I had ordered a bike (Passion pro) on oct 5th and i am not given any update on what happened on the bike. I had made the full payment and still not getting an update on whether the bike had got registered or the date in which i will receive the bike.

I am surprised on the way a first class bike company has been treating the customer especially when i have made teh full payment and also after multiple reminders

I have paid for my pleasure plus accessories vide recipt no 10201bj19p6807 from showroom of chandan automobile kankarbagh patna where i was manhandled and threatened by store keeper staff. I've bought hero destini 125 on 27th february 2019 from sudhan motors, perumanallur. And its been 9 months i am riding the vehicle. Dealers are not ready to take payment through paytm inspite of the fact that hero is giving offers on paytm payment. They are saying that please give them cash only. They even do not know about this offers and they have put the hoardings and ads on their showrooms but don't have knowledge regarding payment through paytm. I have bought mastero edge scooty on 14feb 2018 but within one year its battery stop working and wthin next six months it started to consume engine oil also and now due to lack of engine oil its engine ceases. I request you to solve my problem or stop production of such a bad quality vehicle so that a poor man doesnot suffer such a huge loss that i sufferred....

I complaint about the back side shock absorber. It is damaging the chain cover while moving, which should not be correct. This complaint was lodged yesterday when i went for the first service to my bilke. Service center staff not cleared my problem, when i checked the bike, the problem is being same.
