      I am a customer who uses the hero's master edge

      . I bought the vehicle from safe motors kalpetta wayanad in kerala,
      In the event of my vehicle's breakdown, i reached your dealershop, that is safe motors kalpetta wayanad, on january 13, 2020, to order a new wiser. And paid a sum of rs 750 through google pay for wiser..
      At the time of odrer the dealer said i will be available within 2 days when i place an order, didn't receive it a month later...

      For the past 20 days i have been trying to contact your dealer in wayanad over the phone. But they didn’t attend my phone. This irresponsibility of your dealer makes me very disturbed. And this incident prompts me to rethink my decision to buy a hero's new vehicle. How dare people like us take up the new vehicle because of this irresponsible behavior.

      So please do your best to help me with this matter and request that the wiser i ordered be made available to me.

      Hopefully there will be favorable actions on your part

        Hiro duet purchased the car for rs 65000 / - on 2017 and the car's running noise is not high and the sound of the engine is constantly stopped. Chavan takes the car from the automobile and the service is not available. After much thought, took this car, but it seems that it was not a mistake to take the car.           I purchased hero pleasure from senthil murugan motors (Sivaganga). Its worst customer service, they don't have proper follow up for the delivery.. They don't have drinking water and necessary facilities at show room. There is no guidance for the customer. They are charging unnecessary amount from the customer& they took 1 month for the vehicle registration.

          I have purchased Hero glamour JH09AP 3223 on power motors sector 4 bokaro March 2019 and tha chain cover is damage and I complaint in service center and the staff was saying to claim the insurance why and its give me 5 year warranty and I have service s in time to time
          Lose nuts and bolts and other important parts of vehicles And don't even find them no descipline no work good only time pass

            In your savleshwar showroom at paranda i services my motorcycle at 15/02/2020. They doesn't use the specific oil recommended by hero. They used non isi oil and their service is also poor. When i asked for recommended oil they didn't have specific answers. Hence i want that you must be contact them. The service staff don't care about customer. After services the motorcycle runs only 700km in good condition, then it goes noisy while go through hilly roads.

              I have last 2 month follow on this and already complain registration in hero care of 20-jan-2020 my complain number[protected] but not resolve

              How may time resolve customer resolve maximum according to hero care 48 hrs but my complain is last month month registration.

              Why are you not reply your team??

              Note:- does the hero team provide this kind of service, keep misleading the customer. Wheels automotive dealers give this useless service because what is happening to me may be happening to all the hero's customers and hero team side is not give response in mail & not call attend by area office delhi on [protected] last 28 days

              Showroom Auto Wheels in Wazirpur already followup last 2 month but not proper response given me.

              I have already complain in Hero care but hero team talk not hero side fault.

                I have purchased a hero passion pro ibs model bike dated on oct 04, 2019. But in that some mechanical manufacturing defect into the my bike engine i. E. It producing some noise into the engine, i have service a bike on time and also suggest their servicing center in-charge about engine noise but he says that completely engine should be damage then i will be repair.
                Dear sir/mam could you tell me is he waiting for my accident? During the riding on bike.in-charge says that until that engine will not produce full noise i can't help you.

                  Sir, i had a sweet experience about one of your products splender plus which is about fifteen years old. I always appreciate the quality of your products. As i was in need of one high mileage daily use bike, i purchased one hf deluxe about four months back. Although i was assured about high mileage, i got one defective piece of bike having starting problem which never starts without choke and of low mileage of about twenty kmpl. Even after first service about two months back no significant improvement was found except assurance from avik motors asansol. On 14.2.20 my bike was not starting at all in spite of all efforts and it was sent to avik motors for rectifications. On 18.2.20 i visited the servicing center personally and also tried to know about the defect but till date the bike is lying in service center and the cause and delivery still unknown to me. Even after investing money for a bike for daily use, i am managing my daily routine without a bike. Kindly see and arrange for earliest rectification of my bike otherwise compensate accordingly.

                    I am manoj yadbole. One of the customer of hero motor corp. I purchased a passion pro in 2018, which was my worst decision ever. Throughout the year the servicing was worst like they are favouring their customers. After even after regular serving at hero service centers, after one year the bike has become a headache. A lot of engine issues, starting problem, no head light fixed by service centre, the reason for it was, they can't open the screw.

Usme engine ke right side clutch chamber me lubricant oil leak ho raha hai pahle din se.maine jab 30 Jan 2020 ko wapas showroom me jake bataya to unhone bola ki koi badi problem nhi hai, service me jb aana to thik kr denge. Mai 19 Feb 2020 ko service ke liye gaya to unhone ne chember packing change kiya fir bhi problem solve nhi hopaya.
                      aaj 20 feb 2020 ko mai bike Himgiri service center fir se lekar gaya to whan pr Mr sanjay Pandit ne bola ki iska chamber change karna padega.
                      Maine New bike ke paise kharch kiya hai, repayer bike kyun lun jab manufacturing problem hai to.
                      mera Hero moto compuny se request hai ki mujhe new bike replace kr ke diya jaye.

