Hi i have purchased vehicle from bimal motors - bytrayanapura - bangalore

At the time of vehicle purchase they have provided 5 years third party insurance

Recently i went to rto office for cancellation of hypothecation, there i face problem regarding insurance rto office people saying that insurance is not updated but in the insurance form end date is 2023 but still they asked me to go to bimal motors and update the same.
So i went back to showroom and informed the same they said that every year i need to renew the od insirance then only it will applicable.

I didn't get any correct response from bimal motors

Please help me regarding this.

Your service center members are not liable and only misdirect way not complet my complaint and again again 4 time i face same issue my battery problem and my bike not good running .and your compny member not perfectly work my bike nothing doing only oiling change not done washing all inside intrument not clicking not work properly.plzz check and read my complait msg then u not solve my problem then i will send complait.

I drop bike at service center for claim insurance and bike is ready but in same condition as I drop it, odometer is loose, don't cover any scratches in front fender and in fuel tank, break in same condition, clutch in same condition and also bike get more sound in 5th gear at speed of 55 but before insurance cliam they produced at above 80 bike running smoothness is look too bad after take from service center. I bought hero hf deluxe from swastik enterprises showroom badnagar on 02/07/2020, with the bike number mp 13 fn6553, which has a problem today that it stops running frequently due to which i get upset. Hmmm and took it to the showroom. Two to three times, i made them show me the showroom and then said that it has been cured and i will bring it again. Then the same problem occurs. So i want to change my bike because i have gone to the showroom four times. Just a month has passed. After that there is so much trouble, then the bike is bad from the company which needs to be changed. It is being told repeatedly by the company that we will repair and repair.

Hero glamour fi 2014 model, met with an accident on 31/10/2019 at kottarakkara, kollam, kerala. Chasis was damaged and repaired at hero autorised workshop s k motors pathanapuram, kollam. An amount of rupees fifty thousand billed for the same and now the engine is producing heavy noise and smoke coming out of silencer. On asking for repair they demand another ten thousand for repairing. Iam pretty sure that the vehicle was good condition at the time of accident without any kind of noise. I want the vehicle to be repaired under any circumstances

Complain is regarding khapar hero branch taluka akkalkuwa who is being paid total amount and extra rs 11000 has a penalty by dealer and till date they have not provided r c book to the customer... Please resolve my issue so that i did not loose my faith on hero motocorp .. thank you

She is playing pubg but doesn't give the copy of insurance from last 3hours this is really unacceptable.

I am Rajeev Sharma purchased Hero Passion Pro from Rahul Automobiles Bariatu Road Ranchi Jharkhand on 2017. From the starting i was complaining for milage of my bike but no one rectify and resolved my complaint, today on 19th Aug. 2020 I visited to Rahul service center Karamtoli Chowk Ranchi I have given my bike for paid service at 9 am I went to service center again at 3 pm they confirmed me your bike is ready for delivery i was there for 45 minutes bike was not ready and when I ask what work has been done I have asked for paid service and there is noise in engine not body replied satisfactory they have not changed engine oil in paid service they didn't did anything except washing they wasted my 6 hours and mainly them behavior was so rude they are not talking properly is it Heros customers behavior i can't expect from esteemed co. Like Hero.

I may request you to kindly resolve my issue and ask service center persons to behav properly with the customers atleast this customers deserve.

I have purchased a hero splender plus bs6 i3s on 17th july 2020, it has started showing engine issues now. The bike is not starting properly, is overheating and a wierd very high pitch tick tick sound coming from the bike. I took the bike to the service center. After going five times, he was able to locate the problem. Now they are saying they do not have part. It will take 5 days to get new part. Due to my problem in my bike i have got three to four days off and i do not even have a another bike to go to my office. I tried to contact another service centers too. But everyone's phone is switched off. I tried to talk to customer care too but i could not find any help there too. Hero motocorp have very poor customer support. No one is going to tell you what to do next. Please help as soon as possible. What a joke? I spent ₹ 85000 getting a new bike. And the next day your bike breaks down. And after that you are walking around the showroom no one is listening.

I had purchased splender i smart 110cc bike in 2017 and from that day it has noise problem in engine. Countless times engine is repaired and every time service center assured that it will not happen again but same happens every time.

Every time i have to pay seal and packing charges which is used to repair the bloody useless hero engine. Please be noted i 'll not pick up my bike this time from service center until the charges are waived off.

Also i need assurance in written that engine problem will not happen again.

I have purchease spl pluse hero dealership in finance from jai sai motors Rishikesh afther one day i have ask finencer ditail about my loan he told me actual doun payment 18000 rupees and 2000 rupees dealar charge when i ask about charge he told me every financer should be compulsory this charge otherwise we should pay this from our selary so i suggest heromotocorp please highlight this issue and take action againt it it is totally fraud by dealor
