I gone to anand hero chhatarpur MP with my friends because he purchased hero delux 2 month ago, helmet not available in agency on purchased time so i gone for take helmet with my friends on 28/08/2020 they give me worst quality helmet in 1250 rupees and not give recipe for that .when i ask for, manager told me, "keep your helmet and get out of showroom neither i call to watch man for out .and misbehavior with me and using abuse word with me

    My new hero splendor + bike has serious issues in engine. The hero agency is not helping me in it. I have been discussing the issue with them since i bought the bike and they have been making excuses on the same.

      I have purchased hero ismart 110 in 2017 and till the date engine problem is not solved by any of your authorised service centre located in aurangabad. During my every regular service i have telling them the engine problem and they are doing something and taking money and bike doing smoothly for one or two month and problem and same problem occurs.
      What should i do now???

        Hi this is Tabrez actually I buyed xpulse 200 in Bangalore, so when I buyed my bick the seat is little bit expanded actuall reason is know my bick seat is expanded more when I asked to service center they are blaming it is my fault bc of I added seat cover to my bike what the hell it is if i use seat cover it will expand? The main reason is quality o[censored] r seat and vahicle is worst I thought hero is one of the best company but know I got I just vested my mony bc of buying one of the worst quality machine my no [protected]

          Passion xpro model purchased on 31.13.2019.Due to some registration issue RC issued on June, total milage covered by vehicle is 4k.

          During Aug 2020 observed there are cracks developing on back tyre, when same informed to dealer where services were rendered, he suggested tyre warranty is provided by tyre manufacturer so consult TVS for same.

          TVS confirm s that vehicle manufacturing is 2019, whereas tyre fixed in vehicle is of year 2016 so warranty is not covered in your case, replacement will be provided by the supplier.

          When informed to Royal motors udaipur where vehicle purchase done .They said you have replaced the tyre and we don't supply so much old tyres with new 2 wheeler.Issue escalated to TM Udaipur Heromotocorp he also denied and confirms that we don't supply old tyres with new vehicle and they don't have record of tyres what has been supplied during sale.

          So finally I concluded that Hero can fool consumer by not providing any confirmation on tyre details, whether it is a fault of dealer or company not understand.This a clear case fraud by Heromotocorp

          Now they have suggested me to pay 1000 Rs for replacement of tyres both.

          If it is not their fault why they are bargaining on the cost.

          Earlier dealer said you have not used vehicle properly, you drive the vehicle under puncture condition etc etc...Where as tyre has no puncture till now.

          It's a total case of fraud kindly look into the matter and such kind of illegal practices from such a brand should be closed.

Jab complain leke jane pe mujhe koi help nahi mila aur mis behaive mujhse kiya gaya. 50 se jyada bar complain leke main shanti hero gaya but mujhe solution nahi diya gaya. Kripya mera solution karne ki kripa kare. Sunal kumar.

                Respected Sir/madam,

                I am using HERO CBZ Extrem bike and I have given my bike for service on[protected] in one of the authorised service centre -SHREE RANG SERVICES, VADODRA.
                Job card number[protected]RJC[protected]
                The person who has taken my bike in the service station told me that I need to change many of the engeen parts and it wil take 4-5 days and nearly 20k.Today it's[protected] and yet he is saying that he is facing problem in getting parts.Is that the excuse from authorised service station ??
                I am wasting my money in travelling cause I am having only one vehicle with me and that is in service for now.I also need to pay nearly 20K as expected service cost with the new parts.
                The person named Virendrasingh Rajput is giving excuses everytime I call in the service station.
                please try to understand the situation and take necessary action against the service station .

                        My 2016 glamour bike is overhauling. I have taken all services fro hero show room only. It is in 5years engine warranty. Dealers are telling its come under warranty but company won't give because it is a publicity to attract. I mailed to company but they are not respond yet.

                          I bought a Passion Pro BS6 110 cc bike on 26.07.2020 from Hero Motocorp dealer M/s Pashupati Motors, Adchini, Delhi. The bike has got manufacturing defect.It loses pick up on heating of Engine and engine becomes hot too early. The bike misses too much.The engine misses. I complained to Hero moto Corp but all on deaf ears. I think that there is no hearing of customer complaint in this company and the company thinks that Customer is Fool and we should take benefit of this.

                            I am currently taking the Splendor Plus bs6 model in JK MOTORS AYYEMPETAI, THANJAVUR DT, TAMIL NADU..Currently my vehicle is faulty and if I take it for repair they refuse to repair it.When asked why they refuse saying that we do not have the facility to repair BS6 vehicle...And they refuse to meet the needs of customers...Thus customers in our area are afraid to buy Hero bikes due to worst service..But l like hero company vehicles... That's why i was bought splender plus.. So I humbly ask you to choose a good service center to repair my vehicle...

                              Yesterday i was going to service center in morning 8:30 am, i am giving my bike key to hero motor authorised service center tewatia associated ballabgarh 10a, pocket 3, rajiv enclave, sector 5, faridabad, haryana 121004 for my bike servicing. Then i was going taken half day in my office at 5:00 pm and reach tewatia yet 5:00 pm.
                              But there i am shocked no any washing of my bike, no anything do in my bike and charge taken 380/- rs. If i am not paid this amount then bike not giving me. I am also share my bike picture with this complaint. So please help me out and do necessary things for this service center and also hero motocorp.

                                My vehicle hero duet battery was not working. I purchased the new battery on october 2019 and now my vehicle battery is completely discharged. The service station of hero duet in charbagh near balrampur garden lucknow has taken my vehicle for servicing and for changing the battery on 17 August 2020 and then they called me up on 18 August 2020 that your vehicle is ready but they did not provide my vehicle as the battery got completely discharged after charging it by their employee. Since 18 August they are making me fool that the battery is not available in the market and will come after 7 days and when again I called them up today i.e(25 August 2020) they are again making an excuse that the battery is not available and it will come after 7 to 10 days. They are charging me 1600 extra for new battery altough my battery is under warranty and when I have complained in customer care then the girl over there was in favour of the workshop that the battery will come after 7 to 10 days. She did not file my complain. This complain should be taken seriously and serious action should be taken against the workshop or else I will report this case to higher authorities. I want my complaint to be registered immediately.

                                      Today (24/08/2020) i got my service done from brij hero (Brij biwheelers) - hero motocorp in mathura they charged me for wire labour charge and in bill they given as accidental labour charge but i dont have any issue regarding wire in my bike. And apart from this it is my first service in joyride scheme and the expiry of my joyride card is 02/03/2021 so how can i redeemed my another three service of this programme kindly provide the resolution of both problems.

                                        I have repair my bike in sukumar motor in chomu jaipur rajasthan.
                                        They repair reem and their parts but my bike is not functioning and also i have complain in su kumar motor they are not helping me and their manager is also not talking right to me..
