Bike speed above 50 km/h than bike engine not work properly this problem ask by me to petal hero service center but not solve after 4 free service,

One more problem face by me below 10000 km bike front jumper leak oil how's quality that very bad experiences

Plz solve that.

I have purchease spl pluse hero dealership in finance from jai sai motors Rishikesh afther one day i have ask finencer ditail about my loan he told me actual doun payment 18000 rupees and 2000 rupees dealar charge when i ask about charge he told me every financer should be compulsory this charge otherwise we should pay this from our selary so i suggest heromotocorp please highlight this issue and take action againt it it is totally fraud by dealor

My hero maestro edge scooty of 2017 model has got major engine problem in spite of timely servicing. The total km travelled by this is only 17905 kms. After servicing, i have got a bill of amount of 7400 (Approx). After requesting service manager to the service center (Service center is singla agencies-mohan co-operative area, new delhi), he has reduced the amount to 5499/- which is still a bigger amount for me. I doubt about the person who carry out services in service center. Perhaps, they service the bike without changing engine oil though they charge for the engine oil. Customer are not allowed inside the service station where actual service is carried out. Another incident occur in the same day. My scooty was not started by self start. Mechanic checked it and told that battery has damaged. I insisted him charge the battery. They told me that they have fully charged the battery and assure me that battery has damaged and i have to change the battery. But i could not believe on his words and started by scooty by kik start and after travelling distance of about 10 km i have found that battery has charged and self start is working. Battery is fine. Upto today i. E. 17.08.2020, i have continuously used my scooty by starting self start and i have not got any problem. This shows that service center people try to manipulate the customer and they do not do their duty properly. I want a enquiry in my case.

Exide battery do not properly work and charging . Please change it into it's warranty time

I have a hero i-smart pro, which brought on september 2019. From the time of delivery we face sometimes starting problem. We inform to the dealer they said that after few days riding the problem solve automatically but problem not solved. Then we visited the workshop to service my bike & get solutions of the starting problem/suddenly stopped in running condition, but the problem not solved tiil now. Few days ago same problem happening many times when i'm on the way, so we visit a local workshop but problem not resolved. Then once again visited the authorised workshop but still facing same problem. Its very denjer cause if suddenly stopped on the highway then accident occurs.

Today[protected]Friday) i visit the ratna motors, mvp colony visakhapatnam (Ap) tomorrow is holiday 99.9 % dont bring for service your vehicle.. Sir i request to high authority to slove the problem.

Good afternoon, dear team the company had done fraud with me as i purchased a new bike from mahoba city which is located in uttar pradesh. Yesterday on[protected]August) at mid night around 7:30 to 8:00 pm i got my bike tube blast while running on road and due to that i had lost my mobile and got major scratches on my body, this is a trust company how can you that? I want refund and want to pass the claim and also want to take a strict action against this. Sharing you the images of the tube and registered documents.

My bike no is hr31 p1275. Which purchased on december, 2018. I went to national services jind (Gohana, rihtak by pass) to change battery. Battery is totally damaged. But national services denied to change the battery. So please change the battery. It is under warranty.

My motorcycle engine is making noize and not comfortable working

I gave my bike hero motocorp super splendor ibs drs to an authorized hero service center on 30.7.20 with 5249 km reading instead of my bike being serviced i received my bike from a police station without the service being done and moreover someone from the service center rode it for 130 km approximately.
I want a written apology from the head office of hero motocorp regarding this situation and as for compensation they will have to service my bike for free for 2 years.

Sir, in owner's manual why engine oil hero 4t plus sae 10w30 sj grade jaso ma is mention. Jaso ma is for wet clutch. It should be jaso mb.

Request check up.

Maine friday ko apne scooty ka servicing.. Mangalmurti hero moto corp me kraya tha... Jo pahariya varanasi uttar pradesh me.. Hai.. Aur mere scooty aj start nhi huyi subh to maine uska enginge oil check jo ki umse nhi dala gya tha... Ye incident ek bar aur mere sath ho chuka hai ye log... Engine oil. Ki. Chori krte hai... Isk phle bhi mera engine seej... Ho chuka hai ye dusri bar wo log same galti repeat kr rhe hai maine complain bhi kiya customer care pe bt koi reply nhi. Aya.. Apse request hai ki please ispe immediate action liya jaye... Thank you

I've purchased a new splender plus on 2nd july 2020. After some days taking bike from office when going to home with bike suddenly face that current dropping problem and only vibrate the bike no run so far, and i complain about it in showroom but the problem is not solved. They are just passing the time saying go here, go there or leave the bike. As the problem is from 15 days, so i request you please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Destini 125 was purchased december 2019 and was registered on[protected].
First service was done on[protected] with reading of 735 km.
Second service was done on 04-06-20 at 2567 km.
Immediately after this service engine oil started leaking and vehicle was taken to service station and we were told that their is crack in engine chamber so you claim from insurance and will we get it replaced.
Since scooty is under warranty why do we claim under insurance.
Pls specify why engine is not being replaced and why we are made to file an insurance claim.
