I have buyed sccoty mastro edge on 2016 with 6-7 there was problem in pipe it was broken and oil leakes then in 2017 its face comp was broken they said and then in 2018 its crank shaft was faulty they said and now in 2019 same problem are coming and they saying engine is faulty. I haved buyed it for 52000 why i should pay them again and again for faulty thing i wana replacement.

I did my servicing on time. Last 7th july 2020, my last free servicing was done. Today is 30th sept 2020. Not even 3 months, i am facing engine & transmission issue. I dont know how the servicing was done. I did not met any accident. Even there is no scratch on the vehicle. During this lock down period, the odo value is also minimal (Only around 460km after last servicing).

As soon as free service got over, problem is starting up.

I had activa earlier. It was good. Atleast these kind of issue did not experience.

Duet vehicle purchased on 14th december 2015. From the begining we are facing issues with vehicle. It's not running properly even though we are very regular in servicing. We are doing servicings with venkatarama hero showroom nalgonda from the beginning. Everytime service providers are doing some patch work and giving back vehicle. Now they are telling like engine got failed better to replace vehicle otherwise it won't work even after repair also.
"we having trust in hero brand. That why we took vehicle. We are expecting to replace the engine with new engine. I can't continue with the same issues again and again. Under warranty please replace the engine otherwise we will go consumer court with all the evidence and i don't want to leave issue like this. I will fight for this in court.

I purchased a fresh motorcycle from devika hero kunjwani byepass jammu and paid a full and final amount and took the delivery of motorcycle after completing of codal and other formalities. But on next day i started noticing the issues like damaged digital meter, damaged seat and i brought the same into the notice of devika hero jammu, contacted them hundreds of times, but even after passing of more than one and half month my genuine issue under warranty was not resolved.

सर मैंने मेरी बाइक स्प्लेंडर प्लस 2019 में खरीदी थी एवं अब जब मेरी बाइक में स्टार्टिंग प्रॉब्लम आई बैटरी से रिलेटेड तो वह बैटरी 2017 की निकली एवं जब मैं बैटरी चेंज करवाने के लिए जिस डीलर यदुवंशी मोटर्स पाटन नीमकाथाना सीकर से मैंने बाइक खरीदी थी उसके पास गया तो उसने कहा कि हमारे जो मैन डीलर देव मोटर्स सीकर वालों ने कुछ हेरफेर कर दी होगी तो अब हम इस मामले में कुछ नहीं कर सकते कृपया मेरी बाइक में बैटरी का समाधान करवाइए मेरे पास बैटरी से रिलेटेड डॉक्यूमेंट जो कि मेरे को बाइक खरीदते टाइम दे गए थे है

Problem in starting a bike

Dear sir,
I have purchased duet - ggm on 10/04/2016 engine no jf 33aaggc16602 and chassis no - mbljf16etggc01331 and only running 11267 till today on words
But now a days his engine give smoke also sound form engine,
When i have discuss all this from service center he had given me not taking service time to time so your warranty sericeyis expires if you want to service to paid approx 8000 rs. I will need your suggestion.

Only i had taken service to till date is 4 service.

I hear by confirm that, my bike passion pro had bs6 has been showing the malfunctioning indicator from past few days, that i have been visited the dealer but i don't get properly reply, so kindly consider this complaint, and help me to sortout the problem, waiting for your reply. Now it has run upto 2380kms

But the sushil hero agency badevan basti has demands more money with me from the bill.

I purchase hero splendar plus motorcycle from rishi bykes sarangpur bioara rajgarh madhya pradesh on date 8/09/2019 but i have not received number plate now date.
Dealer speak that numer plate not give by company. You purchase number plate from outside shop.

I have purchase hero bike passion xpro keshav motors nikol ahmedabad in 05-feb-2019. My bike 3-4month bike sell not property working every time replacement. Keshav motors asked for company default. They have not properly answer last year.

Kindly let us know my bike sell start not working other bike.

We request you please solve this matter as soon as possible. Otherwise i have compaint consumer form.

I pk sharma vehicle no up32fm2660 a regular customer of your shop. I always use your work shop for maintenance of my vehicle. By this i have collected more than 45000 point. So i have to collect iron, for this i have visited your shop more than 10 time and finally they have give me iron but verify indecent behavior. Mr atul tripathi and one more employee behave me in a very independent behavior and told me not to come again in my shop.
Please look into the matter so that we can henceforth use maintenance facilities in future

Today I go to ashish hero sheopur for service of my bike but I see that service center has not good services for customer that doesn't have any tea coffee not good water not ac in waiting room please improve that facilities.
