Today morning i had given my 2 wheeler ka -03 eg 876 for servicing to your authorised service station ms/ sai motors located in 3rd stage, 3rd phase, banashankari, bangalore - 560085.

Following are the observations after i reached home

1) left side rear indicator cover not replaced
2) indicator switch not replaced
3) sound while applying brake is there
4) vehicle facing resistance in pulling.
5) both indicators not beeping

I was giving my vehicle for servicing to right motors from last 15 years but now it has closed down. Not a single time i had complaint because they always take trial when it is given for servicing and also once servicing is done they take test ride. At sai motors it was not this is first time i have given my vehicle to sai motors and it is very bad experience.

I have unauthorised vehicle mechanics next to my apartment but why i give to authorised service station because they do a good and honest job. This was my experience at right motors.

At 6.00 pm i called the service station. Some one spoke to me and after that the phone was handed over to the front office who told me that she will call me shortly. I dont know shortly means how amny hours, days or weeks.

Please let me know how you plan to address the flaws in your service team

When I went to get my fourth free service, the machanic didn't check all the necessary parts and he didn't charge battery even it was a little discharged...

I have done this servicing from radhika automobile, dhule road, amalner 425 401

    मेरी गाड़ी नंबर up75 y 8904 mastro edge जो कि दिनांक[protected] को अचानक रास्ते में बंद हो गयी! जब मैं गाड़ी लेकर[protected] को आई टी आई स्थित ब्रांच पर पंहुचा तो मेने उनको सरे कागज दिखाए और उनको बताया कि मेरी गाड़ी मात्र 10800 kmpl ही चली है और इसमे ऐसी क्या समस्या आ गयी है कि मेरी गाड़ी स्टार्ट नही हो रही है तो मुझे बताया गया कि engine में कुछ प्रॉब्लम है तो मेने उनसे पूछा कि मेरी गाड़ी वारन्टी में है या नही तो उन्होंने कहा आपकी गाड़ी वारंटी में है कोई परेशानी नही है तो उन्होंने गाड़ी अगले दिन ले जाने के लिए कहा, तो मेने आपनी गाड़ी वही छोड़ दी, आज दिनांक[protected] को जब गाड़ी बनके तैयार हो गयी तो मेने अपने भाई को गाड़ी उठाने के लिए भेजा, तो उन्होंने एक कार्ड बनवाने के लिए मुझसे कहा जिसकी कीमत 1000 rs बताई गई. जब मेने कार्ड के बारे मैं पुछा तो उन्होंने कहा कि अगर आप कार्ड नही बनवायेंगे तो आपकी गाड़ी वारंटी में सही नही होगी, और आपको गाड़ी के 3000 rs देने होंगे, अब आप बताएं कि मैं क्या करू. मेरा मोबाइल नंबर है [protected]

      Hi team,

      Complaint regarding: gurudev motor dealer in nagpur
      1. Dealer continuously calling me for vehicle servicing and told me we are having the facility to drop you at home. Please come to our service center.
      But every time after reaching the service station, the service manager talk arrogantly that we will not drop you. I have contacted with dealer owner he is saying i will solve your problem please give me 5-10 mins but no action will be taken.
      2.in-service center they are not giving the facility for swapping card, paytm, google play. Cashier arrogantly saying we will accept only cash.
      3. Also, the dealer calls the vehicle in the service center by month wise for the new bike. I told him my new bike was not running that much we will do servicing by "km" but they are not listening.
      They told me directly logged the complaint about us in the hero company.

        I buy hero 200r bike since 13/3/2020
        My bike is not start properly engine in starting mode got breakdown. And this battery is already dad. On hi way hero gajroula amroha they give me 500km running bike. Everytime not start properly. Now only three days this problem creat. This not fair for hero motocorp.

            They didn't gave me a hugger [mud gaurd] and i took to the show room they are not responding properly they were saying we cant do any thing now i asked them they said you should ask when you buying the bike not now


            When i was taking bike there are no stickers on it and when iam take it to servicing they stiked stikers you gave me stickers immediately but not the hugger what is this

              My name is nishant manglorker, i have been following hero motorcorp to resolve the faulty abs ecu because of which the front break levers get jammed up which ultimately causes accidents as the breaks doesn't get applied.
              It's about more than 6 months now instead of regular follow up hero motocorp is not solving the issue. Hero has put the xpulse 200 bike commuters life at great risk

                  I have purchased a bike date on 15/05/2019. Facing the handle shacking n full bike shacking problem from purchase day. Visited service center, they tried to repair it but couldn't done.
                  Doesn't start without taking choke with take time to heat from first day of purchase
                  For both issue bike was repaired by pashupati service center aya nagar. Even as per manager recommendation was changed the plug but problem is same

                  Still got changed 07 plug it is the condition,
                  From firs day never felt having a new bike
                  When start the bike need choke n take time 5 to 10 minutes for heating the bike n have to face shacking problem
                  Really too much disappointed with this product need solution as soon as
                  I fear on road while riding the bike
                  I hope that solve it soon

                    Hi, this is prakash from tamilnadu i have a passion pro 2016 model. My bike is suddenly off while i am driving even having full tank of petrol and battery conditions also good. But it's happened often. It is totally irritating me. If it's happening in traffic or signal, just you assume about my situation. After continuesly (10 to 20 minutes) kicking the kicker then only start the bike. It's too bad for me. Please suggest to solve the issue. Thank you!

