I had an engine complaint from my very first service, then it got rectified on my 6th service, now from my last service I'm having more noise & starting complaint, etc, I hope it gets repaired. The main issue with your service team is that after 100km to 500km you get a new complaint about the bike when it's mentioned they consider it a new job. In my last service after coming from service center to my house, my rear brake got jammed & your service center person was not ready to address that issue then I called one of the floor managers & requested him to send someone from another service station which was nearby to release the brake. I'm totally disappointed with your service its actually frustrates me that I made a wrong choice of bike.

Fraud happened with me.But the agency people should say that I have given all the documents, but I do not understand it. I have been writing something else and agency people are giving some other answers.

Read all points carefully.

1. Total property amount 72500/-
2. With interest total amount 91323 /-
3. insurance value 50000 /-
4. provide a loan amount 54000/-
5. invoice copy 53000/-

Then you take action immediately???????

I am waiting for a reply from you.

The agency people and heroes have done a big fraud with me.

I have come to know from the hero finance company that you have become my four amount. Will you clear the team ...???????

Below this as per discuss vehicle purchase 14 march 2019, Agency name is MAHESHWARI MOTORS Bilsi Road Bisauli ( budaun) pin code 243639.
My vehicle was stolen in Delhi from nearby Raja Puri, New Delhi 110059.

But the one time call received Mr.Naman call back letter but no solution and not reading this mail.
My Motor bike is only 72500/- and the invoice copy given is some Rs. 53000/- Because of which I am getting less money in insurance.i do not need insurance anymore.
I want a motorbike now. Tell me why my mail is not being answered as a joke ?????
I mailed on 4th june but got a reply today. He didn't have any response to who I am, he would have understood my point.
Once tell me why the agency people gave me a invoice of 53000 /- and that my motorbike was 72500/- .

Now it is the fault of the agency due to which you are facing problems in the invoice .
And the price of the Motorbike from today's date is RS 84500/- I don't need insurance anymore . I want a new Motor Bike .
Hero companies talk amongst themselves about wanting a motorbike to do whatever you want.

Now I don't know anything. I want a New Motorbike . There has been a lot of fraud with me.

And hero splender total amount is 72500, and invoice copy in ex showroom price 53575 so i was down payment in 20000/- pay and 24 for month in EMI, and inserts 12% .
But any issue in inserts . so my insurance claim 50000
My total vehicle amount is 91323. so i was paid to amount 42500/- in company
so current amount paid 78366.66/-
my vehicle was stolen in Delhi with near by Raja Puri new Delhi 110059.
My insurance 50000 but I have not received this amount, only new motors issued by the agency.
But the new vehicle is in its 10th month used only. I do not agree with the insurance claim.
And all information in my vehicle but any action my FIR, and not call and mail. received . i hope understand

My vehicle's fault is the Hero motor agency. So I want a new motor vehicle issue.
But conductance applies this to your agency giving an invoice copy. So less than this amount between the amount paid .
I do not paid amount 78366.66/- your amount this paid really amount not total finance amount .
if you can finance total amount 78366.66/-
But motorbike is priced at 72500/- new Bike in 2019
So i am not happy with your service . Urgent action was not refused in this case.
You are in action so I am vernal this video on social media ( Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, whatsapp, etc.)
And I will prove the fault of this agency. invoice copy incorrect, and insurance low this invoice so i hope handing this case senior team.

My bike is under warranty, and the lock set's wire got damaged itself, due to which bike was not starting, i came to Dhanshree hero at Noida sector 63, they said need to change the lock set, but they will not provide it free of cost.

When I passed through speed brakers Or digs my front brake automatically locked then my bike wheel become tight and locked

I bought Passion Pro BS6 in 2020. From the day of buying, I faced too many running cutoff problems. I complained about this in my all-free service. But nothing gets resolved. After free service, they asked me to change the spark plug and air filter. it cost around 800rs. Even after that, the running cutoff continues. There is no proper response from the service center side. I never suggest my friend to buy this bike. My contact number is [protected]

While pressing rear brake in glamour xtec drum brake variant it produces a very very dangerous sound daily.

