I purchased a hf delux bike (Rj37su3428) from a one motors chitawa in may 2019 but still i not received my bike's rc. I have called so many times to dealer to check my rc status and tell me about it but every time his response is negative and he is not looking into the matter. I not expect such kind of service from a hero motor company's dealer so please look into the matter and provide me right solution.

    I have bought passion pro from prathamesh auto from khopoli on 12 sept2019 &on next day vehicle has issue about chains sprocket i had service my vehicle and tell them problem but they couldn't solve issue they tells the issue come from company and area manager sachin ghanvant sir tell me to take vehicle to panvel but i have not possible my bike no mh 46 bt 4618 if you didn't understand call me sandesh aravkar -[protected]

        I have bought my bike 5 months ago it has only run 2600 km and now it has decreased acceleration and bike engine is also heating and the over all performance is low. I have also discussed regarding this issue and told him to solve the issue but they me it's minor issue, but i have facing lots of issue. I ordered new model splendor plus but i think i got refurbished bike. Request you to kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.

          I bought the Hero Mestro edge on dated[protected] from the dealer jai viahu motors from meja road allahabad.
          while he deliver the scooty one part that is side suppoter was faulty at the time of delivery branch dealer said he will change the part
          but still he didn't change the right part and ignore my request.
          i'm very dissatisfy with hero support and the dealer.

          kindly look on this matter and give me proper solution on this matter to make the trust with hero.

              I have given my karizma r for servicing at hero service center (Vakola) on 13th feb 2020. They have charged me more than 10000inr but are not providing me the bill for the same. First they told they will provide it after4 days
              As their stock was going on but after 2 weeks they are denying me stating they are unable o give me original bill. This is a fraud and i will take this to consumer court as i have paid the amount in two transactions for which i have record. Request you to help me get the original invoice for the servicing and spares replaced as this is my right.

                Bike lete time agency me bataya gaya ki bike (splendor + new adition) aapko downpayment karke installment ke sath hi RC mil jaayegi. Or abhi bol rahe hai ki 6000 ₹ RC ke liye lagega.This means that we are not getting the product at the company price, it is assuming an advance commission.

                  Hello team,

                  Dealer have taken the additional amout from me, i have the transaction details of amout 71402 rs inr paid to
                  Geetha automobiles, near suchitra circle hyd
                  But dealer has given me invoice of rs 64189 rs only. Below is break down for quick reference.
                  Temporary vehicle registation fees:150
                  Tax paid: 4880
                  Vehicle price: 54180
                  5 year insurance: 4979
                  Total is 64189 rs only
                  So there is difference of amount 7213 rs which dealer need to refund.
                  I have reached out to dealer or showroom manager many times since 3 months and asked to refund or else give a valid invoice for the amount which i have paid to them but they don't have valid solution.
                  I'm requesting govt officer to do enquiry to check with this and hopefully i will get the difference amount back at earliest, please let me know any further information needed from my side, will submit.

                  No it's not resolved, customer support executive reached out and he was speaking in telgu so I have asked him to speak in Hindi or English then he said one executive will call me back.

                        I purchased a new hero xpulse 200 carburettor on 8 th october 2019 from first day there was a unusual tappet sound i informed it to the dealer which is rydex motors located at nahur mumbai 400078.
                        They have opened my motorcycle engine for about 3- 4 times. They have changed the head. They also changed the scissor gear balancer pairs without my permission. The head which they have changed has cold shut marks on it which will not withstand high temperatures.
                        I am getting mentally stressed looking at the condition of the motorcycle and the way it is getting opened everytime. Its just 5 months ive purchased and the opened multiple times

Company sold me same old bike at the current rate even there were huge discounts offered on bs-iv bikes.                                   I need all spares fibre item of xtreme sports bike black colour pls provide me fast because my bike has been stopped from many days without spares so provide me a proper all fibre spares to my black xtreme sports bike 2026 model so they i can ride my bike as soon as possible why the spares are not available at service centre it's too much of problems to the customer and inconvenience to customer by hero motorcorp so please provide me as soon as possible

                                      I am a customer who uses the hero's master edge

                                      . I bought the vehicle from safe motors kalpetta wayanad in kerala,
                                      In the event of my vehicle's breakdown, i reached your dealershop, that is safe motors kalpetta wayanad, on january 13, 2020, to order a new wiser. And paid a sum of rs 750 through google pay for wiser..
                                      At the time of odrer the dealer said i will be available within 2 days when i place an order, didn't receive it a month later...

                                      For the past 20 days i have been trying to contact your dealer in wayanad over the phone. But they didn’t attend my phone. This irresponsibility of your dealer makes me very disturbed. And this incident prompts me to rethink my decision to buy a hero's new vehicle. How dare people like us take up the new vehicle because of this irresponsible behavior.

                                      So please do your best to help me with this matter and request that the wiser i ordered be made available to me.

                                      Hopefully there will be favorable actions on your part

                                        Hiro duet purchased the car for rs 65000 / - on 2017 and the car's running noise is not high and the sound of the engine is constantly stopped. Chavan takes the car from the automobile and the service is not available. After much thought, took this car, but it seems that it was not a mistake to take the car. The car gets to work many times in 3 years
