Dear sir, i have brought hero extreme 200s on 25th oct 2019 fro your varanasi dealer vishal heromotocorp. Agency and got accident on 30th jan 2020. After that i approached to the agency to fixed the damage in the bike now its almost one month 10 days and they are still not doing their job and my bike with them only.

I am totally disappointed your caring about the consumer and the casualty by your dealers. It too much pathetic system.

I regretted my decision to choosing hero bike and dealer vishal agency too disgusting. The people from vishal agency are too irresponsible on their job.

    But mailing below 10 km per ltr given whenever i ask the ur service centre they are said 6000 km runing required setting of mailge and bike also not proper working they are not correct repaire kindly conform me sir what i take next step bike is not good and they are not given proper dirction pls conform me as possible as earliest

      This is bikramjit gill, manager at the wipro limited
      I bought a hero maestro 125 3 months back, few days ago when i went for servicing, your service representatives asked me for some service charges for the engine oil.. (Which was not included in the free servicing) therefore i paid it to them, but after the scooty collection on the same day i witnessed that the engine oil is leaking, i complained for it in the service centre and asked them to collect the scooty from my place to repair it since i was unable to drive it because all the engine oil was drained, even after consecutive calls and few visits, your service centre did not helped me out in any way. I did not expected it from your company..
      I am very unhappy from your support and will suggest all my wipro colleagues to never go for hero.. Will wait for your belated response.

        I purchased a hf delux bike (Rj37su3428) from a one motors chitawa in may 2019 but still i not received my bike's rc. I have called so many times to dealer to check my rc status and tell me about it but every time his response is negative and he is not looking into the matter. I not expect such kind of service from a hero motor company's dealer so please look into the matter and provide me right solution.

              I have bought my bike 5 months ago it has only run 2600 km and now it has decreased acceleration and bike engine is also heating and the over all performance is low. I have also discussed regarding this issue and told him to solve the issue but they me it's minor issue, but i have facing lots of issue. I ordered new model splendor plus but i think i got refurbished bike. Request you to kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.

                I bought the Hero Mestro edge on dated[protected] from the dealer jai viahu motors from meja road allahabad.
                while he deliver the scooty one part that is side suppoter was faulty at the time of delivery branch dealer said he will change the part
                but still he didn't change the right part and ignore my request.
                i'm very dissatisfy with hero support and the dealer.

                kindly look on this matter and give me proper solution on this matter to make the trust with hero.

                    I have given my karizma r for servicing at hero service center (Vakola) on 13th feb 2020. They have charged me more than 10000inr but are not providing me the bill for the same. First they told they will provide it after4 days
                    As their stock was going on but after 2 weeks they are denying me stating they are unable o give me original bill. This is a fraud and i will take this to consumer court as i have paid the amount in two transactions for which i have record. Request you to help me get the original invoice for the servicing and spares replaced as this is my right.

                      Bike lete time agency me bataya gaya ki bike (splendor + new adition) aapko downpayment karke installment ke sath hi RC mil jaayegi. Or abhi bol rahe hai ki 6000 ₹ RC ke liye lagega.This means that we are not getting the product at the company price, it is assuming an advance commission.

                        Hello team,

                        Dealer have taken the additional amout from me, i have the transaction details of amout 71402 rs inr paid to
                        Geetha automobiles, near suchitra circle hyd
                        But dealer has given me invoice of rs 64189 rs only. Below is break down for quick reference.
                        Temporary vehicle registation fees:150
                        Tax paid: 4880
                        Vehicle price: 54180
                        5 year insurance: 4979
                        Total is 64189 rs only
                        So there is difference of amount 7213 rs which dealer need to refund.
                        I have reached out to dealer or showroom manager many times since 3 months and asked to refund or else give a valid invoice for the amount which i have paid to them but they don't have valid solution.
                        I'm requesting govt officer to do enquiry to check with this and hopefully i will get the difference amount back at earliest, please let me know any further information needed from my side, will submit.

                        No it's not resolved, customer support executive reached out and he was speaking in telgu so I have asked him to speak in Hindi or English then he said one executive will call me back.

                            I have purchase maestro edge from singla motors on July 2019.
                            I have done a service from shiv service station on 20 Feb. After serviceing my front tyres is doing sound. When I complained to service centre they said pad is not working and theuly denied to change. Pls take necessary action against service centre. Contact [protected]

                              I purchased a new hero xpulse 200 carburettor on 8 th october 2019 from first day there was a unusual tappet sound i informed it to the dealer which is rydex motors located at nahur mumbai 400078.
                              They have opened my motorcycle engine for about 3- 4 times. They have changed the head. They also changed the scissor gear balancer pairs without my permission. The head which they have changed has cold shut marks on it which will not withstand high temperatures.
                              I am getting mentally stressed looking at the condition of the motorcycle and the way it is getting opened everytime. Its just 5 months ive purchased and the opened multiple times

                                    On date 09/1/2020 i purchased hero splendor i smart bike from m/s jaswant motors jalandhar. No one informed me that this available bike model is of 2018. Company sold me same old bike at the current rate even there were huge discounts offered on bs-iv bikes. After selling my old bajaj bike, i supposed hero will serve me better but every day i feel cheated now by company. Just to get
                                    Benefits of few thousands, your company fooled me by selling old model. Advice me what to do now or should i go for legal aids.

                                    I have same problem facing from[protected] but not get any positive response from Hero and Dealer.

                                      3 service gone by telling gear box work but
                                      Not cleared now they are telling that the problem is in engine its alsoclear now its said to be problem is in valve doing such work the problem continues so better change thevehicle and give me new one

                                        I need all spares fibre item of xtreme sports bike black colour pls provide me fast because my bike has been stopped from many days without spares so provide me a proper all fibre spares to my black xtreme sports bike 2026 model so they i can ride my bike as soon as possible why the spares are not available at service centre it's too much of problems to the customer and inconvenience to customer by hero motorcorp so please provide me as soon as possible
