Dear sir i'm sadik i bought bike from your showroom in surat bike name hf deluxe and the battery is not responding properly for that i went to your workshop but didn't not listen me and just for battery they ask me to wait minimum 10 day's and they are not polite with costumers i hope u will understand what i'm trying to because of this behaviour u may lose your costumers i hope u will respond me

Sir i m purchase passion pro bs6 model today in basti (U p) subham motors showroom. But when i drive he is much more noisy and engine will be heated. I depressed this situation because bs6 model not noise this time so u solution what can i do....

My hero maestro’s seat is broken from many months and i have contacted many offices around my city. But there is nothing in their stock from 3 months. Can u please sort out my problem. I am unable to ride my scooty because of this problem. It’s my request to u please sort out this asap. The model of maestro is 2015 and bill number is 349 (Date:25/5/15). I had purchased the Hero Splendor Bike - I Smart FI VI on 16th Jan 2020 but I feel it is my big mistake to purchase this bike because it's engine got very heat after 10 KM of drive.

and I am got surprise when I had given my bike for service in showroom and only 350 ML Mobile available in bike.

I have raised this concern to hero showroom too, but they have taken it with very casually approach which is unacceptable...

I have purchase a new passion pro bike your hero show room at rithala delhi. I visited my nearest khanna auto showroom at uttam nagar, delhi for bike servicing but they deny for servicing. Even they don't treat fairly with me.

I have purchased new hero bike on 29 sep2019 vehicle no. Rj20vs9000.
In feb2020 i had visited for 2nd free services and it was done. Post that due to lockdown and being out of the town i was not able to visit for 3rd free service.
I visited for service at kota motors service centre kota on 18 jul 2020 and the team officials behaved very abruptly and when i concerned about my 3rd service they refused for the...

And again worst and pathetic service i ever have for my bike at avni motors najafgarh new delhi. Even after telling the advisor regarding the oil leak issue at 1st and 2nd service, issue gets unresolved... Don't think that the company really want to make a relationship with customers as per the advertisement shows... They don't even know how to treat with a customer... Hero "#" motocorp......

I really dispointed to your bike service. I have purchase a hero xtreme 200s bike. Already 3 time service done but still now my problem was not slove. What the issue I can't understand.
1millage.
2 engine sound
3 abs problem.
And many problem. Many times I saying to service centre but still same problem.
If you not slove my problem I will case to consumer forum...

I had given bike for services my battery terminal is broken while service men is removing battery From bike.and
They are telling me that you have to pay charge for this.help me
They are giving very rude answer to me and they told me to pay money for exchange this...
