Specially Soumya Ranjan Rout does the work who he knows. And he said to me that he is the manager. Don't know how to behave. He told we have lots of work so you have to wait what the time is giving to you. We can't help. Want necessary action against him. And want to know how you people are working on it or it is just formalities l.

    Today i gave my vechicle for serviceat 7 am, they didnt do anything but they charged money, i am very disappointed by them and they deliveried the vechile at 8. Pm, what is this? Sir, the staffs were very disobedient. From last 4 services they dindnt resolve any complaint raise by me on vechicle. They simply wash the vechicle and give to me. Take a right action on them. But this time i am totally disappointed by their service. After getting my vechicle with in half an hour it gets starting problem, what can i do sir? This is ridiculous. Y i want to pay money for simply washing the vechicle, i[censored] not take action on them, then i will go for consumer court. Thank you

      Rusted rim were replaced after 5 months of purchase so much drama by service center...
      Busted mono shock (Yet to be replaced)
      Engine noise even after resetting tappet thrice at every 500km (Fully synthetic oil used)
      Uneven tyre wear out at rear
      Help me wt to do... I want a replacement because new bikes are flawless... Mine was form first lot that's why so many issues...

        I had purchased a hero splendor + (I3s self-drum-cly) on 03/2018 and then given bike on service

        1- given bike to service on 27/11/2019 and they said deliver time was 28/11/2019 but when we reach there they said still bike service was not done and expect me the deliver tomorrow
        2-asked to check for mileage, engine oil and break shoes adjustments. None of this had be done as conformed by one of your executive who later on who checked my bike
        3-asked to do for teflon polish and for that they charged me 450/- extra and did normal wax polish.
        4- for above given service they charged me 1560/- for which i hope they made bill and did my bike wash and returned my bike
        5- manager himself was telling to staff that i'm useless customer (While talking on phone he was telling to some other staff)

        Overall this was my second time happening with the same service center in hyderabad. Now help me in understand that is this the service your team want's to give for customer or do you think that we are wasting our money

        Appreciate quick response and request your team to kindly refund my money immediately, also let me know if this is the way you and your team wants to continue service then as a common man we will just shut our mouth and stop buying or recommending hero bikes to buy.
        After giving complaint through online someone had called me from hero motors called me and asking me to give my bike service which was approx 50 kms from my residence place.

        Imp note: don't ask me to take my bike and give it for service in same service center or any another hero service center. Because already my bike was been spoiled by the same service center earlier

          I bought this bike in november 2017 that was my bad decision this bike engine is third class very noise now i am suffering with engine problem in my bike only after 12000 km its very disappointing for me.

          I was a fan of hero bike but now not and i dont recommend to any person buy hero bikes already i have passion pro & splendor old model these bikes have good engine.

          So i request to heromotocorp please dont waste the hard earn money of peoples as like me.

            I bought a splendor in cash on 11 september 2019 from shyam automobiles. I was still driving motorcycles without temporary. Whenever i go, manager and salesmen say that your files have gone to the registration office (Rto). The manager is very careless. How many times i have call the phone but have not picked up the phone even once. There are some people who are driving without a temporary. Who will be afraid to pay the challan twice. There are dealerships who take money from customers and give registration after 5 or 6 months. The manager does not even know what is the management. Still not getting rc and hsrp whenever reported to dealership the dealer did not providing better information. Vehicle purchased on sep 2019 till now dealer not provided rc of vehicle due to this traffic police made fine of 5000 rs and taken vehicle documents. Have not got the vehicle hsrp and the rc of the vehicle. It is been two months and dealership still says to wait for these.

                I am not getting a part for my bike, i asked for black hand guards/ knuckle guards, at first it was not availiable, then later they took a week or two, i asked them they say u go to spare part agency and u book it from there itself, spare part agency (Prabhu enterprises) is least bothered with my issue, they keep costumers waiting, n they are yapping among themselves, m asking to book the product, but they r not even duing anything.

                Do needful action on urgent basis
                Service quality is not satisfied staffs are not picking the phone calls front office ladies staffs only target & motive to collect money .

                  Here at bharat motors they are doing the service of those person to whom they know very well. Today i gave my bike having vehicle number od33g2744, the service person told seat i will prepare immediately. But i told i am coming with in 2 hour. Then service person told ok. I gave my vehicle by 10:30am and i came by 2pm the vehicle is not ready. Doing the worst service to vehicle. Did nothing and charge for more.

