          I have a hero i-smart pro, which brought on september 2019. From the time of delivery we face sometimes starting problem. We inform to the dealer they said that after few days riding the problem solve automatically but problem not solved. Then we visited the workshop to service my bike & get solutions of the starting problem/suddenly stopped in running condition, but the problem not solved tiil now. Few days ago same problem happening many times when i'm on the way, so we visit a local workshop but problem not resolved. Then once again visited the authorised workshop but still facing same problem. Its very denjer cause if suddenly stopped on the highway then accident occurs.

                  Good afternoon, dear team the company had done fraud with me as i purchased a new bike from mahoba city which is located in uttar pradesh. Yesterday on[protected]August) at mid night around 7:30 to 8:00 pm i got my bike tube blast while running on road and due to that i had lost my mobile and got major scratches on my body, this is a trust company how can you that?                     My bike no is hr31 p1275. Which purchased on december, 2018. I went to national services jind (Gohana, rihtak by pass) to change battery. Battery is totally damaged. But national services denied to change the battery. So please change the battery. It is under warranty.

                        I gave my bike hero motocorp super splendor ibs drs to an authorized hero service center on 30.7.20 with 5249 km reading instead of my bike being serviced i received my bike from a police station without the service being done and moreover someone from the service center rode it for 130 km approximately.
                        I want a written apology from the head office of hero motocorp regarding this situation and as for compensation they will have to service my bike for free for 2 years.

                          Sir, in owner's manual why engine oil hero 4t plus sae 10w30 sj grade jaso ma is mention. Jaso ma is for wet clutch. It should be jaso mb.

                                Destini 125 was purchased december 2019 and was registered on[protected].
                                First service was done on[protected] with reading of 735 km.
                                Second service was done on 04-06-20 at 2567 km.
                                Immediately after this service engine oil started leaking and vehicle was taken to service station and we were told that their is crack in engine chamber so you claim from insurance and will we get it replaced.
                                Since scooty is under warranty why do we claim under insurance.
                                Pls specify why engine is not being replaced and why we are made to file an insurance claim.

                                  I have been trying from last one and half month to get resolution of my complaint but till date i didn’t get any result. To start with, i had purchased a motorcycle splendor plus from one of your dealership tulsi motors on 20th march, 2020 on my wife’s name.

                                  The day i bought the motorcycle i request the dealership for registration of the motorcycle as it was already in rumours about lockdown. Even one day before lockdown was started i personally go to the dealership and asked their staff for registration. I know that after 31st march 2020 my bs4 motorcycle would not get registered. But i didn’t get any confirmation from them. During lockdown also i was in contact with the dealership staff which assures me that registration will be done before 31st july, 2020.
                                  Now when the lockdown was relaxed on 15th may, 2020 i go to the dealership and asked about the registration of my motorcycle. That time i came to know that they had done a blunder by not registering my vehicle.
                                  From that time, i have been visiting dealership and calling the staff for any solution but all in vain. Nobody is giving me clarity that will my motorcycle get registered or not. On one of my visit dealer people told me that they will give me new bs6 motorcycle in place of this bs4 but i have to give them extra money. Why should i pay for the mistake of dealer?
                                  Even i registered a complaint in company cell centre with complaint no.[protected] but i didn’t get any call from dealer or from company till date. I called up again and again to call centre but they just give only one answer that dealer people will talk to you.
                                  Sir i am very upset with the behaviour and attitude of the dealer in my case. I need some strong answer. I have purchase hero motorcycle on its brand name but the service i am getting is of third class.
                                  Please do something and help me in this matter.

                                    I mukesh kumar. I want to say that avni auto arjun park najafgarh. The service has become so bad: 5 free do not understand the meaning of free service, these people do absolutely useless service. They do not even the washing of the vehicle and as well as he takes 260 rupees instead of 258 rupees as well as these takes 150 rupees from the name of free service and thay are take total 410 rupees for 1 service. These people give a cash memo of rs 150, 150 rupees are taken extra from the customer and vehicle's service oil is also use the poor quality.in total the servicer making fool to costomer from name of service.
                                    Only i want say that in your vehicle service, people work poor service so please become much better from tvs 'bike service and honda bike service. Otherwise, in the coming time, we will buy the bikes of tvs and honda because the hero's bike is not as strong as before.

                                    Free service means only free If you are taking money only oil, then we understand, there is a matter of making the otherwise customers fool.

                                        Hello... My hf deluxe has some problem with the engine,, i want to claim warranty as the dealer is not co-operative by telling warranty cannot be claimed and addressing some new terms and conditions that he did not informed at the time of the purchase....
