I have purchased hero duet for yogita verma yesterday[protected]. Just after sometime i have encountered with many problems like
1. Head lamp not working
2. Jamming of rear tyre and noise from rear tyre
3. Initial starting etc.

I have visited the showroom and workshop 2-3 times. Still problem not resolved. Instead of this they have replaced the rear tyre, that looks old, with scratches and without any...

Mileage is very poor... Complained to the showroom but reckless response i've received... Let the servicing be completed and ride more the vehicle gets mileage...in this way they've responded
All the servicings completed... Already it ran more than 8000kms but the resultant mileage is worst and it's 27-29kmpl

I have put my hero duet for servicing many times in hero service station but every time they added some parts but issue is not resolved yet. The model is only 2 year old and i am facing multiple issues in my vehicle.
So kindly guide me for better service of hero motocorp.

Sir i have purchase ismart 110 model before 30 month. My engine was damaged. When i purchase my bike after one month my engine sound is grow up. I complain then i service my bike four time at horoes showrooms but problem is not solved then my engine is damage it has 5 year waranty but when i go to different showrooms showroom says my warranty was finished because i do not fufil rules of warranty.
So i would to know that why should...

I have serviced my bike on 8th march 2020 at ridewell motors but service quality highly dis satisfactory. I have put forth issue of battery charging, oil change, handle dis-orientation and general service. The bike was delivered without battery, while battery was put on charging. Handle orientation was not checked. After my complain, they installed my battery back stating that battery need to be checked somewhere, as charger is not working....

Dear sir i had purchased a new passion pro 110 cc motorcycle from your authorized dealer at cuttack, odisha before 10 months. But its quality of engine is so poor that broke down in such a short time, repaired once and the engine cover is also cracked at the same day and the engine oil comes out from the engine. Now i am waiting for the new engine cover and suffering from a lot of mentally stress and totally disappointed from the product....

Dear sir, i have brought hero extreme 200s on 25th oct 2019 fro your varanasi dealer vishal heromotocorp. Agency and got accident on 30th jan 2020. After that i approached to the agency to fixed the damage in the bike now its almost one month 10 days and they are still not doing their job and my bike with them only.

I am totally disappointed your caring about the consumer and the casualty by your dealers. It too much pathetic...

I bought a hero maestro 125 3 months back, few days ago when i went for servicing, your service representatives asked me for some service charges for the engine oil.. (Which was not included in the free servicing) therefore i paid it to them, but after the scooty collection on the same day i witnessed that the engine oil is leaking, i complained for it in the service...

I purchased a hf delux bike (Rj37su3428) from a one motors chitawa in may 2019 but still i not received my bike's rc. I have called so many times to dealer to check my rc status and tell me about it but every time his response is negative and he is not looking into the matter. I not expect such kind of service from a hero motor company's dealer so please look into the matter and provide me right solution....

I have bought my bike 5 months ago it has only run 2600 km and now it has decreased acceleration and bike engine is also heating and the over all performance is low. I have also discussed regarding this issue and told him to solve the issue but they me it's minor issue, but i have facing lots of issue. I ordered new model splendor plus but i think i got refurbished bike. Request you to kindly solve the issue as soon as possible....

I bought the Hero Mestro edge on dated[protected] from the dealer jai viahu motors from meja road allahabad.
while he deliver the scooty one part that is side suppoter was faulty at the time of delivery branch dealer said he will change the part
but still he didn't change the right part and ignore my request.
i'm very dissatisfy with hero support and the dealer.

There is a regular problem with my bike model no - extreme200r abs engine no - mc20aajgl05360 date of purchase is 19.04.2019 the main problem with this bike is engine is not working properly in a one year spam its got repair in service center so many times bike gives me so many problems form so many days the dealer is so dealy in process in services nor change the engine which gives me so many problems dealer name is reliable industries katras...

I have given my karizma r for servicing at hero service center (Vakola) on 13th feb 2020. They have charged me more than 10000inr but are not providing me the bill for the same. First they told they will provide it after4 days
As their stock was going on but after 2 weeks they are denying me stating they are unable o give me original bill. This is a fraud and i will take this to consumer court as i have paid the amount in two transactions...

But dealer has given me invoice of rs 64189 rs only. Below is break down for quick reference.

Vehicle price: 54180
5 year insurance: 4979