I Had given my bike For fuel tank repaint (MH43BT6911) dated 04/07/22 and work should be done within 5 days as per service center staff.
But after 7 days not a single work was done & talked like no sense, I asked the reason for that and i said you should have notified me the next day. The staff very rudely replied you should follow up.
After all this they gave my advance payment and said they can not work on my bike. I don't know what kind of service doing of HERO MOTORS

I am purchase Hero Splender from Unnati Motors Kamptee Road Nagpur, when asking about ledger statement they said they do not provide ledger/ account statement to customer even not proper behave to customer they rudely says not provide. When servicing not proper service and not giving vehicle on time every time they are deley to handover the vehicle

Leder statement is provided by dealers to everyone customer and properly solving told wherever your money expense by dealer

Bike mileage is not sufficient after full time service, gear stuck while time of riding, engine sound is noisy, after full of fuel tank is always show blinking in fuel odometer.

I have complaints about diya hero showroom staying in Kerala, trivandrum. Im tell them my complaints i started the problems from when I'll buy the bike they are not solve the issue. The issue was my bike is turned off while driving i cimplained about so many times i give the bike to them for repair so many timesand also they including charge from me for this issue i told them firstly my bike turned off what is it, they told me it will be fine sir you must run the bike minimum 500km it will be ok i trust them and start my journey. The problem is not ok. im done now i dont want the bike in this condition. Im facing this issue from 9months so plz solve the issue

मेरा नाम रंजीत कुमार यादव है और मै ताजपुर पंचायत के फूलवरिया गाव का निवासी हूँ मै हीरो स्प्लेंडर प्लस 02/11/21 को अपने नजदीकी रिटेलर शौ रूम एकमा मार्केट से लिया हूँ मेरे बाइक मे 3महीने से सेल्फ स्टार्टर का प्रॉब्लम आ रहा है सर्विशिंग करने के टाइम जब बोला गया तो व लोग बोले की किसी दुकान से इश्का बैटरी को चार्ज करा लीजिए मुझे ये दिक्कत 3-4महीने होने जा रहे है अभी तक इश्का निवारण नहीं हुआ है. मैंने अपने लाइफ मे अभी तक इतना घटिया सर्विस नहीं देखा अगर मेरा प्रॉब्लम को सिग्रह निपटारा नहीं हुआ तो मुझे रोड पर आकर इश्के बिरुद्ध लोगो को जागरूक करना पड़ेगा !

Mene Hero Showroom Auto Needs Gurgaon se 27 may ko Hero Splender + Bike le thi, uska ragistrations abhi tak nahi hua hai, showroom wale 2-4 din 2-4 bolte rehte hai. Pls Help me

I have brought a new hero pleasure plus 2 wheeler in the month in January 2022, however the vehical performance is not good. I feel they have provided 2nd hand vehical instead of brand new vehical.

Just within 1 month, the battery was gone and they installed a new battery. Also, the accelerator wire is cut now and they ate saying its Normal issue.

I never had any issue with Honda activated or Suzuki access in last 5 years and I regret buying hero vehical. I need to cancle the loan and give back the vehical to the showroom else I will go legal if they denie.

I am roaming since a week time in NCT Delhi with my seized engine of splendor plus 2019 model. Workshop from where i got all the services have not the spare parts available. Anothe work shop named Auto Service in Lajpat Nagar2, refused to avail warranty claim with a quote the go to the only workshop from you got services done. Made complaints to the hero call centre too, but they seems to be partnered in all the fraudulent activities being done in the market to make the Customers fool

I bought New hero destiny 125Xtec but within 2-days when i drive it on highway i found vibration in front wheel, when i check i found Front wheel seal come out. IT was shocking for me in New Vehicle. Also found seat locking problem alternately.