                      I already paid (4829/-) rupees for 5 years insurance but they give me only 1 year insurance which is shown on rto document,

                      They give me false insurance paper which have not available policy number.

                        I have purchased hero duet for yogita verma yesterday[protected]. Just after sometime i have encountered with many problems like
                        1. Head lamp not working
                        2. Jamming of rear tyre and noise from rear tyre
                        3. Initial starting etc.

                        I have visited the showroom and workshop 2-3 times. Still problem not resolved. Instead of this they have replaced the rear tyre, that looks old, with scratches and without any product no. Info

                          Hi sir,
                          I'm chandu shourya... I've purchased hero maestro edge at your dealer branch bhadrachalam...
                          Mileage is very poor... Complained to the showroom but reckless response i've received... Let the servicing be completed and ride more the vehicle gets mileage...in this way they've responded
                          All the servicings completed... Already it ran more than 8000kms but the resultant mileage is worst and it's 27-29kmpl
                          Very disappointed with this consider my complaint and solve this.

                              Sir i have purchase ismart 110 model before 30 month. My engine was damaged. When i purchase my bike after one month my engine sound is grow up. I complain then i service my bike four time at horoes showrooms but problem is not solved then my engine is damage it has 5 year waranty but when i go to different showrooms showroom says my warranty was finished because i do not fufil rules of warranty.
                              So i would to know that why should my engimes warranty was finished

                                I have serviced my bike on 8th march 2020 at ridewell motors but service quality highly dis satisfactory. I have put forth issue of battery charging, oil change, handle dis-orientation and general service. The bike was delivered without battery, while battery was put on charging. Handle orientation was not checked. After my complain, they installed my battery back stating that battery need to be checked somewhere, as charger is not working. Horrible service standards.

                                Hero bike h Jo ki Puri tarh jar pakad gaye h ab mere bike ke RC aur insurance bhi nahi diya gaya mere koi balance baki Nahi h hero delar bhi nahi sunta h please mere problem so out karye but fir Nahi to court case karuga
                                For insurance renewal visited 2 times made 1 call.

                                  Dear sir i had purchased a new passion pro 110 cc motorcycle from your authorized dealer at cuttack, odisha before 10 months. But its quality of engine is so poor that broke down in such a short time, repaired once and the engine cover is also cracked at the same day and the engine oil comes out from the engine. Now i am waiting for the new engine cover and suffering from a lot of mentally stress and totally disappointed from the product. The mechanic said me to wait for 10 days for repairing the vehicle again. Now the question is why should i bought this new vehicle instead of buying a second hand vehicle by investing a huge amount and shall it be run for at least five years without any further difficulties. Is there any provision for replacing the damaged vehicle against a new one on the basis of warranty, how ever it may give some mentally satisfaction to me.

                                    Dear sir, i have brought hero extreme 200s on 25th oct 2019 fro your varanasi dealer vishal heromotocorp. Agency and got accident on 30th jan 2020. After that i approached to the agency to fixed the damage in the bike now its almost one month 10 days and they are still not doing their job and my bike with them only.

                                    I am totally disappointed your caring about the consumer and the casualty by your dealers. It too much pathetic system.

                                    I regretted my decision to choosing hero bike and dealer vishal agency too disgusting. The people from vishal agency are too irresponsible on their job.

                                      But mailing below 10 km per ltr given whenever i ask the ur service centre they are said 6000 km runing required setting of mailge and bike also not proper working they are not correct repaire kindly conform me sir what i take next step bike is not good and they are not given proper dirction pls conform me as possible as earliest

                                        This is bikramjit gill, manager at the wipro limited
                                        I bought a hero maestro 125 3 months back, few days ago when i went for servicing, your service representatives asked me for some service charges for the engine oil.. (Which was not included in the free servicing) therefore i paid it to them, but after the scooty collection on the same day i witnessed that the engine oil is leaking, i complained for it in the service centre and asked them to collect the scooty from my place to repair it since i was unable to drive it because all the engine oil was drained, even after consecutive calls and few visits, your service centre did not helped me out in any way. I did not expected it from your company..
                                        I am very unhappy from your support and will suggest all my wipro colleagues to never go for hero.. Will wait for your belated response.
