I did my servicing on time. Last 7th july 2020, my last free servicing was done. Today is 30th sept 2020. Not even 3 months, i am facing engine & transmission issue. I dont know how the servicing was done. I did not met any accident. Even there is no scratch on the vehicle. During this lock down period, the odo value is also minimal (Only around 460km after last servicing).

As soon as free service got over, problem is starting up.

I had activa earlier. It was good. Atleast these kind of issue did not experience.

Duet vehicle purchased on 14th december 2015. From the begining we are facing issues with vehicle. It's not running properly even though we are very regular in servicing. We are doing servicings with venkatarama hero showroom nalgonda from the beginning. Everytime service providers are doing some patch work and giving back vehicle. Now they are telling like engine got failed better to replace vehicle otherwise it won't work even after repair also.
"we having trust in hero brand. That why we took vehicle. We are expecting to replace the engine with new engine. I can't continue with the same issues again and again. Under warranty please replace the engine otherwise we will go consumer court with all the evidence and i don't want to leave issue like this. I will fight for this in court.

I purchased a fresh motorcycle from devika hero kunjwani byepass jammu and paid a full and final amount and took the delivery of motorcycle after completing of codal and other formalities. But on next day i started noticing the issues like damaged digital meter, damaged seat and i brought the same into the notice of devika hero jammu, contacted them hundreds of times, but even after passing of more than one and half month my genuine issue under warranty was not resolved.

I have purchased duet - ggm on 10/04/2016 engine no jf 33aaggc16602 and chassis no - mbljf16etggc01331 and only running 11267 till today on words
But now a days his engine give smoke also sound form engine,
When i have discuss all this from service center he had given me not taking service time to time so your warranty sericeyis expires if you want to service to paid approx 8000 rs. I will need your suggestion.

Only i had taken service to till date is 4 service.

I pk sharma vehicle no up32fm2660 a regular customer of your shop. I always use your work shop for maintenance of my vehicle. By this i have collected more than 45000 point. So i have to collect iron, for this i have visited your shop more than 10 time and finally they have give me iron but verify indecent behavior. Mr atul tripathi and one more employee behave me in a very independent behavior and told me not to come again in my shop.
Please look into the matter so that we can henceforth use maintenance facilities in future
