I left my vehicle for service. During giving for service i know the condition of vehicle and it was no damage on parts.
At the time of taking delivery after service & some job done on wheel bearing & bush related
I found that left side of body part was broken and its vibrating...

When we asked few queries regarding joyride, myself felt that the response is very poor and service manager has to improve his politeness towards customer. I bought new hf deluxe bike for my dad and there are two issues with the bike from day 1.
Self start does not ignite and when asked the dealer/service they say it is because of winter. How come other bikes work normally.
Second issue and very important, mileage is supposed to be near 80 kmpl, but our bike is giving only 45 kmpl.
I am under an impression that i was sold a faulty piece.
It would be really appreciated...

I have purchased this bike on 9 sept 2019. The self start of this bike is not working properly. I complaint about this problem to the nearer dealer (M/s pushkar automobile) 4 times but no action can't be taken place. I have purchase 02 nos of motor cycle for hero dealer in ranchi (Rahul automobiles) on is hero pleasure plus & destiny, manager is not aware about product & scheme, he committed wrong scheme to me 7 in the time of delivery he assure me in scooty 1/2 liter fuel are filled but 100 m my byke break down we have lot of problem due to no petrol pump are available there.

Dear sir,
I would like to register a complaint that rear tyre (Tvs make) of my hero maestro got bubbled up and crack.
The complaint was made during the third free service to the dealer. The dealer put some liquid inside the tyre, but the problem remain as it is.
Now the vehicle is getting a lot of jerks. My daughter use to drive the vehicle and it has become very dangerous for her life.

Last 4 services i have complained about this issue, but no one has resolved it saying this is new technology in hero motors.
