    I visited the showroom at jalandhar, punjab (Kosmo vehicles) on 18/09/2020 to purchase a bike hero passion pro 110cc. I asked for red colour bike. The sale executive ms sabhya told me that red colour will be available on booking only. I came to showroom for this on 21/09/2020 and put a booking for desired colour vide receipt no. 3701 for rs. 100/-, but after two days i was called to deposit rs. 5000/- to get my bike. I against came showroom on 23/09/2020 and deposit rs. 5000/- vide receipt no. 3563 and was promised that booking has been done with hero company and i will get bike within 7-10 days.

    On 30/09/2020 i called to know the status of delivery of bike but didn’t get any response. On 1/10/2020 sale executive informed me that a lot of new bikes received yesterday, didn’t have the selected colour, it has 6 nos. Black colours bikes. I have to wait for some more time.

    Today i talked to branch head at kosmo vehicles, jalandhar, punjab. She told me that she had made the booking two times with hero company, but neither they sent bike nor explaining the reason for non delivery. This is not a professionalism. Hero has to deliver the bike by committed time.

    Now you are advised to confirm the delivery of bike by or before coming friday (9th oct, 2020) or you will have to return the booking amount of rs. 5, 100/- with interest.

        Hi i am a owner of Xpulse 200 2019 BS4 since few months. Since the motorcycle is mostly focused on the adventure and trailing it is bound to get crashed and which results in damages of cosmetic parts. In a recent expedition of mine my knuckle guard has broken. I went out to the nearest dealer which is Pibco Enterprise to get a new one. But shockingly i found out from the parts manager that hero does not manufacture hand guards as spares and only comes with new motorcycles. This is the basic part of a dirtbike or any offroad focused motorcycle and the most likely part to get damaged. So, if this reaches to the company please please do not neglect such a small and necessary part.

                I have purchased splender ismart 110 in 2017, and only 1 month from the purchase date it's engine started making too much noise and it also stops working when it gets a minor jerk. I have told this to nearby agency's manager many times but he did not solved my problem yet.

                    Duggal Hero Agency in Gurdaspur do not follow Covid 19 guidelines Not a single employee uses face mask . When we asked them to wear a mask they said we are unable to talk with customer as it obstruct their speech and they find it hard and kore effort in conversation with customer while using mask
                    When the Job card is made the delivery time of bike is added but do not service bike at time . If we ask service manager about this issue He gave answer that this time is only formality the bike will be given with our own choice It may take 1 hour or may be more According to their wish .

                                I have purchased xpulse 200T on month of October 2019. Ofter first service vehicle getting started many issues like engine noise, gear slipping, dropping pickup, dropping milage, and mostly very poor built quality in every parts. Services done by westcoast hero authorised service Mangalore. In my first bike felt bad experience. Showcasing 200cc bike anything if we gon inside this bike looks like a splender model. a shame for #Heromotorcorp India and # westcoast hero mangalore. Poor service and service center's are made for making money. Unknowlegded staffs and rude behavior. It's my worst experience to write..

                                  I have buyed sccoty mastro edge on 2016 with 6-7 there was problem in pipe it was broken and oil leakes then in 2017 its face comp was broken they said and then in 2018 its crank shaft was faulty they said and now in 2019 same problem are coming and they saying engine is faulty. I haved buyed it for 52000 why i should pay them again and again for faulty thing i wana replacement.

                                  Hardly 7500km run this bike and not even used for rough. If the vehicle same issues are repeating means why u made service center .I need a complete solution for this or give a replace I have paid 120000 it's not a small amount.

                                    I did my servicing on time. Last 7th july 2020, my last free servicing was done. Today is 30th sept 2020. Not even 3 months, i am facing engine & transmission issue. I dont know how the servicing was done. I did not met any accident. Even there is no scratch on the vehicle. During this lock down period, the odo value is also minimal (Only around 460km after last servicing).

                                    As soon as free service got over, problem is starting up.

                                    I had activa earlier. It was good. Atleast these kind of issue did not experience.

                                    Kindly help me in this regard

                                      Duet vehicle purchased on 14th december 2015. From the begining we are facing issues with vehicle. It's not running properly even though we are very regular in servicing. We are doing servicings with venkatarama hero showroom nalgonda from the beginning. Everytime service providers are doing some patch work and giving back vehicle. Now they are telling like engine got failed better to replace vehicle otherwise it won't work even after repair also.
                                      "we having trust in hero brand. That why we took vehicle. We are expecting to replace the engine with new engine. I can't continue with the same issues again and again. Under warranty please replace the engine otherwise we will go consumer court with all the evidence and i don't want to leave issue like this. I will fight for this in court.
