I had booked a hero splendor plus bs 6 bike from pintu automobile, kalyani in district - nadia, west bengal on 6th june. But till today they are unable to deliver the bike to me. And now they are insisting to return my money.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible....

I am very much disappointed for your company bike. My bike no is pb13bg1634.
I am facing problem leakage of engine oil and starter.

I have changed two time engine oil seel of own coast still not solve this problem.

Pl look after this matter otherwise i will move to legal action....

Hi i am purchasing hero destiny 125 at 15 january 2020 in cash
I have done 1st service 4th march 2020
And the second free service 22nd june and i have one complain self start is working, but after servicing i recieve my scooty and i get same problem with another one more problem when drive i feel my scooty back tyre is shaking and i am scaring when i drive
I want complain about this...

Today I came to RK Automobile at Badkal Chowk, Faridabad in afternoon at 1:45 pm for First service of my Destini 125 HR87 E 3442 it’s done 230 km only and faced oil leakage issue while I purchased the Destini in March 2020. I have informed to Mechanic that oil leakage issue then he checked and told me the head cover seal crack or break at 2 pm . I have been waiting for 3:30 hours at showroom. And I didn’t get proper response from service...

I had purchased a motor cycle hero super splendor bs6 on dated 14.06.2020 from quick auto (Uluberia). Dealer point motor cycle delivered but leg guard not fitting. Dealer says no stock available of leg guard & material order. Still date no leg guard fitting. So, i am not use motor cycle. What can i do. Please help me.

I rishab sahu purchase splendor + in date of 03/09/2020 from the hero dealer union bikes sakchi jamshedpur and vehicle number is jh05cm-7728. I have received the rc book but in rc book there was wrong hp updated. Then i have return it another day. But from then i had not received my vehicle rc card. They are giving me unnecessary reasons. I had follow them 10-15 times. But this was a long period for me of 8-9 months. I am facing my problem...

I am hero customer and have one of the most trusted bike splendor (Dl11sm9378).
Unfortunately there is engine problem
As my bike is still under warranty, i took it to a workshop to get it fixed on 15th june 2020. But till this date nothing has been done.

Even after multiple reminder and query nothing is being done on it.

These workshops are malign hero core value to mud and...

I bought bike in oct 2019

From this day i have face many issue with this bike

No self is working properly

In running mode create annanumosly sound

Auto off bike when low on race

Dim front light

Low sound of horn...

Meine hero splendor special edition venus automobile sangrur se kharida tha wo pic defected nikla usme starting problam nd petrol average bahut hi kam hai pls change my motarcycle meine abhi 400 km hi chalaya hai may end mein kharida hai...

My vehicle number kl 02 bj 2043 has left a free service. But the authorised service centre (Diya motors, kollam, kerala) didn't allowed my free service[protected] because of time expired.
I lived in a containment zone near kollam. So i didn't submit the vehicle for free service on time. So you kindly take my request as early as possible...

Hero virendra bike showroom in rewari... Giving very poor services

I left my scooty for service ing at 0830 am and again receive it at 1230 pm... After so much time the scooter condition is same... The manager have no reply for it....

I have purchased a bike on 1st march'2020 (Extreme-200r), but my bike has defected, it has several problems - oil leaking, indicator not working, bike has to much noise, knocking problem etc.
I have complaint to hero motocorp, but my request is still pending, they never assigned any engineer for me who can look at the problem.
I visited on the showroom but they never took my problem seriously.

I dont get the service of my scooter from last one month. I request a lot of time to the dealer for that but still dont get any help from there end. So please take the necessary action against of them.

I am here with submitting that i am gopala b k my vehicle is duet white colour no. Ka. 13. Eh.5044. Due to failure of fuel cable i taketo the show room t 3.20 pm your technician take my vehicle at 3.20 and change the cable. I am waiting outside visitors are allowed to the workshop nd visiting room in workshop area. Your technician saidvthat i will call you in final billing section handover the vehicle. My vehicle repaired at 4.59 p. M. And...
