I am mohammad ishaq shah i have purchased a extreme 200r on 26 april 2019 at jk motors srinagar on delivering itself i found the following problems engine noising mileage problem disc problem front nd back pickup problem heatup problem so that they asked me to bring my bike back to repair. Till now i went 6 times to test the performance but it is not rectified yet nd i just follow whatever thay say but till my problem is solved nd hence i asked many times but hero just giving me again cheap reasons to say with this faulty bike what should i do. I can't keep my self mum this time bcz i have to launched a complaint against hero at consumer court nd i can sure this time. My bike still pending from 29 aug 2020 but they don't rectify what is actual problem just give me new bike or give me my money back along with documentation charges.

Hero motocorp is the top company but they don't have email address to launch complaints and
Even they don't have toll free number for customer complaints. It is very disappointment to me.

I have purchased bike in 30/03/2020 my bike is still under warranty and my ignition lock is not working and my distributer isn't replying. I want this issue to fix ans soon as possible and what is the meaning to buy new bike if small part like ignition lock get dammaged in just 6 months. Otherwise i have to complain in grahak shuraksha.

Yesterday (25/09/2020) i was visited one of
Hero motocorp siliguri sevoke road service centre for my scooters service but what i observe, all of service guys are don't have proper knowledge & there's a single guy. Everyone is asking him that "dada this bike having this issue, that scooter having that issue so what to do" & he just shouting all over the floor. After all that drama they resolve my problem. But the very next day my scooter break down in the middle of the road, i suffered lot of trouble because of those persons. Then in emergency i visited a local garage & they informed me my scooter not getting proper oil to start. I just not understand hero is one of a big name in india & they having this kind of service. I don't how much helpful for this review, but please try improve your service team.

I have buy a new bike passion pro bs6 on 15 aug i have never seen this type of worst bike in my life it's gear is stucking and bike is shut while riding the bike have many problems i am not satisfy with your product i think you have to stop manufacturing of this bike because i can reduce your customers

I am gopal lal sharma from dausa rajasthan 303501. I have hero extreme. Before lockdown i lost my bike key and i request to mostly showroom of dausa for this issue but not any response from any of the service center, at last i reached at hero showroom near somnath choraha dausa and request to them for solve this issue and they told me we have submitted your request for make a new key/changed lock. I submitted my rc book and licence also but not any responce from them last 5 months. Weekly i met to them and asked about about the process but they all are hands up and nothing to tell regarding this problem. I am suffring in problem last 5 months and not any one clue to how solve this issue so please understand my problem and do some need full. Plese help me regarding this issue.

I bought a glamour bsvi vehicle in venkataramana motors, nalgonda. They entered the address of andra pradesh in temporary registration even though i mentioned by using bank passbook also we can register the bike. When i went to nellore for registration, in the maker's class glamour bs iv is not visible upon raising the ticket to rto office they said they can't do anything until the makers class is visible and the bsvi vehicle registration are done at the dealer only i have paid the full amount including the life tax of vehicle (14%) because this is my second glamour bike. Upon enquiry of sales person, they returned the amount of rs.9242/- after.. How irresponsible is this, if they found discrepancy in life tax they would have called me and i would provide local address in telangana. Dealers are more interested in delivery of vehicles than the problems of customers i didn't expect this. It's been three months and the bike is not registered. Please make the dealer to make necessary arrangements for registration. I am enclosing the necessary documen

I brought xpulse 200 bs6 but its engine head is broken they said they will replace it on 1st service but they didn't done that they told their is no engine head is their what will I do I spend this much of cash and they giving damaged bike

I buy this bike in 2017and iam fasing clampchian problem in my bike .
3&4 times repair it but no change, bike make more noise from engine
I think company manufacturing defects

Hello! My registered two wheeler number tn 28bu0599. My rc has been received a week back from rto office to showroom by unconcerned authority. My authority mr. Sakthi from nataraja hero show room who stood up from me for registration was very rude to handle. He is not doing anything properly as reputed company rules and regulations.
Note… yesterday evening i contacted him and asked about the rc book he told me to collect near by rto office. Today went back and checked and came to know my rc was taken by someone but signed as mr. Sakthi hero. Later section members told me to investigate about to the concern person so, i called back he simply saying that he did not collect!!! When i asked him to give my rc just annoyingly he refused. Kindly look upon the issue and set back. Thank you

I had done my hero bike service at hero showroom at tambaram, chennai. They had make a damage on petrol tank, for enquiry we gone to that service centre office, but they customer support are really bad. Teach them first, how to speak with customer comes with query. Previously i had done my bike service at various place, they are polite and customer friendly. But here they are not good to speak with customers.

