My bike is under warranty, and the lock set's wire got damaged itself, due to which bike was not starting, i came to Dhanshree hero at Noida sector 63, they said need to change the lock set, but they will not provide it free of cost.

      I bought Passion Pro BS6 in 2020. From the day of buying, I faced too many running cutoff problems. I complained about this in my all-free service. But nothing gets resolved. After free service, they asked me to change the spark plug and air filter. it cost around 800rs. Even after that, the running cutoff continues. There is no proper response from the service center side. I never suggest my friend to buy this bike. My contact number is [protected]

          I Had given my bike For fuel tank repaint (MH43BT6911) dated 04/07/22 and work should be done within 5 days as per service center staff.
          But after 7 days not a single work was done & talked like no sense, I asked the reason for that and i said you should have notified me the next day. The staff very rudely replied you should follow up.
          After all this they gave my advance payment and said they can not work on my bike. I don't know what kind of service doing of HERO MOTORS

            I am purchase Hero Splender from Unnati Motors Kamptee Road Nagpur, when asking about ledger statement they said they do not provide ledger/ account statement to customer even not proper behave to customer they rudely says not provide. When servicing not proper service and not giving vehicle on time every time they are deley to handover the vehicle

            Leder statement is provided by dealers to everyone customer and properly solving told wherever your money expense by dealer

                I have complaints about diya hero showroom staying in Kerala, trivandrum. Im tell them my complaints i started the problems from when I'll buy the bike they are not solve the issue. The issue was my bike is turned off while driving i cimplained about so many times i give the bike to them for repair so many timesand also they including charge from me for this issue i told them firstly my bike turned off what is it, they told me it will be fine sir you must run the bike minimum 500km it will be ok i trust them and start my journey. The problem is not ok. im done now i dont want the bike in this condition. Im facing this issue from 9months so plz solve the issue

                      मेरा नाम रंजीत कुमार यादव है और मै ताजपुर पंचायत के फूलवरिया गाव का निवासी हूँ मै हीरो स्प्लेंडर प्लस 02/11/21 को अपने नजदीकी रिटेलर शौ रूम एकमा मार्केट से लिया हूँ मेरे बाइक मे 3महीने से सेल्फ स्टार्टर का प्रॉब्लम आ रहा है सर्विशिंग करने के टाइम जब बोला गया तो व लोग बोले की किसी दुकान से इश्का बैटरी को चार्ज करा लीजिए मुझे ये दिक्कत 3-4महीने होने जा रहे है अभी तक इश्का निवारण नहीं हुआ है. मैंने अपने लाइफ मे अभी तक इतना घटिया सर्विस नहीं देखा अगर मेरा प्रॉब्लम को सिग्रह निपटारा नहीं हुआ तो मुझे रोड पर आकर इश्के बिरुद्ध लोगो को जागरूक करना पड़ेगा !

                      Bike num-BR04AK6174 My name is Ranjeet Kumar Yadav and I am a resident of Phulwaria village of Tajpur Panchayat, I have taken Hero Splendor Plus on 02/11/21 from my nearest retailer Show Room Ekma Market, my bike is having problem of self starter since 3 months. At that time, when it was said, other people said that get the Ishka battery charged from some shop, I am going to have this problem for 3-4 months.Haven't resolved yet. I have never seen such poor service in my life, if my problem is not resolved with grace, then I will have to come on the road and make people aware against its!

                              I have brought a new hero pleasure plus 2 wheeler in the month in January 2022, however the vehical performance is not good. I feel they have provided 2nd hand vehical instead of brand new vehical.

                              Just within 1 month, the battery was gone and they installed a new battery. Also, the accelerator wire is cut now and they ate saying its Normal issue.

                              I never had any issue with Honda activated or Suzuki access in last 5 years and I regret buying hero vehical. I need to cancle the loan and give back the vehical to the showroom else I will go legal if they denie.

                                I am roaming since a week time in NCT Delhi with my seized engine of splendor plus 2019 model. Workshop from where i got all the services have not the spare parts available. Anothe work shop named Auto Service in Lajpat Nagar2, refused to avail warranty claim with a quote the go to the only workshop from you got services done. Made complaints to the hero call centre too, but they seems to be partnered in all the fraudulent activities being done in the market to make the Customers fool

                                  I bought New hero destiny 125Xtec but within 2-days when i drive it on highway i found vibration in front wheel, when i check i found Front wheel seal come out. IT was shocking for me in New Vehicle. Also found seat locking problem alternately.

                                    Hello myself Arnab,

                                    I purchase Galmour FI- BS4 model on 2019, after completion of 3 rd free service i found lots of problem like :- Starting problem, engine off suddenly in running condition specially at the time of gear changing . I have informed the same to [protected]@heromotocorp.com on dt:- 09.02.21. After that i have done 2 free service & 2 paid service, but very unfortunate issue has not been solved.

                                    As a result on Dt:- 29.05.2022, by bike sudden stop at running condition & i submitted to service center HITECH HERO( Taratala) on Dt:- 01.06.2022 & from that date still it is in service centre & due to lack of spares parts they are not able to start till date. Very surprising to see such kind o[censored]nprofessional process. My Job is suffering due to absence of bike .

                                    Please do needful otherwise i have to move legally.

                                        I have given my bike in Shivam motor rohtak for service purpose and I told all the problems regarding bike. But the service centre employee were not work properly and my all problems has not short-out and when I told them some person they behave badly with me and they also add cost of that work in invoice which has not work and also the has not given my invoice bill of service. so I request you pls take some disciplinary action against such employees.
