I have been trying from last one and half month to get resolution of my complaint but till date i didn’t get any result. To start with, i had purchased a motorcycle splendor plus from one of your dealership tulsi motors on 20th march, 2020 on my wife’s name.

The day i bought the motorcycle i request the dealership for registration of the motorcycle as it was already in rumours about lockdown. Even one day before lockdown was started i personally go to the dealership and asked their staff for registration. I know that after 31st march 2020 my bs4 motorcycle would not get registered. But i didn’t get any confirmation from them. During lockdown also i was in contact with the dealership staff which assures me that registration will be done before 31st july, 2020.
Now when the lockdown was relaxed on 15th may, 2020 i go to the dealership and asked about the registration of my motorcycle. That time i came to know that they had done a blunder by not registering my vehicle.
From that time, i have been visiting dealership and calling the staff for any solution but all in vain. Nobody is giving me clarity that will my motorcycle get registered or not. On one of my visit dealer people told me that they will give me new bs6 motorcycle in place of this bs4 but i have to give them extra money. Why should i pay for the mistake of dealer?
Even i registered a complaint in company cell centre with complaint no.[protected] but i didn’t get any call from dealer or from company till date. I called up again and again to call centre but they just give only one answer that dealer people will talk to you.
Sir i am very upset with the behaviour and attitude of the dealer in my case. I need some strong answer. I have purchase hero motorcycle on its brand name but the service i am getting is of third class.
Please do something and help me in this matter.
