    What the nonsense staff you have hired

    They don't take bike after 1pm for service, why they take payment half day only ?

    I[censored] said them to give this on written then he said I am not sitting only for you

    Just because your service at hero service centre is bad and their behaviour is so bad, I will not buy bike of hero again in future, as I do t want to face your illiterate staff, and will sale this just one year old bike

        I given my bike for on 10/08/22 in Goel Motor Shop (hero) in lucknow, so I said do not change the engine oil but they changed my engine oil was new I want my refund back

                    I Muddasani Akash Varma, owner of glamour xtech reg.no TS02FG1284. I recently visited on 04.08.2022 workshop for service regarding air leakage from rear wheel. The same vehicle given back in evening saying the said problem cleared. But in morning session when iam ready to move the problem remains same and I moved to same workshop naming Devesh Motors and I given the vehicle saying the problem remains same and requested to clear it out as early as possible. But till today the problem is not solved. I didn't even receive any call regarding status, when I called back showroom they answered in recklessly which shows there lack of sense on the issue. So i request on behalf of heromotocorp to take stringent action on the delar and workshop proprietor.

                            I bought Xtreme 200R at 2018 and i always got a problem with the engine. After every 2 months its need repair. Rocker etc. And also the spare parts is not available. Xtreme 200 parts are not same with any other bikes...which make its more difficult to repair and thats make me really down with hero.
                            I spend more money on spare parts than the main bike.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              Today morning my bike give your show room for services and engine oil change and and oil price is 325/- and they service manager RIPUN bhai told me 350/- charge for oil change
                              I need explanation for extra 25/- rs why take this extra charge ?? also I have raise consumer complaint regarding taking extra 25rs and Mrs nidhi shah no give me properly answer for bill she is casually told me no change it bill 2 times and etc

                              Request you to please guide to your staff how to talk with customer, and if possible so I want refund money with discount otherwise I give complain to consumer court regarding extra take money 25/-rs

                              Supposed daily 10 bike coming your service centre for change oil and you take 350/- per bike, 25/-rs extra it means per day you 250rs extra you take money to customer and 250*30=7500 take extra money per month to customer

                              Please take action to your staff and resolved this problem asap.

                              And teach to your staff how to talk customer any facing any query

                                    This is Arun Kumar one of the existing user with glamour byke basis on existing product impression I have purchased again new glamour byke in the last year september At warangal Mulugu cross road Sri Sri Sri hero showroom

                                    The first impression was very bad which I have faced while I am taking delivery of my new byke at showroom that without air in the tyres and without any petrol in the byke even to reach near by petrol pump

                                    2nd one is while using this byke everytime even at small speed breakers also engine is going to off without any indication and without any dificulties

                                    3rd one is showroom people given wrong product to me which is really unfit to current roads and its really failure model 100% without any doubts without checking minimum qualities in the new glamour how can this company to the customers

                                    4th one is literally I have faced 4 months problem with air leakage in the tyres like OLX BYKE which is really not at all acceptable being a showroom byke in that 4 months I have Groomed to showroom for the service like a government offices

                                    5th one is Auto start is not happing daily every day I used star with kickstart only

                                    6th one is showroom people is not responsible after selling a byke to client because I faced lot of the problems in the showroom as well

                                    7th one is its 100% failure from the Top Management there no quality like 2013 Glamour model

                                    8th One is Till I used only 3000 KMS Only which should really give a good impression to me because my home to office and office to home 3KMS only

                                    9th one is Really its an bad experience with this new glamour

                                    because Being pvt employee I have taken this byke in the finance basis on my emergency needs but there is no guarantee to reach again my home when I am going to outside with this byke

                                    10th one is With in 5months of time from the purchasing I irritated like anything with this byke and I asked to your employee Mr Karthik in the sri sri sri showroom that re takes this byke and return my amount to back at that time he said if I want to return the byke I will get 40, 000 only now my question is if this company bykes really re sale available in the market how can you offer 40, 000/- for 1 lakh rupee byke which you soled it self

                                    even there is no complaints and accidents againist this byke

                                    Being a pvt employee I cant purchase a byke within the year basis on my fininacial stage it ll takes minimum 10-15 years to take a new byke again and I am not intrerested to use this byke

                                      I bought my xpulse200 years back when it launched, by finishing the 2nd free service from tirur hero center I was not happy with there services because of the poor service quality faced by me and my friend with the same bike issues. So I decided I don't want guarantee from hero and took my bike to good workshop, I willingly avoided your guarantee program because of only that issue, but still today i was not regretted with my decision, I spend my own money very time there is an issue with the bike if there is any parts replacement needed and all .
                                      Yesterday my bikes shock absorber got Brocken, I was shocked to hear that I am the last one who has not changed shock absorber from our first batch.any way I decided to change it from the original hero showroom and went to the same showroom by believing maybe it will be all good by now with there services and all, so without guarantee I changed my shock absorber along with some other issues like changing cletch cable and re fitting head light etc..
                                      I just got my bike by evening 6 pm and leaved from there immediately because I have trip scheduled, and just now I realized the light source from headlight is very low so when I looked I noticed that the headlight is fitted upside down and the clutch cable or free raising is still there. Just now I'm writing this complaint to you while sitting on my bike by the road side reaching for some help from strangers at a place that is unknown to me,
                                      What can I say, may be its all my mistake to take it to the hero showroom,
                                      am not looking for an explanation, I am looking for an solution. Tell me what should I do

                                        This is Sasikumar. My recent hero service is the worst. After taking delivery on 4th June 2022 within 10kms vehicle stopped, got smoke in back wheel and it didn't move. I tried contacting service centre but they didn't pick the call and finally with others help I managed to reach local bike service centre.

                                        The next day I explained everything to hero service centre and again gave my bike to check what went wrong. And they did some bearing work and gave me back saying that everything looks fine now and come after 2000kms usage from the current service date. But within 1000kms from last service bike engine seized. Got rattling noise while riding it and vehicle stopped.

                                        And again I called then they didn't pick the call and I raised compliant via email after that service centre person called and told that its not our responsibility then the person from Hero called he told we cant cover engine faults as it crossed 5 years. Actually I trusted Hero thats why I gave my bike to authorised service centre. Now the engine expense cost around 15k rupees. so Hero and dealer both are not taking responsibility.

                                        And I got a mail from Hero saying that due to improper maintenance engine seized but I strongly believe that due to improper service by inefficient technician caused this issue. I bought my bike on 17th April 2017, till date usage is 24500kms only. And the incident happened while travelling with my family to hospital for my kid treatment. I'm so depressed.

                                        For service issue, asking money from customer is unfair. So Hero need to repair my bike with free of cost.
