Mene Hero Showroom Auto Needs Gurgaon se 27 may ko Hero Splender + Bike le thi, uska ragistrations abhi tak nahi hua hai, showroom wale 2-4 din 2-4 bolte rehte hai. Pls Help me...

I have brought a new hero pleasure plus 2 wheeler in the month in January 2022, however the vehical performance is not good. I feel they have provided 2nd hand vehical instead of brand new vehical.

Just within 1 month, the battery was gone and they installed a new battery. Also, the accelerator wire is cut now and they ate saying its Normal issue.

I have given my bike in Shivam motor rohtak for service purpose and I told all the problems regarding bike.
