Vehicle is not starting by starter...

Submitting an application requesting that i get my two-wheeler work done under warranty my bike went through a ditch while riding and cracked the rear ring of my bike. When i called the showroom, they thought it was not under warranty. Then i called hero moto corp online, but they said that i could not tell if it was under warranty, and they gave me a phone number. I called that number but they did not pick up my call and if i called in dhanalakshmi...

My vehicle number-ts15el7069, given for service 1 month back. After servicing again it is not working. I called the customer care of hero show room, they said battery has trouble.
I agreed and changed the battery by paying money. Now after a week again my vehicle is not working.

My question is what the service they are doing? Why they are taking more money with out proper service? Why i should i pay with no proper service....

I have Glamour Bs6 on 28/08/2020 with Mohana Hero Royapuram.it's damage and Repainting on front MUDGURD, unproper delivery with out cross Bar. Not responding With customers I hever seeing like this.

I have purchased glamour bike on 9 september 2017, its engine gets very hot even after ride of 5 km. I had made its servicing 10 days before, your staff suggested to change mobile, i did so, but the problem persists. What should i do???...

I serviced my bike at hero service center at joshi road karolbagh delhi. They charged for wash in paid services but they didn't wash bike. Massage received as bike ready for delivery. But it's not ready. At this crucial time, we came hare and many things do in front o[censored]s. Its not a good customer services. I really very disappointed with this services....

I hv purchase a new I smart on 6 july frm sumerpur, pali raj. Ganesh hero they r not give me receipt of down payment of 20000 cash and 10000 paytm, and total amount of bike in emi of 12 month charge 80000 + 10000 intrast total cost 90000 illegal charges and no any accuse to me plz justice with me

I gone to anand hero chhatarpur MP with my friends because he purchased hero delux 2 month ago, helmet not available in agency on purchased time so i gone for take helmet with my friends on 28/08/2020 they give me worst quality helmet in 1250 rupees and not give recipe for that .when i ask for, manager told me, "keep your helmet and get out of showroom neither i call to watch man for out .and misbehavior with me and using abuse word with...

My new hero splendor + bike has serious issues in engine. The hero agency is not helping me in it. I have been discussing the issue with them since i bought the bike and they have been making excuses on the same....

I have purchased hero ismart 110 in 2017 and till the date engine problem is not solved by any of your authorised service centre located in aurangabad. During my every regular service i have telling them the engine problem and they are doing something and taking money and bike doing smoothly for one or two month and problem and same problem occurs.

Passion xpro model purchased on 31.13.2019.Due to some registration issue RC issued on June, total milage covered by vehicle is 4k.

During Aug 2020 observed there are cracks developing on back tyre, when same informed to dealer where services were rendered, he suggested tyre warranty is provided by tyre manufacturer so consult TVS for same.

TVS confirm s that vehicle manufacturing is 2019, whereas tyre fixed...

Bike shanti hero munger bihar se liye. Bike lene ke dusre din se he bike ka speedo meter aur carborater kharab mila. Jab complain leke jane pe mujhe koi help nahi mila aur mis behaive mujhse kiya gaya. 50 se jyada bar complain leke main shanti hero gaya but mujhe solution nahi diya gaya. I have purchased a bike hero passion pro 110 cc new model from kathumar, alwar in jan-feb 2019. All the services are ok and done on time. Now self of the bike is not working from 5 months. Self and its related parts are not available in whole alwar district. Now i am facing big problem without self.

My 2016 glamour bike is overhauling. I have taken all services fro hero show room only. It is in 5years engine warranty. Dealers are telling its come under warranty but company won't give because it is a publicity to attract. I mailed to company but they are not respond yet.