                      Mai aaj bhi Himgiri service center Badashpur Gurgaon gaya tha, Meri bike ki problem unhone ne or badha diya hai.
                      Bike ka Engine (Chamber, Head) open kiya huwa hai.
                      wo log mujhe defecated product jabardasti mere uper thop rahe hain.
                      so aapse request hai ki isko jaldi solve kiya jaye.

                      Whats issue you are resolved, i am facing same issue with Himgiri Showroom they are not provide new seal packed engine by hero company, they sent me request for, collect your bike from my showroom because i dont have much space for bike parking, Its not my problem, They open bike engine without my permission, why i take repair bike, i spent my money for new bike.so i dont accept manufacturing defects product by Himgiri showroom.
                      please Change the bike or Refund my money, this is the very west service by Hero, i will never purchased and never suggest to any one to purchase Hero Bike & scooters.

                      I am not happy with Hero Motocorp Ltd response.

                            T is intolerance to say that, i had purchased hero destiny 125 / vide vehicle reg no. Od33z0410 on dated[protected] vide engine no. Jf17ejkgg9411 / chassis no. Mbljfw056kgg09222. Here having issue with the back light which containing water inside. For which rohon authorized dealer made a decision to replaced the defected said part, once available that said parts.

                            The rohan dealer fixed to provide a proposal to me for replacement on warranty on dated 6th feb 2020. I also brought my said venice on that day around 5 pm. The rohan mechanic completely remove the back along with storage bucket to put on replacement of new back light. At the mean time, the storage pvc bucket damaged unfortunately while installing the back light and it was completely hiding with me at the time of delivery. I had asked to check when getting the delivered the vehicle however they just told its ok, simple assured if having any problem, then we are here to serve.

                            In spite, i came to know that, that storage bucket was damaged and same was informed to mr sushant. Then he denied, i could not getting that how it was damage internally. I just object, why should not check with me at time of delivery or we customer provide the vehicle with lots of confidence of hero as our indian brand to carefully doing the service.

                            I m really unsatisfied with the rohan service always doing unnecessary and invalid argument towards. Rechecking after complete any kind of service. Here i m surprised some of servicing people from rohan to getting trp forcefully collecting satisfying code from customer 's mobile.

                            For which, rohan motors may get the trp alternatively hero motocop loosing great confidence from their valuable customer.

                            Requesting and hope, hero moto cop doing necessary action towards this and resolve my problem.

                            I had made complaint through mail as well as hero motocop customer service care however i have got only false assurance and bad behaviour from heromotocop dealer rohan autoride, bhubaneswar.

                              I am driving duet for 4 years.
                              But from first day its having some or other problem.
                              Engine oil finishes or runs out very fast inspite of regular service from very first day.
                              I have told the problem to the service man alot times but no outcome is seen.
                              Due to this problem once my scooter chocked and i have to drive it home by my self.
                              Due to this whole engine was opened and many parts were changed mainly the piston.
                              After these changings, the problem didnt finish.
                              There is no sulution dispite of being in warranty. But after warranty period what i'll do.
                              Now whenever i drive it, the only thought comes in my mind is that it doesn't stop in middle of road.
                              Now i want a permanent solution to this problem and scooter.
                              I am very irritated and fed up of this scooter.

                                I have purchase bike 10 month ago now i am facing complaint with gears shifting. I have submitted in bike 3 times for same problem in Bhakti Hero Servi e center udhna surat.
                                I had brought new 200R cbz extreme and its tyre got puncture 13 time and it is not one year also i want ask them they are saying now replacement warranty.

                                  They couldn't detect the small oil leakage problen in my glamour i3s 2018 bike, it's been a year since the problem arised and i have visited service center about 5 times. It was a local mechanic who detected the problem before one year and i told them to look into it. But they did in thier own way. Now after my warranty period completes they are asking me to pay money for that... Wat rubbish is going on... He even says that their's no resale rate to the bike after i asked him what cost it would go on sale. He's admitting that it's a worst bike...

                                  i has purchase hero super splendor 2017 model from date to till now, every time bike servicing in hero service centre and purchased joy card 3 time but joy card expired has not informed hero service, today have do the service only oil change and chain pin adjustment oil - 287.92 and chain cleaning charge 47.20 rupees and service charges 324.50 rupees, its too much oil charge is low service charge high

                                    My bike engine seize after 15 days of servicing. Dealers says it is customer fault my question is how there is no oil in chamber in 1600km only? Secondly no proper solution given by dealer and company side. As per my knowledge there is 5 yrs warrenty on engine. So i want whole engine replacement in foc.
                                    I m facing very bad service from hero motocorp and its dealers. No regular spare parts available every time, no proper communication to customer regarding bike problem. All staff behaves rudly to customer

                                        Scooty has the biggest problem, never happens. Never stop, its solution has not been found till date
                                        Do not clear the washing.
                                        Since scooty bought a new one, the problem of stating has not been solved till date.
                                        The average is the biggest problem ever, it does not give an average.
