I bought this karizma r 4 years back. From the date of purchase onwards, i had starting issues with the bike.in spite of repeated services, this issue was not resolved. Finally, i left it up to fate. Ipurchased hero destiny on 9th march 2020 from sapphire bikes lajpat ngr, but billing is from pashupati motors. Both dealerships ate very slow and irresponsible and unproffesional. I had purchased one hero desitini 125 (Vx) on 09/07/2019 from mariya hero ettumanoor, kottayam, kerala. The self starter on this scooter has got complaint over 4 times. Last i had given it to the service center on 18/03/2020 and i have got the vehicle 21/03/2020 and they have told me that the complaint has cleared on the same day again the vehicle's self starter has stopped working. Please do a permanent solution...

My scooter kl - 38 g - 632. Had a major complaint from its second service (3000 km) its had an engine crank damage..
