For these services they took more than 25 days, only gear problem salved remaining problems are not cleared, but they told everything is ok, handover to me... They wasted my valuable time, i lost my hope on your service... Silencer also get rusted within one year... Please make a quality silencers... Please rectify my problems

I got a new bike passion xro on feb 26..after 10 days of delivery my speedometer does not get work...and they changed it by warrenty...but today march 18 bike got stucking while driving...i just got disappointed by their service...just help me out from here...and support your customers...thank you

    Ipurchased hero destiny on 9th march 2020 from sapphire bikes lajpat ngr, but billing is from pashupati motors. Both dealerships ate very slow and irresponsible and unproffesional. Its 14 days from purchased they didnt did registration process they didnt upload documents on rto website as we all know 31st march is last date for bs4 registration and its locked down situation in delhi now. So i request u to do something in this matter and will do my registration process.

    There is a problem of oil leakage in the engine of the bike, auto motive (sanand) dealers do not give me the right answer. Those people do this with me for two months.Please help me

        Dear all,

        I had purchased one hero desitini 125 (Vx) on 09/07/2019 from mariya hero ettumanoor, kottayam, kerala. The self starter on this scooter has got complaint over 4 times. Last i had given it to the service center on 18/03/2020 and i have got the vehicle 21/03/2020 and they have told me that the complaint has cleared on the same day again the vehicle's self starter has stopped working. Please do a permanent solution for it as soon as possible. I have attached the vehicle details.

          My scooter kl - 38 g - 632. Had a major complaint from its second service (3000 km) its had an engine crank damage.. Its a manufacturing defect and the showroom in thodupuzha (Top gear motors) which is change the crack for 4th time. I need a vehicle replacement because its a manufacturing defect. And the showroom is not responding and servicing properly.

                When Hero demerged or start working separately in India, its employee give direct warning to the customer. neither employee want to listen from customer not have the ability to solve the issue even after 6 month. Normally they misbehave with female family members as well. I request to customer pls don't visit any Hero Shop with family. They don't have the manner and adequate how to deal with female in India. Really don't from where hero agency hire like a dog

                  I have purchased a hero hf deluxe on 09/12/2018. The bike had starting problems from the very first day. Even after repeatedly heading towards the dealer for servicing, the issue still persists and has not been taken care by the dealer. It has come to my notice that the bikes of the same lot of many other people has had similar issues and it seems like that the whole lot had a problem. These sort of issues should have been taken care of by the company at their own behest.

                    We had purchased the bike (Splender + cast).
                    From the date of purchase and till date the bike in only run 200 km and everyday we use to start this bike with the sparkle plug instant of easily start button, else after so many services the machine is still on the same problem. Request you to please take this on priority and revert back as soon as possible otherwise will search another option for complaint

                      My name is chandrashekar from hyderabad. As i wanted to redeem the gold life points after servicing my maestro vehicle from this centre on 17-mar-2020 the female staff ms. Kalyani was very rude in her behaviour and as i had renewed the card on 18-june-2019 by paying rs. 275 and we were told by the same staff stating that the card cannot be issued because they have run out of the cards and wanted us to pick it up later, when i approached her in this regard and to redeem the points, she talked in a insulting manner and even blamed me stating that i could have lost the card but later when i told the manager she agreed that she had not issued the card before.
                      She even said that i can raise the complaint against her with anyone and said no action can be initiated against her. Also, i was not given the complaint register by the manager mr. Srinivas to write a complaint against her.
                      Because of her ill-treatment, harassment, i had to pay rs. 1, 285 for the joy riders scheme plus almost rs. 800 for the service even though i was sent an sms stating that there is about 32, 000 + points to redeem.
                      I think the staff seem to make money by collecting rs. 275 for renewal from customers and instead of issuing the card, each time they are asking for rs. 50 for duplicate card as well. This has become like a business (Additional income for them). I think that this is how your organization is making money by cheating the customers.
                      If this issue is not resolved i will have to file a cheating and fraud case against this service center and the female staff.

                      New bike purchase on 14/03/2020 .I have facing with many problems on bike 3 times visit in service center but not solve my problem and very rude behaviour and not solve problems.

                        Sir, my loan no - 3657641, my emi already has been deducted from my a/c on 9th of march 2020 and again your ecs hit on 17th march 2020 in my a/c and 295 rs mandate charge was fined. What is the problem with your system. I suffered several times in january month also 295 rs mandate charge debit from my a/c three times. I also showed my bank statements to your worker who had come to take payment. Pls solve mu problem. Loan no-3657641 two wheeler loan for two years term, loan taken date - 22 august 2018.

                          Prakash hero moto corp dealer located at Anand has no ethics for the customer. At time of delivery, the bike was damaged and denied to replace it and refunded the money. In addition with that if the dealer wanted to replace it than they may have performed because bike was not handed to customer completely. As the loan was already processed and one has to encountered with the losses i.e. non refundable loan processing charges. Now what about the losses who will bare that??

