Mere pass hero maestro edge scooter hai jiska engine lagbhag 4-5 baar seize ho chuka hai aur company 5 years ki warranty deti hai aur last 3 months me mera 2 baar engine siege ho chuka hai aur baar company waale meri hi galti batate hai. Please help me. Baar baar hero company ki workshop pe jaata hu to koi kahta ki aapki scooter me oil nhi hai. Aur workshop manager pradeep singh aur nikhil chaudhary dwara ye bataya gaya ki aapke scooter ka service part ka approval nahi hua hai aur mujhe service ki receipt bhi de di hai.

dear sir mene raghuveer auto mobiles se bike purchage ki thi 5 month huwe hai . aur ab tak serivce continue hai meri . itni probem to new bike mai nhai aati jitni ishme aa rhai hai . syad mene hero ki bike le ke galti kar di . yse staff hai kisi ko proper kaam nahi aata service karwane ke baad 50 baar wapis aana parta hai . kaise distuber hai apke . apka naam kharab ho rha hai mere bike ka engine oil leak ho rha hai unhone bola bush chage hoga uske bhi paise de diye ab bhi thik nahi huwa abhi bhi leak ho rha hai . chamber change karne ke liye kh rhe hai kha free of cost ho jayega ab aap sehgal automobiles neelam chowk faridabad jawo wha hoga . plz solve my problem and change my hf deluxe bike engine chamber change .     Dealers are not ready to take payment through paytm in chandausi and behjoi in sambhal district. Even i have contacted badar motors in sambhal he also denied payment through paytm for bike as it is having offers. All are saying that please get bike through cash only.

    Please register a complaint for chandausi hero dealers, behjoi hero dealers and sambhal badar motors.

      I own a hero pleasure. Regd no gj10cl3443 of 2018. During last service on sep 19 mody motor of hyderabad told the gear box bearings and shaft are to be replaced. And they have replaced and charged me rs 4500. Where as company claims five years warranty. L want to know where the claim has gone. Ls it for advertisement sake or else. L have done proper serving till date. Kindly look into or else i will move a step ahead. Thank you.

        On 5th oct'19 i have take joyride annually against byk no hp40 a7053. But after the service i have facing lots of issues in byk. I have complaint many time in local agency bhullar motors, ludhiana but no positive response i have got from management. After the service my byk horn, self system, meters, headlights nothing is working. Due to this i have facing lots of problems during night riding. This is also a big safety concerns also. Pls look into this. If you are not handle this then i am force to stop immediately.

          Mob no [protected] it is 2nd service but sock her commitment after servicing he write down all against my bike related problems an the he say u hav also plastic coated cover paint i say i can't understand brief me then he say light polythene cover in your bike body which was save bike original paint an my bike all manufacturing cover remove he also say see an after payment but there i ask other person he repeatedly same pls see the camera footage

              Today my hero passion 110cc bike self motor starting problem. So today i send my nearest raja yogam showroom ulundurpet at 5pm. Mechanic checked my bike, they told self motor kid problem. But now stock in showroom. They take my name and mobile no. They asked one week time for self motor kid. Showroom is not automobile shop. They easily asking one week time. After all it is not a majorpart of engine. If engine problem means how long time taken. Pls kindly arrange self motor kid as soon as possible. Thankyou.

                वाइजर का कुछ अंश टूटा हुआ था जिसकी वजह से वाइजर आवाज कर रहा था और जबकि एजेंसी के मैकेनिक के द्वारा बोल रेस किट जानबूझकर चेंज कर दिया गया यह कहकर कि इसकी डेरिंग रिंग टूटी हुई है जिसका मेरे खर्चा ₹640 जोड़ दिया गया तथा जब मैंने उनको बताया कि वाइजर से अभी भी आवाज आ रही है तो एजेंसी के सभी कर्मचारियों द्वारा मेरे साथ बदसलूकी की गई तथा मेरे से जबरदस्ती पैसा ले लिया गया

                  I purchased hero passion xpro in august 2018 from bhiwadi motorcycles pvt ltd, bhiwadi, rajasthan. My nike consumption of fuel and engine oil is very high. I need to refill engine oil after every 1500 km. Also i have got my bike checked by the dealer, they changed the kit but still no improvement is there. Moreover they say that this issue is common in every bike of this model. Then why are they selling. Average as calculated is 30 km/liter that is very low as per the bike engine.

                    I had given my bike for servicing on 24.09.19 at bimal motors, doddaballapur. The total amount charged 3172 rs after servicing self driven the bike just 270 kms, yesterday my bike was breakdown and approach local technician observed oil qty is just 250 ml only. Oil was not changed but charged. Today i given my bike in show room they said problem in engine approx. Charge is 2500 rs. Kinldy please do it needful.

