      My complaint is against mr naresh taluja and his guards of service center of himigiri service center jhilmil, who brutaly misbehaved and not giving the pollution certificate after paying the money of my puc of bike hero splender, he used these kinds of words like (Jo karna hai kar lo nahi dena ja). Is this kind behaviour they shows to customer in the crises of corona spread. I waited there for almost for 6 hours.

        Scooty fitting ng - front head inside the handle wall fiber fitting mismatched. Faced problem during driving turned the handle and created the sound when handle movement the left and right.

          I went to showroom last week to enquire on bike service timings and the staff had told me to come before 9 am. I went to showroom today at 8:45 am to give bike for servicing and the staff were denied to take the bike and they told me tto come between 7 am to 8 am. But i have been told to get the bike before 9 am earlier. When i asked that, the staff argued and almost tried to physically attack me along with the mechanics who are working. The staff has told me they will never do service for my bike and asked me to do whatever i can do. I had called the support number seeking help but no one responded. I felt threatened and argued for more than 1 hour to give bike for servicing. I am worried if the staff would do anything for my bike as they are not happy with the discussion. Please advice

            Purchased joyride and wanted to make payment via debit card while making payment cashier asked me extra charge to pay being a customer how can any organisation charge me extra for the payment that too via debit card swipe and the cashier saud me it is compulsory and showed me the notice which stated payment via credit card is chargable extra i asked why are u asking for debit card he said debit credit both is applicable. If this is the situation then who will move towards digital india.

              Dear Sir,
              I am Vinu K Research scholar, Kuvempu university, Shimoga.
              As I above mentioned I really fed off with worst service and irresponsible work by SREE KARTHIK MOTORS, N.T ROAD, , BYE PASS ANNEXE, SHIMOGA-577201. I have complaint regarding my bike Glamour FI KA18 Y 8651. First I went to the service, service Manager and staffs told me to get Engine(bore) service, then after the Engine(Bore) service I paid 11374 rupees. After service I found Motor pump vibrating ( when key is on the motor vibrating upto 10 seconds ) and also riding too, then I informed them, they told me to get service again, again after one more service I paid 3, 950 rupees . Again after the service I found same motor pump vibrating problem, again their negligence in service I am facing same problem . They are asking for get service again and demanding more than 13, 000 rupees for motor pump. In service center their is no good behavior from the staffs and if I question they only wasting my time from making some kind of stories. Still my bike is in service station, nearly from 3 months.

              So I kindly request you please do needful action quickly and do repair my bike with free of cost, because I already spend nearly 20, 000 rupees, this was happened by negligence and irresponsible work by staffs.

                With very sad I am register this complaint. I brought hero bike model X pulse 2000 from Kalyan hero showroom phuzhakkal thrissur kerala on last year September. And almost 13000 km only I use this bike now presently that bike is in Kalyan showroom service center from 4-6-2020 and the complaints are battery week tyre rim in rust form and oil leak. I am working in telecome industry and bike is essential for my job. When I call the showroom customer care they not give proper answer and tell parts not available I am very much sad please clear the compliant or give me a temporary bike other wise it will effect my job

                Or otherwise I will move legally. I am surprised like this movement from a reputed company like hero doi g toward your customer.

                    I am the owner of the hero mastero edge. I purchase it on[protected] from arihant autos dera bassi punjab. During the period of routine service the agency holder doesn't give me the proper service and the staff misbehave / talk rudely and does not give positive reply.
                    The workmanship is very poor recently i went for routie service in agency and i replaced my side bulbs of head lamp but the lamp has left loosen. After this i complaint against their workmanship but they refuse to fix it and to book my appointment the wording of their owner is"by buying one bike we are not servent of your"
                    So i request you to resolve my complaint and being a your costumer i want the proper staitisfaction and services as my right.

                          I have bought a hero duet scooter in 19 march 2018 form jai sai motors, and today (06-june-2020) i had been handover the scooter for normal service in same service center in morning and they have checked my scooter and told the estimated cost of 1100 but after 5 hours, service center executive called me and told, some parts has been damaged in your engine so need to replace some parts and shared the estimated quotation 6772 rupees.
                          How it is possible that engine has been damaged within 2 years after purchase the scooter. Is it worst parts in the hero duet scooter?
                          And what the benefit of 5 years warranty, when service center asking of paid service for the engine.
                          One more thing, why you are not providing the actual issues in written. Is it not my rights to know what changes you are doing with my scooter in the service center while you asked for too much money for service.
                          Can you tell me why i have bought your hero duet scooter while it is totally dumped.
                          Can you please provide the details in written, what changes you are doing with my scooter for whom you asked too much money while my scooter is under warranty.

                                      On dated 25th may 2020, i replaced my bike some parts due to accident of my bike. Parts details - fender fr comp, fr visor, r side cover black, l side cover black, guard engine, kit step from speedways mmm maliya road amritsar punjab. Invoice no. H 446 & job card no. P/23591

                                      During this time firstly speedways er not install 2 parts of same model of my bike which is of different hero model - guard engine & fender fr comp & also reflector not available on fendor fr comp. Reflector space in fendor fr comp is empty showing hole in it on both side which gives us bad impression in bike. If we pay full payment then why er's not install full parts.

                                      Secondly kit step is also incomplete part. Broken part of kit step is different & installed part is different.

                                      Also not satisfied by the speedways person who is providing new parts in inventory room. He doesn't know how to deal with customers. How he guided work to us

                                      What is this?? Is this service of provided by hero to customers

                                        Yesterday 3rd june 2020,
                                        I submit the byce reg no dl8scm3622 for service, indicator change and for chain set... Estimated time was 3:50 pm,
                                        I reached at service center address 18 number rohtak road andand parvat
                                        Delhi pincode 110005 at 4 pm but till 5 pm service was not cleared...
                                        Chain set was not in the service center its ok but main issue that byce was not washed and not polished till 5 pm,

                                        Paramjeet ordered to the servent dadan mishra but he said in front of me that i m not going for washing.
                                        I took my byce i maked the all payment.
                                        Thats y m complaning. Poor service bad response.
                                        My byce is not washed and polished properly but i paid 800 rs.
