The bike servicing is not doing well by Matoshree Automobiles which is a autherised centre at Lakhandur, Tah- LAkhandur Dist- Bhandara. The facility provided by him is not proper. The facility like checking of air at tyres, cleaning of inner parts of bike by air is not provided, washing of bike is also not done well & rude behavior with customers. The bill for the materials as well as service provided is not given to costumers. Hence do needful action regarding above matter.

The silencer and chamber of our hero destini 125 (PB35AF4446) was damaged, so we asked company to replace the parts . But besides our continuous efforts we didn't received any response from them from last 24 days . So I request you to look into the matter as soon as possible as we are facing problems due to it .

Unfortunately, None of Hero's dealer is accepting this so called all India covering service contract and I'm paying money everytime

    I am owner of a motorcycle of your company named cd deluxe of 2009 model bearing its number br 06t 8429 and from last 10 years i have been continuously maintaining my said motorcycle availing all the free and paid services before north bihar agro agency alongwith its proper insurance from national insurance company, muzaffarpur. Also i have not taken any claim as yet. On 26th jan 2020 the said motorcycle met with an accident at lenin chowk muzaffarpur resulting into damage of its visor, ignition switch & steering lock, front suspension, rear indicator, and main stand and i went to said north bihar agro agency pvt ltd. Kaalmbagh road, near chhata chowk, muzaffarpur-842001 for its repair and further claim. As my said motorcycle has been insured with national insurance company bearing its policy no.[protected] valid from 4.11.2019 to midnight of 3.11.2020, with which you have a tie-up and you should have done cashless repair and transaction, first of all i had to purchase a claim form outside the agency by paying rs.10 in cash, thereafter a person on duty mr. Jha had done number of ifs and buts and neither entertained my application nor provided me estimate although my said bike was in agency from 10 am to 3 pm and under purplexion i had returned from there. I am lodging my complaint for necessary action against north bihar agro agency pvt. Ltd. And person on duty mr. Jha and his associates.

      Dear sir/madam,

      I am thangeeswaran. M from virudhunagar, tamilnadu, i have purchased a hero glamour (Tn 67 bj 2342) on 26.05.2019 from selvam motors, virudhunagar - tamil nadu. I had a very bad experience with the dealer and their service.

      From the day itself, i had a very bad experience with my bike. Because i have got a loud noise in the engine. I have mentioned it from the first service itself, but the service persons (Engineer-mr. Govindaraj) are not being taken that as serious.
      Now almost 10 services have done in the same service station itself, but still, it is not all rectified. Seriously why you people having this kind irresponsible service station on your side. You people please tell me what is the permanent solution for it
      Are you looking for 10 more services eh? I hope it could be a waste of my money and time.
      So kindly take this as my serious note to your concern, else please take this bike back to you. Totally waste……..

        I purchased hero passion xpro 110 cc in april 2019 from arnav motors abu road (Rajasthan). But now it's self start is not working and i gone to service center and dealer 4 times but they are not giving satisfactory answer.

        Since the bike have the warranty of five years and they are not giving information of warranty on the part (Self start motor)

        And they are refusing to replace it.

        They are not giving any date to which the part will be available

        And saying that they have some issues with company so they are not getting material. Unless material is received they will not repair or replace it and they are saying it will not be repaired in warranty

        The problem is not solved after so many visits of showroom and workshop.

            Dear sir pleas help me now my bike is the glamor old model, which has just taken 24 public the bike does not run correctly, the bike falls apart when the back gear is installed. I have done complaint this many times in your service center mahalgaon bihar but they have no hearing, these people who are in your service center do not even talk properly. But they have no hearing, these people who are in your service center do not even talk properly. Let the man come by the name of the hero, people's trust has been made with the hero, but such wrong people spoil the name of the hero have begun to spoil so pleas i will be grateful to you for getting such people dealt with as soon as possible.

                Mene jan2019 me hero destini li thi aur ab tk wo only 1400 km chli h because of its not running smooth many time i have been raised a complaint to service center but no one properly response. Me to yhi suggest krunga kisi ko ki koi bhi schooty le lo but destini kbhi na lena. Agr koi h hero se to meri problem solve kro mein bhut hi presaan hu schooty se itni costly purchage ki ye but its a worst schooty contact me @[protected]

                  I have purchase hero destini in jan 2019 and in present time its run only 1400km in this schooty their is some issue and many complaints to the service center but no one can solved my prob. If some one in hero motocorp please solved my problem. If anyone ride my schooty then he said its a very worst scooty please check and replace my schooty with new one.