                            Showroom name: nidhi motors near silk board bangalore.
                            Experiencing one of the worst service, i purchased hero destiny 125 cc on 30th october 2019, but till day i have not recieved my documents. Visited your showroom multiple times regarding this, they just say we donot know where is your rc you just go to rto office and check with them. Why should i go to collect rc. Its your responsiblity to get delivered rc to given address. No one ever contacted me regarding this. Even i complained to showroom manager he said will update to after 2 days and till now no information from his end also. Few days back i mailed at this email id: asc. Nidhi. [protected]@heromotocorp. Biz still waiting for response.

                              I visited the hero showroom on 11 march in aligarh auto gt road aligarh up. The sales team behaved very badly using bad words with me i just want the information about scooter and they reacted rubbish i waited there for ten minutes no one asked water.
                              So please do the need full to me ask the aligarh auto staff to behave with customers properly and also i will complaint the consumer forum

                              I am savita sharma form east of kailash delhi. I bought a new maestro scooty in 2014 and it was quiet good in running.
                              Recently i faced some problem regarding brake and noise so i sent it for repair and service to jk service centre: no 20, community center, block e, east of kailash, new delhi, delhi 110065.
                              But i was shocked to find that they damaged scooty's diggy lock, brake and noise is same as before, when i complaint they told me to try for some days and then come back to us. I went again, they told some other problems and took extra charges for that. I tried for 20-25 days and they always made excuses. My scooty is in worst condition now, my scooty diggy box does not close properly, this service centre made it in worst condition, they raised two bills of 1880/- and 1458/- copy of bills are attached here

                                I purchased a bike from aligarh hero located in aligarh district in up approximately 130 km far from national capital new delhi on nh 91 toward east on november 2018 and they provide me the registration certificate of the bike in february 2019 however registration was done in 31 december 2018 because i refuse to give the broakreage.
                                Now on 14/03/2020, exelater wire of my bike passion pro 110 was broke so i went for the aligarh hero for changing the broken wire and executive who fill the service form informed me that all the free service has been laps however i am not agree with this point. So i request to accept my bike in complaint and change the wire and set the mileage it is giving 30-35 km/l while other company's bike give better mileage in this segment. Manger mohd who is a leader of the available goons in the workshop instruct his staff not to accept this bike neither in service nor in complaint. I requested him please changed only the wire so that we can return the destination safely with family but they don't exchange nwd then i had to moved to local market and repair the bike. Because previously i have a bad experience with manager mohd amir and in that case i went for the insurance claim and they didn't agree to accept under claim and try to pressurised me to repair in cash so i request to accept under service and after getting the service slip i claerly refuse to accept without repair under insurancei and manager mohd amir break my bike leg guard from right side while using bike in customer absence. So i called the police for protect my bike and me because he try to attack on me at that time.

                                I am being target by the staff manager Mohd Amir, workshop incharge Sharma who blame me that your behavior not good after raising a complaint for his behavior 6 months ago from my side. On 14/03/2020 Irequested no of time and waste one hour for his mood to change the exelater wire because I had a family with me at that time but they not accept my request, humble appeal, apologies, sorry only saying because of having family and want to reach on time die to bad weather and raod safety issue.

                                No one is here to accept the called from the customer on Customer Complaint No of Hero Motor Corp[protected],[protected],[protected] and [protected] from my registered Mob No-[protected] and [protected]. Really disappointed to being targeted from the Hero Motor Corp since I have purchased the 2 bikes from Aligarh Auto Sales by mistake in October and November 2018. I have tried to call on the above mention several times but no one is available to pick the call from the customer even they didn't reply on email s well.

                                Could you please let me know, if we need to go to the Women's Commission for complaining the rude and misbehave with the family by the Aligarh Auto Center work shop manager at 15/03/2020 on Sunday during service/ repairing. Or should I take more action do file a legal complaint. How can they deny to repair the bike after the sales to the customer. Can they have a sufficient authority not to accept the Indian Government Law. Unbelievable, I think I should called the police for his misbehavior. If this will continiue the some one will start throwing shoes, Boot something like that in the mount in front of the people at chauraha.

                                  Sir/madam,

                                  The bike has faced starting problem issue since the day it has been purchased. It has caused great inconvenience. Prior to 1st servicing due date we had to attend the service center for rectification of the problem. Even after numerous servicing through the service centre the issue has not been resolved. Last servicing was held on 28th february 2020 by sainath automobiles, kharagpur which failed to resolve the problem of starting issue and they directed to palco midnapur for further rectification. On visiting the same on 15th march, 2020 ie today, they accepted the vehicle for servicing but denied to handover the vehicle unless we give appropriate feedback ie either satisfied or unsatisfied which was not possible for me to judge prior to taking delivery as the problem is faced at the initial starting only. Due to non submission of instant feedback they refused to handover the vehicle to us. Necessary instructions may please be given to the service center ie palco midnapur so that they handover the vehicle to us after proper rectification of the problem and without the instant feedback.

                                      In my scooty there are many problems like didn't start by self, didn't bright the meter, the battery of the scooty are not charge. I am complain about this problem to the dealer. The dealer said, "this is a battery problem in your scooty". The dealer said, 'i can do the replacement of your battery to the hero"
                                      So, my question is that,"how the new scooty battery doesn't work properly".
