I have a good life card for past 6 years, i have even recharged my card for 3 years, but when i went to collect the earned gift with respect to points earned, for 1 year, yes for 1 year they have been giving me time for time to recheck with them as the gifts have not arrived, . i am fed up with this, please tak action and resolve my issue, .

They couldn't detect the small oil leakage problen in my glamour i3s 2018 bike, it's been a year since the problem arised and i have visited service center about 5 times. It was a local mechanic who detected the problem before one year and i told them to look into it. But they did in thier own way. Now after my warranty period completes they are asking me to pay money for that... Wat rubbish is going on... He even says that their's no resale...

My bike engine seize after 15 days of servicing. Dealers says it is customer fault my question is how there is no oil in chamber in 1600km only? Secondly no proper solution given by dealer and company side. As per my knowledge there is 5 yrs warrenty on engine. So i want whole engine replacement in foc.
I m facing very bad service from hero motocorp and its dealers. No regular spare parts available every time, no proper communication...

We are very confuse regarding hero bike services information by agency staff. First time we call agency staff and ask about hf deluxe bike maximum price means we paid and get our new bike. He say 60290/- and when we reach agency he bill us 65289/- what is this sir. We don't understand agency staff commitment, because all time given incorrect and incomplete information when we meet. Why,

Scooty has the biggest problem, never happens. Never stop, its solution has not been found till date
Do not clear the washing.
Since scooty bought a new one, the problem of stating has not been solved till date.
The average is the biggest problem ever, it does not give an average.
Today my scooty is at the service center in motoria motors sikar rajasthan, the solution should be removed for pleasing it.

Observed jerking noise in handle when i ride my bike through speed breakers.
Contacted the authorized dealer to resolve the issue but they said that it is the common problem in all the bikes so cant do anything. I am informing this issue from the very first day of purchase but no one is taking responsibility to resolve this issue.

Bike serviced a time but there are many problems in my bike.

I bought a Scotty 01 Jan 2019 from hero I complaint twice but my problem is not solved tube less tyre of back panel is not good always leaking air I repair so many times but problem is still running head light portion is noising continue I complain to hero service centre but problem not solved plz help me to become a good customer plz help for better convince...

I am a owner of a hero glamour.. And i had some doubts about my regestration. The manager told me to wait for some time but he made me wait more than 3hrs and when i asked him politely about my problem he started yelling at me and started abusing me.. So as a responsible citizen i want that justice shpuld be done... The name of the manager is sanjay ghosh...

I want to buy new bike hf deluxe bs6 so went to my nearest showroom in our town and ask the dealer about the bike and its on road price then he told me 74000 rupees but i have recently searched on google about the bike its on road price was shown on it is about 57800 rupees only so please help me about it what should i do for it and is the price is correct which dealer told me is or not.

My self suzat ali ..i have buyed super Splendor bike in the year of 2018...but now in 2020 my bike oil tankys color was damaged naturally...i have done complaint in head office delhi...but nothing comes to me...jaiswal motors which was in baheri U.P..i have gone there but there hospitality regarding solving the problem is very bad..they dont have manners to talk with customer...they told me that i will not do go away from my showroom.....

I had going to soumik hero, jajpur road on some days before for my maestro edge parts ; but the parts are not available there ; so i want to order parts because he refused to order my parts and he asked me for come other days but i am unable go there everyday. Because of this is the third time they ask me for come other days. So please register a complaint against them and ask them about this topic....

I"m purchase my bike (Super splender) in last july not its ride approx 3000 km but till now its gave only "35 km" i"m very worry for that.
Then go for best service at your service centre fatehpur branch (U. P) they set it but then starting problem comes, so i want change my engine at gave your best to me.

I'm servicing my hero passion x pro at radha automobiles (Authorized hero moto corp dealer) at tambaram, chennai. Every time service is not good. This time i serviced my passion x pro on 7 feb 2020. And the facing the oil leakage issue from the night of service day. I took my bike back to them today (10/2/2020). They fixed the issue, main concern here is hero send us a secret code (If satisfied one code, not satisfied another code) to provide...

(My new xpluse is engine is not smooth or pickup and mileage is very poor)

I purchase xpluse 200 in oct. 2019, after purchase this bike facing some pickup issue, so i go to near himgiri service center jilmil, they check the upto 3 to 4 hours and get back to me. But same problem still going after that i m going six times in same service center for the same complaint but they did not understand the issue.

I have complent that... I have to reached at 9am on 7 feb.. For servicing my bike... They have to told me that "u will come back aroung 1:30 pm" nd i have reach on my time... But i have seen my bike is note completly wash... They saying no sir everything is ok nd use of miss behaive... After many talks they are agry for again wash my bike... But its to much sameless... I m note happy 😡😡...

Very rude behaviour by staff and unprofessional service of vehicle.
I gave my hero splendor smart 110cc for repair due to engine failure, they took 2 weeks to repair but did not fix the issues. I paid 10400 for the repairs of crankshaft and self start, the supervisor is ready to listen to my complaints.

What do i do in this case?
Please guide.

They don't provide my spare parts on time they extending date or do nothing this problem i am faceing from last two month but they tell me when part were available they will be call me but i am waiting and call them they say that your part is not available they will order and say give vehicle paper copy and wait two time they say the paper was lost somewhere please help me i am from darbhanga and costumers of krishna hero authorised survice...

In the month of december last week of 2019, i gave my 2 wheeler bike for service and told them my issues
1. Getting sound
2. Oil leakage

But the problems were not resolved. Again went to showroom and asked the employees, they said will resolve now.

Again they charged the amount and the problem still persist.

Why these guys are not giving the solution....
