Hii sir,
Earlier i had took a complaint on 29/06/2020, cas id no.5800090, for the noc which amount was closed on 18th february 2020. But cheque was deposited from the company side continuously every month, then the ceque was dishonored 4 times and the charges was debited from my account and the bank will take action to me, so who will be responsible, and how will got my bounce charges. When it will reimburse from the company, and do it quickly. If i could not got my losses money, i will take the legal action.

    I have purchased hero xtreme 200s on october 28th 2019 upto 1st service the bike was good and after 1st service the bike makes some noise and the hero moto corp was unable to solve the problem in the 2nd service and 3rd service also.

    The problem is in the engine with the valves which are in engine
    I have driven the vehicle for 6000 km

        Since january, when i bought my bike "super splendor" from shakti automobiles jagdishpur to my home at emi, and it is 6 months to that purchase date, still i have not got all the parts of my bike from agency.           I have given my bike for servicing and for minor repairs. They just opened the head and billed me rs.4300/-.

          Except that they did nothing to my bike but the price charged is very high.

          When i ask for the service & inputs fixed to my bike they didn't answer me well.

          I didn't receive the service to the value of money paid. I'm totally dissatisfied with their service.

Plate s according to norm but after complition of 7 months he has not given me my rc and no. Plate . I called him no. Of times even i sent massages on whatsapp for inquiring of rc but he has not responded about every time . When i visited the to the dealer he missbehaved with me .                       I am visiting hero service center in gurgaon (Himgiri hero badshapur sec.-38) they guy having lots number of bike for service. Even they don't talk properly for example if you go for a service of your bike it will take 7 to 8 hrs to your number

                        I brought a new vehicle that is passion expro in september 2019 by cash. Till date i'm facing front wheel and tyre is not properly fitted. And thus air pressure is not stable more than 2days.. This problem is occurred when i purchased the vehicle..
                        Authorised dealer survicer says that this is chargeable survice.. So u have to pay and get survice.
                        Now i payed and survised the bike... Now also facing the same problem.
                        And also they collected amount for free survices too.
                        So pls help me to get free from these problems.

                          I have purchase hero pleasure plus in march 2020, next day after purchase petrol leakage occurred, i explain the problem to the hero shop where i purchase this scotty, they told its normal overflow. Each and every day petrol leak, then again i explain to then, they check and change carburetor and keep my bike for 16 days for observation. They give me a bike after few days problem still persist and not fixed, petrol leak very frequently. Please fix this problem permanently or replace this bike.

                                  I have sent my maestro edge bs6 for a complaint in the ignition / vehicle key. I was informed that the key is damaged and need a replacement for which i agreed. After maintenance, the vehicle was delivered to me.
                                  After paying him the charges, i checked the vehicle but to my surprise i was then informed that it needs battery replacement as well for which i got frustrated. Then i inquired about the single key given to me for the new one. The manager told me that now a days, the company is supplying only one key. But when i was about to reconfirm the same from other dealer, he informed that it has come with only one key and he has sent a mail for the other one. When i insisted to show the mail to satisfy myself, he denied to show the mail and he argued that it will be done like this only. If i wish, i can take the vehicle or get the new key removed by paying labour charge.
                                  With no other option left, i asked him to remove the same and reinstall the old one. The next day i received my vehicle with old key which i got it replaced at other dealer.
                                  On my observation, i found out that the horn was replaced with faulty one, the near light isn't functioning and the engine torque increased.
                                  The avs dealer was very rude, liar and not at all professional.
                                  I would like to see the action taken by hero motocorp on this.

                                      I sri aswini kumar sahu, berhampur, take a personal loan reference cas id - 5800090 and loan amount 252, 953/- on 5th august 2019, but i paid the 7 emis and then close the all balance amount rs.2, 37, 933/- on 18th february 2020 through axis bank cheque no. 190558, transaction no.60977841. But hero fincorp company submit the cheque every month on continue basis and the bounce charges was debited from my account and the bank was notice to me as failure customer. This was informed many times in local hero fincorp office and delhi head office also. But there is no response.

                                      So kindly send the noc and the return the dishonored cheque amount which is debited from my account as soon as possible, otherwise i will take the legal action with you
