Sir, in owner's manual why engine oil hero 4t plus sae 10w30 sj grade jaso ma is mention. Jaso ma is for wet clutch. It should be jaso mb.

Maine friday ko apne scooty ka servicing.. Mangalmurti hero moto corp me kraya tha... Jo pahariya varanasi uttar pradesh me.. Hai.. Aur mere scooty aj start nhi huyi subh to maine uska enginge oil check jo ki umse nhi dala gya tha... Ye incident ek bar aur mere sath ho chuka hai ye log... Engine oil. Ki. Chori krte hai... Isk phle bhi mera engine seej... Ho chuka hai ye dusri bar wo log same galti repeat kr rhe hai maine complain bhi kiya...

I've purchased a new splender plus on 2nd july 2020. After some days taking bike from office when going to home with bike suddenly face that current dropping problem and only vibrate the bike no run so far, and i complain about it in showroom but the problem is not solved. Destini 125 was purchased december 2019 and was registered on[protected].
First service was done on[protected] with reading of 735 km.
Second service was done on 04-06-20 at 2567 km.
Immediately after this service engine oil started leaking and vehicle was taken to service station and we were told that their is crack in engine chamber so you claim from insurance and will we get it replaced.

I had purchased vehicle cd delux in jan 2020. After purchase one month battery was disabled not working properly i had intimate the showroom march 2020. Then lockdown issue problem not salved after the lockdown showroom was say. Problem salved to open exide battery service station still problem not salved. Very bad service provide prathibha motors wakad.
Please look because it's so bad performance to hero....

Hello... My hf deluxe has some problem with the engine,, i want to claim warranty as the dealer is not co-operative by telling warranty cannot be claimed and addressing some new terms and conditions that he did not informed at the time of the purchase....

I have sent my hero pleasure for paid servicing at your authorized service center. D d motors, district center, chandrasekharpur, bhubaneswar. At first instant they did servicing of the vehicle and handed over without checking the locking system. As the vehicle reach at home i could not lock it. Again at the same time it was sent to service center. They too their time and rectify it. Aftet that now the vehicle is creating...

I have purchased a Super Splendor BS6 on[protected]. I have charged with a Logistic and Handling charges of Rs. 1920.00 (Rupees One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty) only by the concerned dealer except the price of the vehicle, Insurance, Registration and Good life etc. The invoice of Rs. 1920.00 was not provided me by the dealer representative, but when I claim for that they have provided the same with some hesitation after half an hour...

I am request for my bike splendor i3 s. your agency employee behaviour Is not good. In bike engine last service no oil found so engine makes more noise. In bike 9 litre petrol filled but in agency no petrol remaining in my bike. Bike chain set wear in only 10000 Kms so I not paid any money for this issue. Engine noise petrol in tank 9 litre chain set damage in only 10000 kms shockers brake leather in last service is not good no oil found in engine in 10000 km bike get more noise...

Reddy and reddy hero motocorp, west godavari, bhimavaram-534202 main branch, they sold me a fraud bike at 9/12/2019. The bike was always compliants, as many engine problems, there staff told me a crank problem after a month they solved at price 2500rs after 4 days full smoke at silencer again they told me piston rings problem they told me price 3000 maybe but we refuse the high cost, after completing bike piston ring complaint we give 600rs....

Soliciting high regards i mr. Mahibul islam would like to inform u that, i had purchased hero glamour bs 4 on the month of february, still i have not got the r. C of the bike, its 6 months gone almost, i have called the dealer yesterday, they were behaving like nuissance saying some slang words,
Dealer location - bechimari, darrang, assam, pin -784529...

My bike not sarts easily in morning and heats very much....

I purchased a new bike in march 2019. From dhruv automobile ambala city haryana. But in an accident in march 2020 under one year. I went to the daman automobile for repair my bike alloy wheel was broken. But their staffs say it would not be cashless. I repaired my bike 17/03/2020 and but i didnn't my reiumbrhment daman automobile staff is not coporate with me.
