H. No.2-2-1118/1, shop no 2, 3, 4&5 new nallakunta, shivam road, hyderabad, hyderabad, 500044, telangana, india
On[protected] i have said problems in my bike noise from chain,
Noise from front & back wheel,
Oil change & low pickup
The supervisor filled complains as body vibrations just
After two days the noise is very high in front wheel at that time i am at my work and go to service center at[protected] and i have asked to the supervisor for proper service then the supervisor saying that if the brake pad has a paper level thin then also they don't check the brake pads & liners
I ask him is this what a heromotocrop services like this and he says if you argue with me nothing can happen
Kindly suggest me that to service my bike from next serving at hero servicing center or out side work shop if your techinicians don't know how to service a bike and tell me what kind of service done at charitha automobiles
For 800/- rs just for oil & oil filter change

    Today i serviceed my bike they taken 700 rs And also they took 2 day to service but
    They didn't done any think before service my bike is good now I'm facing
    Wall sound infront of supervisor
    And i told him about sound
    And he said me i can't do and also washing also not good
    And I'm facing mask sound pls resolve this
    And they don't care about coustomer problem
    They cheated me

    I am the owner of hero slender pro from 2012 reg.no TN 54 E 0977 (P.MUNIAPPAN SALEM)at the time i got good life card.now the points cumulated in my card more than 8500 points .but i had a service my bike on 4.11.2019 .the points of my card was neclected by the service centre Ashok hero moto corp Salem pls take necessary action
    Government employees 1500 rupees discount not given according to company's policy
    Engine to engine oil leakage is happening since four to five days and when he is in the hero agency, mechanic is not doing bike repair correctly

      जिसका इंजन मात्र दो माह में डैमेज हो गया ।
      ब्लॉक पिस्टन एवं क्रेन को एक्सचेंज किया गया लेकिन उसके एक माह बाद ही बाईक की कंडीशन पुनः पहले जैसी हो गई, पुनः शोरूम जाने पर डीलर बिल्कुल द्य नही दे रहा है । निवेदन हे कृपया बाईक एक्सचेंज करके नई बाइक दी जाए।

        I had bought a new maestro edge one twenty five cc fi on twenty five october and it has lots of problem from the starting days. When i bought it, it has severe brake problem which was not taken seriously in the service center, all the staff members only give excuses not one do their job. I had visited the service center five times then they solved it by keeping my scooter full one day in service center and now it has starting problem every morning, it is not starting in morning every day and i had shown it to the service center they only give excuses including the service manage. All of them only crack jokes and no one is serious about their customers. If the members of hero company are not able to fix my problems then please give me a new scooter. I want a fully working scooter not a scooter which had lots of problem every day. Fix my problems or replace my scooter. I just want a fully working scooter.

        When we goes to dealer he is not satisfied to me
        I also complain Many times but problem is not solve
        So I want to replace my bike

          I have purchased hf deluxe self start ibs model. Two months had passed but still i didn't get rto passing. Very bad service by hero company. I will not prefer anyone for hero. I had got very bad experience about hero. Already i had got very high priced at 65600/-. Were i have purchased from village sonai at taluka newasa. And i m getting bike from ahmednagar at price of 63000/-and i have make payment of 64000/-. I have to pay 1600 more. Because, of this showroom owner is not doing rto passing. Please give any suggestion..

            I bought my bike in june 2017. Ever since the mileage of my bike never exceeded 35kmpl. At first the serviceman told me that it will after 3rd free service. My 5th free service has ended but the problem remains the same. Then they asked me to take joyride subscription of 1 year. I also thought that maybe in the joyride service my bike's performance and their service will improve. But nothing changed, both remained poor. Then at the last joyride service i rate them poor when they called me in my number to give them rating. I told everything on the phone but they never get back to me. Neither for the complaint nor for the renewal of joyride for the 2nd time. After a long wait i finally decided to write here. Hope this will help. I am not sure about you guys resolving my issue. But i am damn sure that i am not gonna suggest anyone to but hero bike's. Very very very very poor after sale service.

                No one is their in billing counter. The timing of jmk motors is 9:00 am and i’m waiting tehre from 9:00 am form someone to come in the absence of that there but no one is resolving my issue they are referring each other for the issue i had. Workings are not taking proper care of customer and they do not understand the value of other persons time. And after service i’m getting fuel issue and the cleaning issue.

                    One day i have to go to the service center of badrika automobiles - hero motocorp in satna for servicing of the scooter at 1:30 pm. But the employee says to sit in office but they do not service my scooter at 6:30 pm and then says me your scooter service is not possible because of 2 years is over and also says pays 40 rupees of scooter washing fees.