                  I gave my car Super Splendor bright for service on this two wheeler IIM road, there they did nothing and said you show in Daliganj there.Talked to me profusely.Even after telling that my car is bubbling, they did not do that work.

                      I have a bike glamour jh01cw1932. After 3 months of byuing that bike a problem occurs. That was it always runs in reserve fuel if its tank is full then also its ues to run in reserve only. I have co. Complaint my times in the showroom n service station too but still i am facing the same problem. Your mechanic repair it n after that it work only for a week and after that same problem occurs. Right now also i am facing the same problem thats why today i have submitted my bike in the service station named (Autobike, mainroad, ranchi, 834002. Please look after it.

                      I have passion pro motor bike my wiser got damaged i went to hero service centre to repair or purchse new one but from 1 months service center told me that i have ordered wiser but it is not available in hero store.

                        Purchased a Hero Super Splender bike from Hi Speed Bike Showroom, Guwahati. During first puncture observed that there was already 2 puncture repair available in the tube of rear tyre. Means they are selling new bikes with old tubes inside tyres. Which nobody observes during purchase of a new vehicle or bike.

                          The worst service i am getting from sri krishna auto mobile.. A hero dealer... The service staff are the lazy and they don't even no about the servicing of a bike.. From the last paid service i am complaining about self start.. They are not looking at that.. Now they are talking about air filter.. Is this the way to taking money from customer... My bike is 5 months old.. They are taking money for charging the battary... I know my fault that i trusted on your company... I am suffering...

                            I have purchased a hero maestro edge bike on 29/08/2019 in the name of nandita rakshit dinda from exchange mela organized in haldia khudiram nagar, haldia, east midnapore. That time your concern sales person told us (Me & my wife) he will help us to provide all the services like 1st servicing with no plate fixing etc (By providing nominal charges). But now near 3 months completed no action taken from your end and your sales person only assuring us. My wife is a school teacher & i was staying in other location. I don't know how long i have to wait for 1st servicing & number plate fixing.

                              Dear sir or madem, i was applied a bike through csd via ambala dipot. Hero karishma showroom staff gave me availability certificate for hero glamour drum brake bike after that i want submitted my documents to chandimandir branch of ambala dipot after i came to showroom for taking my bike by submit purchase order on 21 oct 19 they keep giving excuse throughout the one month and above. Afer that they are saying to not provide bike after so much time. They are saying to cancel the order and refund for money after so much time till on 27 nov 19. My complaint is this if they are not able to provide a bike through csd why they gave me availability certificate and why they gave silly excuse and fool me in between why they said to deny to provide bike in earlier

                                Rk hero is a big cheat. This showroom on gt road shahdara has given a 2018 model to me in sep 2019 while i paid for 2019 mode. Customer care marked my both complaints as resolved while it was never resolved. I evwn called them, they do not even listen. A fraud case should be registered against them. Request others not to buy anything from such showroom

                                  This is to bring your notice that the phoenix hero service center situated at hyderabad (Hafeezpet) is one of the worst service center i have ever seen. They don't value customer and do nothing in the name of servicing. I had given my scooter at morning 8.30 and got an automated message that it would be handed over by 4 pm. They have started the servicing process after i have reached there around 5 pm. What i observed over there that the technician only changed the engine oil, except that nothing he had done. Even the one i asked for (My indicator was not working). That also i reminded him over and over, still they made me wait more than 1.5 hours. The manager over here seems inefficient as the technician was not listening to him.

That time your concern sales person told us (Me & my wife) he will help us to provide all the services like 1st servicing with no plate fixing etc 9 by providing nominal charges). But now near 3 months completed no action taken from your end and your sales person only assuring us. My wife is a school teacher & i was staying in other location.                                         I bought passion pro 110 for that 84 is the company's mileage given and dealer said it will give atleast 70 average. It's been 6 months i bought this bike still struggling to reach 60 average and even back wheel also got punctured i have to change the tube with new one in just 6 months.
                                        I went through 3 hero services centers even though no solution provided everyone is arguing just like you will get average after 2000km some says 4000km and another says that after 2to 3 services you will get good average.
                                        I am getting only 50 km/ltr average currently. See the difference between committed and current average of my bike. I don't know what is the issue in bike either they sell me a damaged product or may be made changes in bike parts. Just helpless after visiting 3 hero services.
                                        Need help for the same i want to inspection for my bike from each part of the bike.
