I have buy my bike during year 2016 and after that I face engine problem timing chain after 2 year also, I was already said to hero kamal motor agency many time to solve this problem, he can not repair and solve it now my bike is a like a garbage plz u should take right against my this complaining, I hope u understand my problem which was m facing, my bike no.       Sanjib her, puri (Servicing). I not satisfied to service of my maestro 125 fi because thay can't solve instrument cluster vibration and gaves service very poor. Another one is they can't talk to a caustomer in proper way meanly a person name as (Siddharth) his language is very crowel

        We have purchased the Passion pro bike 110 cc on dated 8.02.2019 from Mathura but unfortunate bike engine was block on month july 2020 total running km approx. 12500 km service agency is RAJA MOTORS in Manesar but today again my bike engine block and due to that problems oncomes many other issue comes out form tell service agency of RAJA MOTORS . and ask me money for that problems recovery.

        As per out last complaint you do not take any action against RAJA motors, my bike standing on raja motors and there RAJA motors doing very rudely behavior, he say that no fear any one any things hero motor employees .he ask me more money, please help us my bike keep a raja motors last one week

                Dear sir,
                I, manas kumar maity, a customer of your authorized dealer super automobiles which is situated in dakshin mechogram, panskura, purba medinipur. I bought a bike which model no is glamour-ibs-drs. I bought the bike on 12.03.2020. My bike engine no is ja06erlga10508, frame no is mbljaw108lga11846 and key no is 1243. My bike registration date is - 29.03.2020 and the registration no. Is wb29d[protected].
                So the age of the bike is more than five months, but till now the number plate is not placed on my bike. I went several times to the showroom but they are not able to give me the solution and also they didn't want to hear my problem. For this reason i face several time legal harassment in the time of emergency case when i went by bike. Now i ride the bike with fear of harassment. I cannot use the bike for long distance or highway.
                At last my point is the service. The service supervisor whose behavior is the worst to the customer. He behaves very roughly with the customer. He did not give the proper servicing procedure. He don’t want to hear the problem properly and so the problem is not solved properly.
                So i am requesting you to take necessary steps to solve this problems. If you kindly solve my issues i shall be thankful to you.

                  Dear Sir/ Madam,
                  This is to inform you that I had met with an accident on 11th and I had given my vehicle to repair at Bhanu Hero Showroom at Kukatpally.

                  In the bill, Without doing anything, they had charged, Rs. 3304/- as Chasis Alignment.

                  My Vehicle chasis was fine when I had given my vehicle in that showroom.

                  & 2360/- as labour charges just for changing handle, mudguard and visor
                  For labour charges it should not be more than 1000/- + gst 18%.

                  They had cheated me by unauthorised charges of Rs.4484/- ( chasis alignment Rs.3304 + 1180/- labour charges)

                  So please take action against them and do needful

                    H, we purchased hero maestro edge in nov 2016 and since then we have changed 4 batteries, even recently the new battery is discharged within w weeks.

                    If the scooter is not started every day the scooter will not start in one attempt.

                    Appreciate if company can check on the exact problem as service centre has never found the resolution.

                        I purchased a hero super splendor bs6 model on 22/06/2020 and after few days noticed that oil was leaking from engine and complained about it to the service center during the first service but was received no response except that it will the same would be conveyed to the company and further steps would be notified to us, but its been a month and i havent received any updates when asked for the same i was told that no updates were received from the company.

                          Yesterday i visited to the manama moters udaipur for pre book service no. Sr#[protected]rsrb[protected] dtd 8.9.2020 at 1pm as per scheduled, but no one service representative attend me almost 1.30 hrs, i had lot of trouble and wastage of time at there, after 1.30 hrs. A lady representative came and when i asked her, she responded very carelessly then i went back to my home... Kindly directed to the firm dealer to attend customer very well and treated as a vip

                            I have purchased a glamour bike. My bike registration number is jh24d5101. When i had purchase bike, my bike give milage of 54 kmpl. But during the 2nd service in hero service center the mechanic disturbs bikes milage. Now my bikes milage is 34 km per liter. I am facing this milage issue from 2nd service time and i am also complaining for the above problem on each and every service time of my bike but my problem not resolved yet. Everytime service center cheated me with fake sympathy. Due this i am facing revenue issues expending lots of money on petrol. So please kindly help me...

I have approached hero motocorp workshop, shiv-nagar, udhampur for many times but they could resolve the problems..

                                        I had purchased vehicle from rk automobiles dilshad garden, from very first day it starts creating missing issue while driving, after running around 250 kms i took vehicle to the dealer had told the issue he asked me to took to his workshop, i visited workshop and they told that spark plug is damaged, they changed it and done something with his laptop but the problem persists i made complaints then he said when you come for service we will resolve it but on first service their behaviour became worse and they just change oil and said now its alright but right now its i3s service is not working and the problem is still continues rather than being solved.
