My pleasure scooter given for second service in ganesh motors vellore last week.. With simple complient "when break apply noise coming" but that complient not rectified... My 2.5 point petrol only became drain... Very worst service...

    My hero pleasure given for second service... With 2.5 point petrol.. With complient of "when brake applied noise is coming"... The one and one complient not attend... But make my petrol tank empty... Not even able to ride 0.4 kms... Very worst service...

      The staff of the service showroom was not doing there work and become the timepassing. The manager will not doing anything while complaints. I am very unhappy from this hero company. No good response from there and the staff members have not good behaviour to the customer.

        I purchased my hero xpluse 200t on[protected].
        On[protected] both alloy wheel of my xpluse 200t got bend by just hitting a small hole in road at the speed of 60 and I was about to fall becoz after this there is no gas in tires.
        This is totally wrong xpluse 200t wheel quality is worst I never seen any other company bike got this problem you are providing worst wheel rim quality.
        What about the safety of the customer?
        Now I can't refer someone to buy hero company bike becoz company don't care about the customer safety.

          I take a hf deluxe bs6 model on last 8 month but in this 8 month i change my head/dipper light 3 to 4 times...
          Dipper light always be cut after cut dipper i only access head light on the time of driving...
          Kindly suggest why my light is damaged again and again

            Subject : grievance regarding the bike parts changes by the dealer rbs moters, 111a, 12
            Gt road, ashok nagar, kanpur, u. P., 208012.
            Ref: up78 gd 5907 numbered hero passion pro bs6 fi drum black bike.
            Sir,
            I am the owner of the vehicle mentioned in the reference and i have purchased it on
            17.06.2020 from the dealer named in the subject and driven it 1138 km.
            I met with an accident on 12/08/2020 at 09:50 pm due to this mainly these parts of bike got
            Damage left crank case, handle, right foot, gear change.
            I have visited the dealer’s service centre on 17/08/2020 and claim the insurance and they
            Told me left crank case is not available now and after taking key they promised to me with in
            10 to 15 days they will deliver the bike. On 4th sept when i reached the service centre i found
            That clutch wire, costly key ring and 4-5 liter petrol were missing from the bike.
            When i said then they set new clutch wire but about petrol and key ring they said i have not
            Done this. On 4th sept they delivered the bike after changing handle and crank case. I have
            Paid 350rs file charge and 250rs engine oil charge.
            At the home when i checked the whole bike i found that my fuel tank and many engine and
            Body parts was replaced by the old parts that was dull and scratched.
            As i mentioned above i purchased on on 17th june it and under the 2.5 months dealer
            Changed my new genuine bike’s parts with old parts. So i want my parts back.
            Hope that you will take necessary action in this regard and kindly reply me soon.

              as per above captioned subject i would like to mention that i had purchased motorcycle of your company passion pro . from very begining i am facing problem in riding bike as it creates sound in chain socket and also fuel consuption is very high.
              After 1st servicing the problem still exists and on contacting hero service centre they told that there is other customer also complaint about same problem in this model of passion pro .kindly resolve my problem or replace tthe bike .

                Yesterday 3/9/2020 i bought hero mestro edge 110cc. Next day i found head light is not working aps light continue on, so therefore i visit the show room i called the manager for regarding issue but service manager told me buy another head light bulb which cost is 145, i surprised, yesterday i bought new scotty and next day light was not working.

                So what kind of service you provide? I attached the bill.

                      Since 2 months i am unable to find Karizma R 10/2013 manufactured bike stud rods part number :- 90031-KFB-000L and 90032-KFB-000 in any show rooms at hyderabad.
                      All dealers are not willing to place order for the above spare part.
                      Even that spare part unavailable in company online platform www.hpgmart.com

                      Unable to file complaint or grievance in company website. Company website had some issue that no drop-downs in the options, unable to fill complete application and submit grievance.

                        I have paid all my EMI's few years before for my two wheeler loan and PL on that. Still loans has been not closed yet, for that we have to call them and have to request to close that and NoC latter. Registered mobile number was [protected] and that number was changed before few years also I have asked over email and on customer care call for change my number and NoC for each loan which is not changed or provided yet.
                        They receiving call after 15 mins and tell us to download their app and do from it. But they even don't know how we can login into that app if mobile was changed and app is asking to enter OTP which is sent on registered mobile number. customer care executives are very irresponsible.

                            Submitting an application requesting that i get my two-wheeler work done under warranty my bike went through a ditch while riding and cracked the rear ring of my bike. When i called the showroom, they thought it was not under warranty. Then i called hero moto corp online, but they said that i could not tell if it was under warranty, and they gave me a phone number. I called that number but they did not pick up my call and if i called in dhanalakshmi showroom, they also said that it will not be available under warranty, but it is a humble request to help me to get my bike work under warranty.

                              My vehicle number-ts15el7069, given for service 1 month back. After servicing again it is not working. I called the customer care of hero show room, they said battery has trouble.
                              I agreed and changed the battery by paying money. Now after a week again my vehicle is not working.

                              My question is what the service they are doing? Why they are taking more money with out proper service? Why i should i pay with no proper service.

                                      I serviced my bike at hero service center at joshi road karolbagh delhi. They charged for wash in paid services but they didn't wash bike. Massage received as bike ready for delivery. But it's not ready. At this crucial time, we came hare and many things do in front o[censored]s. Its not a good customer services. I really very disappointed with this services.
