Rk hero is a big cheat. This showroom on gt road shahdara has given a 2018 model to me in sep 2019 while i paid for 2019 mode. Customer care marked my both complaints as resolved while it was never resolved. I evwn called them, they do not even listen. A fraud case should be registered against them. I bought passion pro 110 for that 84 is the company's mileage given and dealer said it will give atleast 70 average. It's been 6 months i bought this bike still struggling to reach 60 average and even back wheel also got punctured i have to change the tube with new one in just 6 months.
I went through 3 hero services centers even though no solution provided everyone is arguing just like you will get average after 2000km some says 4000km...

This is to incorm you that i have not completed 1yr. But after each and every servicing i found on after one problem in my vehichle. With vechicle-od-34-h-2086 named as dipti ranjan patra bearing ph no-[protected]. E

From 1 st servicing informed your service head my bike problem but he was not solved. Today my last free service from our end. Please check the below mentioned issue with my bike (Passon x-pro)
1 handle cross - not solved
2 done vibrant - not solved
3 nurtal light - solved
4 switch start - solved
5 engine heating - not solved
6 head light upper /dipper both of one not working properly - not solved...

I have paid all my monthly emi's without pending. Now my payments are all cleared from my side, but kk auto financial company from narayana industry area, new delhi - 28 are neglecting my queries and you are the peoples who have referred it as the distributor. Only due to the brand name hero, we are purchasing vehicles from you, but your linking members. Are not responding

I purchased one passion pro bike from sh. Rakesh tak, jagdamba service centre, opp. Petrol pump, nasirabad on dated 13.4.2019. After a ride of 700 km my bike digital meter stopped working. When i approaced to the above mentioned sub dealer he told me to leave bike to a week. I was buy my bike from pashupati motors pvt ltd in cash dated 14 nov 2019, but till date i am not getting invoice.

When i am asking for my bike invoice they language and behavior bad manners it's not a write why to talk their customer they are shouting customer. And their manager also not a helpful person.

This is saptasindhu panda ex dsm of sunny motor, cuttack. I went for my 5th servicing for my new glamour vehicle to essen motors. I told them all the issue with my vehicles meter issue. After the servicing i have seen that my meter was not going to work. Then i informed for sending a person to my house to resolve this issue. Still it's 8 days passed but no one is came to house till now....

I did service hf deluxe bike on 06.11.2019. Due to the lack of proper repair of my motorcycle, i again reached their service on 16.11.2019 but their supervisor and technician was bad behaviour. They were abuse with me. I have complained on hero app portal. They are speak wrong to me.
I really apologizes, i think that why are choose of hero vehicles....