                      Namaste sir, maine apki company se loan aur hero passion pro 110 finance karaya hai.
                      Mera loan no.3120497 aur 4767251 hai. Jo 8.10.19 ko dedicate hona tha. Mere account me 7200 ke lagbhag tha. Par apki company ne 8.10.19 ko nahi kata aur agle din penalty ke sath kat liya. Isse pahle aisa kabhi nahi hua hai.
                      8 ko yadi sunday rahta hai to bhi 9 ko penalty nahi lagta tha. Please check and resolve my problem.

                        Hero customer ko 5 year engine warranty de raha he to engion repair krke dena chahiye 15000 km hi running hui he aur 3 year hi hue he gaadi purches kiye gaadi itni use nhi aati to serives hero services pr regular nhi kra paye aur ye 15000 km pr engion problem hero company default he warranty period khtm ho jata to me is baat ko samjta ye to customer ke saath dhoka he Request id[protected]

                          I had ordered a bike (Passion pro) on oct 5th and i am not given any update on what happened on the bike. I had made the full payment and still not getting an update on whether the bike had got registered or the date in which i will receive the bike.

                          I am surprised on the way a first class bike company has been treating the customer especially when i have made teh full payment and also after multiple reminders

                          I will never recomment or appreciate the velachery showroom based on the response i get from them

                          This issue was never resolved and never attempted as well.
                          Poor customer service. We can might as well destroy the Velachery office as I have been the same feedback about the Velachery Moto corp. The bike is useless.

                                I have paid for my pleasure plus accessories vide recipt no 10201bj19p6807 from showroom of chandan automobile kankarbagh patna where i was manhandled and threatened by store keeper staff. He gave ck my invoice receipt snatched the seat cover mat and excelerator cover and told me to left the showroom otherwise he will beat me. Around 1pm i left the showroom without any accessories and i was being cheated with rs 2285/. All this incident are captured in cctv

                                I have purchased Motorcycle from Kanha motors civil lines allahabad.I have been fasing heating problemb continues.
                                I went to the showroom to tell about my problem but I was returned after saying a common issue..
                                This small problem is getting bigger.
                                Sir I servicing the motorcycle today detail problem raise but no any problem solve and taken amount about 409 .three points raised only one points will be solved.I talk then reply our every problem solved .please why could be agree that free service.

                                  I have purchased bike from hero company last 6 month, i complete third service that time i told the problem in the technician. Problem is whenever i drive the bike 50 km speed the total body was vibrating. And also jumb the humps that time creat a sound in fornt side. The mechanic told me the problem sloved but same problem in found the problem didn't sloved.

                                    I am prodyat kumar das, physically semi handicapped person. And i am using hero meastro edge vx. My bike has a electrical fault issue and now my is in vinline service centre baguiati kolkata.

                                    Since 29th sept due to wearing harness, part no-32100aaw001 unavailability service center unable to give bike. Why such things happen with me?

                                    I need immediate action from your end as i am totally dependent on my bike.

                                    UP70EE5173 Super Explender was purchased on Finance 16 months ago From Saraswati Motors Chowk Allahabad.
                                    Problem-1- Gas formation in petrol Tank and water enters during rains despite 5 Services;
                                    2- Bike stops frequently while travelling.

                                    Kindly direct me accordingly to ensure Complete & Permanent Solution of these faults.

                                      I have deposit my vechile at madhamgramm, north24parganas, collar wb at 900 am on 12/10/19. As per sl no. 26.
                                      In this regard, supervising manners said, i will take my scuity 0100pm today.

                                      But i received my scuity mastreo, then sl. No. 27 and other bikes &etc has already been completed.

                                      My servicing no. Jump and avoid.

                                      Second time face same problem at this service centre.

                                        I have purchased a new hero duet scooter on 1/10/2019 (Sreeja saji, thannickal, karimkunnam) and delivered to my home on 5/10/2019. The handover of the scooter made with our absence. I have seen only the scooter on 6/10/2019. At the time of checking the following defects are noted.
                                        1. The colour of all fibber parts changes black to gray and white
                                        2. Body colour of engine changed
                                        3. Scratches and rust are seen in the metal parts (Side stand, center stand etc)
                                        4. Rust are seen in the side rim, bolt and nuts, springs and underside of the body.
                                        So totally it is not a new one. So i request to exchange the scooter
                                        Now the dealer not willing to exchange or return money