                          My new glamor 9monts old bike it travelled 7856kms from 2nd service i noticed white smoke coming from exhaust while bike starting every time... I informed to service centre everytime 3rd service done but no stop white smokimg. Engine oil level also decreased to low... After it runned 1700 kms today i changed new oil in service centre also 4th service done today... I complained to service center they said it is normal... But engine oil level decreased and white smoke coming... I'm unsatisfied with my glamour bike... Please give me better suggestion and pls solve my problem

                          My bike rc no AP39D1988 check my service details...period between 3rd and 4th service nearly 70days only... Travelled 1758 kms only but today engine oil level too low... Engile oil changed... Level shows good.. But now i started my bike... White smoke came from exhaust ...

                          Today morning i staryed the bike continuesly 10 seconds more thick smoke came from exhaust... After 1 hour again started smoke came now also started smoke came... Sometimes smoke came in bike running time... Very smell coming from exhaust... After new engineoil changed 200 kms running engine oil mirror level also decreased...

                          Yesterday i told this complaint to the dealer.. they received me very well.. and they checked my vehicle they changed new valves in engine head as warranty... But today also same smoke came from exhaust... My problem is not solved again i informed to the service centre they called me again for recheck my vehicle

                              Dear sir, my self sharmila rasal from village nanij and district ratnagiri. I buyed pleasure plus scooty from gandhi showroom. I have paid 250 rs for my pleasure foot mat since my bike has completed two and half months still i have not received it. They are just giving silly reasons. That we will provide you after some days. But still i have not received it. This all happened at gandhi showroom ratnagiri. Please solve my problem.

                                Today i have visited service centre of amit motorcycles pvt. Ltd. For bike service. This is the worst experience of my life. They had done only incomplete wash and engine oil change after two days visit. After telling to clean carburator, spark plug and to check speedometer they had charged rs.300 approx in 5th free sevice provided by heromotocorp. Even after telling they had not cleaned the spark plug. Bike is still not functioning well but l had paid a free coupon and rs. 540 for engine oil change, incomplete wash and for speedometer chek. They had told to share satisfactory otp before before delivery the bike and check.

                                I want to know the heromotocorp warranty and service policy.
                                I think any user can do like this service at home only in 10 min at home.

                                My bike no work properly
                                I purchased super splendor from North bihar AGRO AGENCIES PVT LTD, muzaffarpur on 14 September 19.faced starting problem even after first service and sound is also not satisfactory. Seems to have defect in carborator. Doesn't get positive response from agency BIKE REGISTRATION NO.BR06 CB7879

                                  Sir मेरी बाइक के चेन मे से कुछ आबाज आ रही थी मै आपनी बाइक सर्विस करने के लिए सर्विस सेन्टर गया
                                  सेन्टर पर 650 रुपये charge बताया गया पर जब बाइक दी गई तो 2600बिल मिला मेरा अच्छा पार्ट बी चेंज कर दिया 20रुपये की बाइक चेन लॉक टुट गया था तो लॉक ना डाल कर पूरा चेन सेट ही डाल दिया गया ओर chutch plate को भी पूरा चेंज कर दिया मुझे 650 बताया गया था लेकिन 2641का बिल दिया इतना फ्रौड क्यों करते हैं सर्विस सेन्टर में और बाइक की चेन में से अभी भी शोर हो रहा है मेने बताया तो बोले आपकी टायर में पंक्चर है जो चेन कवर से टकरा कर आबाज करता है पंक्चर तो एक साल से है कभी आबाज नहीं की

                                      Recently i given my hero maestro two wheeler to service center near my place sai suman motors @ gangaram hyderabad...
                                      Worst experience i have faced.. No proper service was happed.. They don't do anything except water cleaning they charged 1280/-
                                      Now again went back to service center now they are saying motors break down and some spare part changes demand to pay 8600/-
                                      No proper answer from service center, iam soo disappointed..

                                      Worst service center..no proper repair has happened simply water cleaning happened rest of the issues not solved.kindly take necessary action against service center
                                      Sir I have purchased a glamour bike from maa agency dahiya bhagwanpur but there battery is not work properly
                                      Myself aman gond, I'm from azamgarh uttarpradesh. Here in my district I came to service my hero bike at hero agency ... They gave the delivery time of 5:30 pm ... And now it's 4:41 pm and my bike is not even washed...Near about 50 min left in delivery... Now you can guess the quality of service that they do...

                                        Sir, i bought a new super spender on 01.07.2019 evening. Next day when i drive it, it was giving an unpleasant sound from engine, on complaining compnay said that it will be rectified in first service, no control measure taken, after running 2400km its sound raised cause my headach while driving, again sent for services but no rectification done. Now my bike is in service station since 15.10.2019 and not ready to move, whole engine repaired of my new bike (Dl14s2548) and still sound not done. Now agency is saying that recieve your bike in current condition and some parts are on the way, once thay will come we will call you to bring it back for repairing, sir i am salaried person and no other convence is available to me and i am forced to use public transport even after paying full payment to the company. As now engine has been repaired of new bike i am not able to recieve it again. Please arange to issued me new bike or refund my money.
