickup, millage is very poor. They are not at all doing proper service.

Kindly take proper corrective action on this issue.

New hero purchased on dated 05-october-2020 but found that the handle is out and left hand is paining while driving.

Also, seems that there is some issue with the fork as the cover above front type it is not aligned or not in center.

I went to dealer lakshya wheel, kondhwa, pune and they confirm that the handle is out but saying that the mechanic is not available and they will call.

Immediately action required.
