Sir i buy a scooter destni 125 and aprove a loan and your deler has done regestritation on another day and insurance of other date i buy scooter on 1st jan and he give me paper today but he in not providing number palte and paper
I buy from godawari auto mobile pithoragarhh

Engine problem when i brought the vechicle the hero maestro edge 125 is stopping and milege problem... I said to the hero worship they do correct it so only i complain to the head office..
Please correct my problem so as possible

I'm sankar sabat as a customer of Vishal hero showroom at jatni, Odisha. I have buy a new scooter Destini 125 ( OD 33 AA 7012) date of 13 March 2020. But 05.05.2020 date on 1st service in this showroom. I have complain raise against scooter body visor is loosed, some bolt is lost & in front of foot mat is cracked but any one is no response for this case service manager said to me this is fiber body not finished in all destini scooter or not to vehicle body clean in perfectly.
so kindly request for you as soon as possible better service in customer neither at future this type of service continue in hero not to any 1 referral in any 1 customer.

We purchased a scooty pleasure and service of this scooty and showroom owner was very poor . They can not satisfy us and we are highly puzzled with purchasing this scooty . And we cant refer anyone to purchase hero motorcorp products in future.

श्रीमान जी मैने 20 मार्च 2020 को हीरो शोरूम भड़ोती जो विजय मोटर्स सवाई माधोपुर की ब्रांच से एक हीरो एचएफ डीलक्स बाइक खरीदी थी जिसकी कीमत 45700 रूपए है इंश्योरेन्स की कीमत 6171 है आरटीओ चार्ज 5406 रूपए है कुल कीमत 57277 रुपए हुई। लेकिन हीरो शोरूम भड़ोती के द्वारा मेरे से 59500 रूपए लिए गए मुझसे 2223 रूपए अधिक लिए गए।

Service unsatisfactory. A new tubeless tyre has been replaced for rare wheel today. As soon as I start to get back to home after service, I found that the air is coming off. I immediately went to yepiyes service station Chamarajanagara and asked why this is happening. But the reason they were going is unsatisfactory. Please look into it

Your company is not provide me bike insurance.

We bought new hero passion pro before 6 months, but it is getting severe rusting on the top of the engine and un ususual sound from inside the engine.
The company which we bought this bike is not at all considering this problem. Still two service maintanance is pending. They only use to change the oil in the service and not at all bothering checking the above mentioned problem.

* this rusting is happening from the last one month.
* but the sound is hearing from the second week of delevery.

I'm chandu, i've purchased hero maestro edge from bhadrachalam dealer showroom
It completed 8500kms, disappointed with the mileage, as per references it's 45kmpl but it's not even reaching 30kmpl
Invested too much of money for fuel, i've complained to branch dealer but reckless response i've received during services...
Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible

Chain sprocket sound, parts not good only 7 month age my new bike but almost 2nd time this problem.i need new parts in my warenty prioed

I bought this karizma r 4 years back. From the date of purchase onwards, i had starting issues with the bike.in spite of repeated services, this issue was not resolved. Finally, i left it up to fate. But recently a year ago i gave the bike for general service and from then on every single time i take my bike after 1-2 hrs of halt, my bike has starting issues and it runs initially as if it doesn't have petrol in it. Though i repeatedly complained to the authorized service centre where i regularly go, they did no good and even now they are only grabbing money from me saying the problem is fixed, where in reality the actual problem persists. The service centre officials make me change one part every time i approach them telling me that it was the primary issue.
As i am deeply disturbed by there actions, i would like to move ahead legally. Hope this is the right platform and that justice will be provided.

I purchased one hero destini, the next month of purchase i saw few screws are not there. Starting problems is continuous. Body parts are not aligned properly. I complained the dealer they are suggesting don't complain to the company. I complained company they are not taking care of the complaint. The digital meter is showing wrong fuel status. On sudden it's fuel bar is changing ans showing different status even if the i fill the fuel. While starting engine it is showing one fuel indicator status and while driving on the way it is showing different indicator of fuel. While some unusual sounds are coming from scooter. The scooter having many scratches in the body.

After purchasing the scooter i am facing issues every day and giving complaint to hero motor cop still they are not taking care of. This is one of my first and last experience with hero motor cop. I will never suggest anyone to go for hero motors to purchase any of the scooter and bikes.

If a one to three month scooter is having so many issues from this i conclude that the product itself in worst.

I will suggest everyone to go for honda bikes and scooters. Honda is very good in handling the customer issues and honda will not cheat the customers. If one customer is complaining they will immediately response and taking care of. But hero customer care service is completely worst. I gave complaint twice still they are not responding.

Second servicing done in march. At that time we inform dealer that engine is not shutting off. He said that will be taken care of. After servicing we hardly use vehicle for few kilometers for a day or two. Now display gone and vehicle is not starting. How can such problems can arise in new vehicle. Vehicle number - mh 12 sc 2501. Please guide us. We are facing problem due to this lock down. At the time of servicing proper care was not taken