                    My hero hf deluxe bike 5th servicing in payment is done and my bike to taking to return. I'm going to home bill in spare parts cross check the bike no change the spare parts so i have go to the showroom again asking the manager and mechanic then change the engine oil and filter i have don't show the bike then my money waste and time waste worst experience with show room

After a week i saw the demo vechicle then only thet fix it. From the bening my speed meter trip starter is not working. I have informed them four times when time of my service. I am ready to pay.                         Maine dec 19 me maestro purchase ki thi but usme 20 din me hi petrol tank leak krne laga h. Usme tut fut ki awaz bhi aane lagi hai. Or average bhi thik nhi de rhi thi jaisa btaya gya tha. Ab hmne agency's ne product defective de diya hai. Hmne maestro laon kraya tha. Ab hm payment q de jab product hi defective diya hai. Pls resolve that matter very soon. Oe hume dhamki de rhe hain scooty leni padegi.

                          I did not get a proper suggestion when the service engineer supervisor reported any problems. For example, i requested them to check my bike battery. They told me that i had a multimeter malfunctioning. I cannot check the battery.
                          The service engineer should check the bike completely after servicing, he did not do the proper difference. I got out of the car and i came to know that one of my indicators is not working and some parts are loose during servicing, approx. 2 liter of petrol was removed to wash parts from my petrol tank. I got a lot of support from the manager sir and i was helped a lot by him but the service team did nothing in terms of service. I thank the manager sir. The engineer must use grease to maintain smoothness but did not do same.

                            I am vijay a. Bhatt gj27-s-9132 was my vehicle no. Maestro model
                            I use to do service in hero show room always.in the same way dt[protected]
                            I left my vehicle for service. During giving for service i know the condition of vehicle and it was no damage on parts.
                            At the time of taking delivery after service & some job done on wheel bearing & bush related
                            I found that left side of body part was broken and its vibrating
                            When i was complain service incharge about he was not ready to listen about it..& misbehaving for the same with me with words "do whatever you can we are not taking any responsibility about this nonsense"
                            Then after. Me complain on toll free number with complain no :[protected] & me got text from service agency for visit to resolve it
                            When i reach there incharge reply "its just formality to text in response to your complain nothing to do"
                            No one ready to take damage responsibility & play blame game, is it fair?
                            Presentation & responsibility of the staff shock me...

                                Greetings. Today i went for servicing my two wheeler in radha automobiles tambaram who is the authorised dealer of hero motor corp. When we asked few queries regarding joyride, myself felt that the response is very poor and service manager has to improve his politeness towards customer. Further, being a 2year user of joyride, i feels there is no benefits of having it since they are charging for most of the services. It is the time for hero motor corp to take corrective action to avoid spoiling the name.

                                    I bought new hf deluxe bike for my dad and there are two issues with the bike from day 1.
                                    Self start does not ignite and when asked the dealer/service they say it is because of winter. How come other bikes work normally.
                                    Second issue and very important, mileage is supposed to be near 80 kmpl, but our bike is giving only 45 kmpl.
                                    I am under an impression that i was sold a faulty piece.
                                    It would be really appreciated if hero corp consider this complaint.

                                      Hero pashupati sarvice center me goodlife ke bare me kuch jaakari lene gaya to goodlife card dikha mne apna mne bola ki is card ko check kro or mujhe gift do to udhar jo medam bethi h unhone kaha ki ye card jahan se ban waya h vahi jao or agr me gift dungi to mre paise katenge jo ek card ke liye mujhe itna daoda rhi h 2 din ho gye bol rhi h ajj ye err h aaj vo err h bada hi or mne apni wife se bat karai to itna chillake bt kar rhi thi bilkul bhi tamij nhi h hero ki sarvice bohot hi bekar h card kyu banate h jb usme kuch dena hi nhi hota

                                        I have purchased passion pro bike in june 19. After few days fuel meter stopped working properly. On[protected] i went to sun motors showroom, at lucknow for its resolution. Sun motor workshop representative told me that part is not available. We requested to register the call for required part. After some time sun motor customer care representative call me and told that part is available. So i went to sun motor show room on 20 jan2020. I met workshop manager mr. Kuldeep.
                                        Mr. Kuldeep misbehaved and shouted me rudely before number of peoples presented in workshop, i am totally fade up this incident. I am your customer and your workshop people behave like this.

                                        Reqeust to take it as seriously and take appropriate action against the culprit.