Sir i beg to state that i am fully unsatisfied for services. I complenid the hero honda spl+ front light is not working... Plz help me. Then he said your main switch circuit board fault... Then i say its ok. I suggest new switch circuit bord fitting here. Then 3 days after i go to service center and paid the cash... Time 5.45pm. A few second go same problem coming soon. Then i say plz sir or 5 days after cheack the all parts and solve the problem. Then 3 days after go to service center... Same problem coming soon... What a service sir?

I purchased a hero Xtreme 200r on May 2020 I runs almost 9000 km but unfortunately my front disc has been damage and handle racing problem and engine become very rough sounds. in our location mechanic didn't do good servicing of my bike.

Kindly give better suggestions to my local show room for good servicing

Sir/madam,

I purchased my above bike from j&k motors srinagar from the date of purchase of bike to till date i am in big problem to purchase this bike. There is a engine noising at least 3-4 times head camp and slender nd timing chain has been changed but noising nd mileage problem could not be resolved nd other problem is with pickup issue nd disc issue with front nd back nd handling also is not gud compare to other bikes nd suspension is very bad from 1st service many times i told your service engineers clear these issues they just trying to convince me everytime there is no problem and these are manufacturing defects why i am suffer. My bike was passed by your q. C without checking/testing. There is a manufacturing problem.

In the meantime i have lost my time and money also every time they giving me fake trust. I had a glamour nd cd deluxe bike almost which was 8 years old. I was happy with my old bikes. But my new bike harrassed me badly. All of these happened due to your wrong manufacturing. I think your tie up has been borken with honda, so it happend. Your engineers are not so good as honda engineers.

Finally, i would like to say that kindly look my matter seriously otherwise i will have to go to consumer court.

Hoping an immediate action from you.

मैं सुधीश कुमार हीरो सुपर स्प्लेंडर के BS4 एडिशन का मालिक हूँ जिसको मैंने 2017 में मई महीने में जनता हीरो भगवाचुंगी प्रतापगढ़ से ख़रीदा था।

घटना सं 1:-गाड़ी खरीदने के 1 वर्ष के भीतर ही गाड़ी से धुआं आना शुरू हो गया (जबकि गाड़ी खरीदने से अब तक सभी सर्विस नियमित समय पर जनता हीरो के वर्कशॉप पर ही करवाता हूँ )काफ़ी कहने सुनने और कई दिन सर्विस सेंटर के चक्कर काटने के उपरांत 1300 रुपये लेकर के गाड़ी में कुछ कार्य किया गया 2 माह के बाद फिर से वही स्थिति हो गई और अभी तक सही नहीं हुआ है।

घटना सं 2:-एक दिन गाड़ी की सफाई करने के दौरान मैंने देखा की मेरी गाड़ी की चेचिस चटख (टूट )गई है,
जिसको मैंने जनता हीरो के वर्क शॉप में दिखाया तो वहां से तीन दिन बाद पता चलता है की यह वारंटी में तो हो जायेगा लेकिन आपको आर टी ओ ऑफिस से चेचिस बदलने के लिए अप्रूवल लेना होगा अब मैं एक हफ्ते से सर्विस सेंटर और आर टी ओ ऑफिस के चक्कर काट रहा हूं मैं एक रोजगार परक व्यक्ति हूँ यह मेरे लिए प्रतिदिन करना असंभव है।

अतः कम्पनी के उच्च अधिकारीयों से मेरा अनुरोध है की कृपया मेरी सहायता करें।

I have purchased a hero passion pro bike from varenyam hero, bhopal m.p.
During dealing the dealer told me about passion pro bike that the bike has 84 k.m./liter milage, and it has tube less tyres .But I found that it has only 40 to.45 km /liye milage and both tyres are with tube .I faced big problem because of tyres .
The company and dealer both cheated me .They did fraud with me please help.me.
