I have purchase hero bike passion xpro keshav motors nikol ahmedabad in 05-feb-2019. My bike 3-4month bike sell not property working every time replacement. Keshav motors asked for company default. They have not properly answer last year.

Kindly let us know my bike sell start not working other bike.

We request you please solve this matter as soon as possible. Otherwise i have compaint...

I pk sharma vehicle no up32fm2660 a regular customer of your shop. I always use your work shop for maintenance of my vehicle. By this i have collected more than 45000 point. So i have to collect iron, for this i have visited your shop more than 10 time and finally they have give me iron but verify indecent behavior. Mr atul tripathi and one more employee behave me in a very independent behavior and told me not to come again...

Today I go to ashish hero sheopur for service of my bike but I see that service center has not good services for customer that doesn't have any tea coffee not good water not ac in waiting room please improve that facilities....

The dealer broked my bike's back side signal light and did not do the proper wash. Faced a lot of problem. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

Missing problem, slow down and stops while driving...

I had done service of my glamour bs vi on 24th sep from ridhi motors, andul. I had told for gear shifting problem, start is automatically shutting and handle is slightly bent. Yesterday i had got a call from service center and told that the bike is ok now. But today again the same problem is arising and handle is not straight. Dear sir/mdm, here i'm registering complaint against my new splender+ which i bought new (Model no mentioned above) engine number :-ha10agkhf16961, date of registration :[protected]. I have purchased bike in 30/03/2020 my bike is still under warranty and my ignition lock is not working and my distributer isn't replying. I want this issue to fix ans soon as possible and what is the meaning to buy new bike if small part like ignition lock get dammaged in just 6 months. Before lockdown i lost my bike key and i request to mostly showroom of dausa for this issue but not any response from any of the service center, at last i reached at hero showroom near somnath choraha dausa and request to them for solve this issue and they told me we have submitted your request for make a new key/changed lock. I bought a glamour bsvi vehicle in venkataramana motors, nalgonda. They entered the address of andra pradesh in temporary registration even though i mentioned by using bank passbook also we can register the bike. When i went to nellore for registration, in the maker's class glamour bs iv is not visible upon raising the ticket to rto office they said they can't do anything until the makers class is visible and the bsvi vehicle registration...

I brought xpulse 200 bs6 but its engine head is broken they said they will replace it on 1st service but they didn't done that they told their is no engine head is their what will I do I spend this much of cash and they giving damaged bike...

Hello! My registered two wheeler number tn 28bu0599. My rc has been received a week back from rto office to showroom by unconcerned authority. My authority mr. Sakthi from nataraja hero show room who stood up from me for registration was very rude to handle. He is not doing anything properly as reputed company rules and regulations.
Note… yesterday evening i contacted him and asked about the rc book he told me to collect near...

I had done my hero bike service at hero showroom at tambaram, chennai. They had make a damage on petrol tank, for enquiry we gone to that service centre office, but they customer support are really bad. Teach them first, how to speak with customer comes with query. Previously i had done my bike service at various place, they are polite and customer friendly. But here they are not good to speak with customers.
