I had purchased a motor cycle hero super splendor bs6 on dated 14.06.2020 from quick auto (Uluberia). Dealer point motor cycle delivered but leg guard not fitting. Dealer says no stock available of leg guard & material order. Still date no leg guard fitting. So, i am not use motor cycle. What can i do. Please help me.

I rishab sahu purchase splendor + in date of 03/09/2020 from the hero dealer union bikes sakchi jamshedpur and vehicle number is jh05cm-7728. I have received the rc book but in rc book there was wrong hp updated. Then i have return it another day. But from then i had not received my vehicle rc card. They are giving me unnecessary reasons. I had follow them 10-15 times. But this was a long period for me of 8-9 months. I am facing my problem because of vehicle checking from police. So please i kindly request to provide me back my vehcile rc book.

Yesterday i brought product for my passion pro i got duplicate product from hero showroom (Shetakari moters akot)

I am hero customer and have one of the most trusted bike splendor (Dl11sm9378).
Unfortunately there is engine problem
As my bike is still under warranty, i took it to a workshop to get it fixed on 15th june 2020. But till this date nothing has been done.

Even after multiple reminder and query nothing is being done on it.

These workshops are malign hero core value to mud and giving customer value a toss.

I request you to take note of the incident and help a loyal hero customer.

My vehicle number kl 02 bj 2043 has left a free service. But the authorised service centre (Diya motors, kollam, kerala) didn't allowed my free service[protected] because of time expired.
I lived in a containment zone near kollam. So i didn't submit the vehicle for free service on time. So you kindly take my request as early as possible

I left my scooty for service ing at 0830 am and again receive it at 1230 pm... After so much time the scooter condition is same... The manager have no reply for it.

I have purchased a bike on 1st march'2020 (Extreme-200r), but my bike has defected, it has several problems - oil leaking, indicator not working, bike has to much noise, knocking problem etc.
I have complaint to hero motocorp, but my request is still pending, they never assigned any engineer for me who can look at the problem.
I visited on the showroom but they never took my problem seriously.

I dont get the service of my scooter from last one month. I request a lot of time to the dealer for that but still dont get any help from there end. So please take the necessary action against of them.

I am here with submitting that i am gopala b k my vehicle is duet white colour no. Ka. 13. Eh.5044. Due to failure of fuel cable i taketo the show room t 3.20 pm your technician take my vehicle at 3.20 and change the cable. I am waiting outside visitors are allowed to the workshop nd visiting room in workshop area. Your technician saidvthat i will call you in final billing section handover the vehicle. My vehicle repaired at 4.59 p. M. And message delivered me (Tyour duet is ready. Proforma bill value rs 250. Next service due date is 08/27/2020.) i am not received any information by phone i asking the technician and security amd they said billing department will call you. Workshop closing time at 6.30 p. M. I m waiting from 3.20 to 6.30 p. M.in thr premises of show room. I am waited and ask the security and enquired about the deliver the scooty... And they told that by mistake they have called you and hand over the scooty... This is second time they waste my time... Please verified my complaint... They have wasted my time... My contact no. Complain kiya fir bhi galat information dete hai

Sir mere hero destiny 125cc parchage ke the 3 march2020. 1000kilometter chalane ke baad us mm stating problem aa gya ha. Pichle 1 month se gadi dealer ke pass khadi ha pr dealer gadi ko sahe kr ke nahe de raha ha. Gadi ke abi tk rc bb nahe mile ga muje pls sir mere problem solb ke jaye or dealer ke upper sakht karwaye ke jaye. Mently harassment karne ke lye. Agency ka naam ha dv hoshiarpur (Mehak motor talwara) pin code 144224.

I bought a brand new hero maestro scooter on march 2018, and i am very unhappy with its performance.

I have had to change the battery 3 times since then, as all of them keep getting discharged super fast.
Also i never got the promised mileage of 50-60 kmpl. The maximum i get is 35-40 kmpl even though i drive economically and my travel is mostly on the highway.
