Mere ko 70000 ka loan btaya tha lekin ab mere pas message aaya h ki aapke 71000 loan hua h to sir mere se jo amount extra liya h vo mere ko vaps chahiye

    I have dropped my destiny for repair work then SA called me for paid service and approach discount on it, I agree for it. At the time of delivery he give manual invoice and we make payment. Next day I have received a sms for service and a link on it, I download the invoice, I shocked invoice different,

      my bike hero hf deluxe having a issue of start up and service centre person visits and asked to change the fuel pump which will not cover under warranty, date of registration is - 13.08.2021.

      need help if it is in warranty then it should be replaced free of cost.

        Sir,
        My HF Delux bike I had purchased it in 29, Jan 2021 by Vikaram Automobiles Rewari, Haryana registered on Mr.Rajesh Kumar of No. HR36AJ0927.It's not getting start from 26 July 2022 many times tried to kick it to start and tried to clear it's plug. it's chain box also making noise while riding from the date of purchase and it's complaint at ever service of bike.
        If you can do to something related to it I'm very Thankful to you.

            I am Abhishek Singh, owner of xpulse 200 which i bought last year on 5 th may, there was a problem in my fuel injector and i went to service station of hero in kullu by name of Om motor kullu. They told me that fuel injector will get replaced and it will take 1 week. It’s already been 2 weeks and they are saying that its not coming from hero. I am fed up of waiting as i am dependent on bike, please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                I booked my scooty on 10th july. After a long wait and brawl i got my scooty on 13th july.
                I haven't received the complete documents for the amount which i have paid for my scooty.
                I called ur representative but got no response.i even called ur gm on this num([protected]) twice but the person declined my call.
                Such is ur worse after service.
                I am attaching my receipt and i want the complete document of the amount i paid to ur company.

                          I purchased glamor bike in[protected] model), I am not getting basic spare for the vehicle. even i am ordering the spare from showroom service center they are not properly responding( vellore show room) . this vehicle is just 3 year 7 month old.. for this itself am not getting spare basic spare...like indicator...switch set in handle etc... if they not able to provide spare means why they launch this model... because of this issues i am mentally disturbed. plz take necessary steps to solve the issue.

                            Passion Pro BS6 running cut off

                            I bought Passion Pro BS6 in May 2022. Before first service sometimes bike running cut off. I was think happen due to not proper gear change. After first service I have face daily min 25-30 times running cut off. I have visit the service center on 16-July-2022. The service team was good they update the program and now issue solved if face issue come again. When return to service center again issue start. Again visit on 18-July-2022. Again...

                            I purchased xpulse 2002v bike exactly one year 3months from today and already I am facing issue with its fuel pump.when I start the ignition and turn on the engine start switch the fuel pump doesn't make any sound or sometimes it does abruptly.due to which the bike is unable to start.even following every maintenance procedure for the fuel pump from maintaing sufficient quantity oil in the tank to timely servicing of my bike I am facing this issue.please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                I had purchased hero splendor plus i3s on 4-July-2022. I asked about helmet in free of cost as per central motor vehicle rules -1989 (Rule 138 (4) - (F) but they told any circular not come us for given helmet for free of cost. They said if you want helmet pay extra amount for helmet like Rs.1400.

                                HM Morors (Porur in Chennai) stag Senthil [protected] who was guided and told about all these.

                                I want to clarification from your side... On that rule said bike manufacture only give the helmet to free of cost.. will you give helmet free of cost or not.

                                      My own bike HF Deluxe MP15 MU 4001 got serviced on 17/05/2022 at Hero Moto Corp Sagar 47002. The mechanic of the service centre broke the filter box of the vehicle while doing service and changed its filter without informing anyone and he fitted the cap of the filter box. I was finding problem in my bike, so I got it checked outside the hero service center then they said that its filter box cap is broken, then I told the supervisor of the service center then they did nothing but took out my cap and gave it to me. And just came back. So still my bike is not in proper condition, if it is not corrected then I will set the bike on fire in front of the showroom.
