I purchased hero glamour in 2019-october, and my vehicle fuel tank cover hook is broken, i try many times to complain for replacement but they didn't register compnain & didn't change please help me regarding this,

On dated 25th may 2020, i replaced my bike some parts due to accident of my bike. Parts details - fender fr comp, fr visor, r side cover black, l side cover black, guard engine, kit step from speedways mmm maliya road amritsar punjab. Invoice no. H 446 & job card no. P/23591

During this time firstly speedways er not install 2 parts of same model of my bike which is of different hero model - guard engine & fender fr comp & also...

Yesterday 3rd june 2020,
I submit the byce reg no dl8scm3622 for service, indicator change and for chain set... Estimated time was 3:50 pm,
I reached at service center address 18 number rohtak road andand parvat
Delhi pincode 110005 at 4 pm but till 5 pm service was not cleared...
Chain set was not in the service center its ok but main issue that byce was not washed and not polished till 5 pm,

But now its not working properly
Problem is that its not starting properly and it got shut down even its running situation please immediately solve it...

I went to hero moto corp worli mahalaxmi race course mumbai service center for my bike to get serviced. But the executive over there demanded 75/- rupees cash to pay first then only he will put hands on the bike other wise will not estimate or touch the bike....

I brought a product called hero duet. I did all the things that your people maintained to do so. But this is the third time they suggest me to change the same material those are already changed in the past. Can you told me why am i pay the amount repeatedly?

I had registered my complaint on march 17th, but apart from the auto reply mail, i have not got any call nor mail till march 24th a good one week after the lock down-1 was implemented.

I understand that because of the lock down caused by the pandemic i did not get any reply or call from your end.

But now since the country, especially bangalore is back to normal, i am expecting...

I regret to inform you that i am not happy with my bike hero passion pro. I have purchased hero passion pro bike in 01.01.2020.in my bike there is mileage issue. While purchasing it there was a guarantee from the company that passion pro has a mileage of 82 kmpl but after the use of 5 months m not happy with the milage and performance. During the lock down period the showroom authority didn't offer a discount of single rupee however delivered the vehicle after paying full said amount without providing accessories till today, and for any queries they simply dragging the days by saying materials are not in stock.

Dear sir, i have gone to your usha hero workshop purnea for my two wheeler free servicing on[protected] at 11:45am but they deny to service my two wheeler stating the reason that we wont take any two wheeler after 11am so come again next day. The scooter gave a really bad battery performance which got discharged in just 1 year and i went to replace it again.
