    Dear sir,

    I was made service of my scooty on dated 05th aug. 2010 at amar moter silvasaa, at the time of delivery i was found that even no proper washing is done by service engineer, then i complained to service engineer, he told me "isse jyada kuchh nahi ho sakta"
    After service of scooty following observation is found;
    1. Avarge of fuel is getting down from 42km/ltr to 34 km/ltr.
    2. No any request is attend by service engineer.
    3. Getting spark plug issue on dated 25th aug. Same as convey to complain center, but no any action take by him.

    Excepted service i am still waiting for registration certificate of vichele.

      I have done servicing of my pleasure (Up32gf5470) on 07 sep 19 at karan motors, bikaner. A feed back was asked by service centre on 09 sep 19 for which i gave positive response but till then scooty was not used as it is used by my wife. I went out of station on 09 sep 19. On 10 sep 19 scooty was used by my wife. She found petrol had drained out. She reached for local repair near house. My wife was shocked to see the condition of scooty from inside. Service centre had just washed scooty from outside. I was charged for change of oil filter which was also not done. She made a call to sales manager mr kishan but no positive response came from him. Currently scooty is having starting problem. I have always done servicing from authorised centre but this type of response discouraged by me. Service centres like are defaming the name of hero motors.

When i go to agency they speak me sir we will call you but no call comes. By the new rule of motor vehicle act if i get invoice by trafffic police who will pay?

          Hi i am devender, yesterday i came in your store for the bike service your executive mr. Dharmender was denying for taking my bike he said to me we don't have staff due to ganesh chaturthi holiday so we could not done service today then i again requested your manager mr. Narayan now he agreed with me and thank a lot for giving me service good understand for my time importance but i am very disappointed with your charges amount which was charged in my bill because when i came last time in your store mr. Rana ram offered me joyride card and he said to me after making card when will you come next time you don't need to pay extra services amounts and you have to pay only fuel charge amount on that you will get 5% extra off. That's it but again i have paid same your formalities amount which was never discussed with me. I told your manager mr. Narayan ram same this thing and i request to him. That please remove your extra charge and refund me my joyride card. He directly deny that i could not give you. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

            I gave my vehicle for service at sharda motors jalore on wednesday (10sept.) but they gave me back vehicle with delayed delivery firstly by 15 hours and second one they damaged boot (Dicky of scooty) light. I told them to repair it but they demanded for money despite the mistake is by their side and not attended my scooty for more than 2hrs after i told them for repairing. I heromotocorp service delivery totally disappointed me. When i told them that i would. Go to court for that issue then they attended my vehicle.

              This is to bring to your notice, that i purchase my hero pleasure on 16th july 2019 from sarathy motors, redhills, chennai-52. I paid money for extra fittings but almost 2 months gone footrest has not been given. I didnot receive my rc book & original insurance copy. They got a signature from customers as free helmet received without giving free helmet. The way they treat customers also not satisfying. Plz take necessary action.

                I purchased destine bike last two months back at kaveripattinam (Dealer), krishnagiri dt. All payment are settled, rc book and keys also given, 1st service done on 25july19. On the first time purchased without side stand sensor, but they are promised with 1 one week we complete the job without any cost. But till now the sensor is not fitted and they asking 400 rs extra and 2nd service asking 750 rs extra for oil service. This type of dealer is spoiled your hero image, they are rudely told to me we are not service your bike, you complain any where no problem. Ph [protected].

                    Hello team,

                    This is pratik mahanta and i have my less than one-year old bike (Hero achiever, 150cc). I went for my 4th free service on 8th sept 2019 (Sunday). I asked them to change the engine oil and told them about some problems to be fixed. I do not know if they have fixed those or not, but they have certainly created a new problem in my bike. I returnted home and put the bike on stand. The next morning i found that engine oil is dripping on the floor. I cleaned up the floor to watch if this happens again, and the next morning i saw the same thing.

                    Now, it is a fact that i stay outstation and cannot not come to my hometown every week. To fix this sort of things, i need to take my bike to the service centre again, or to a local bike mechanic. It's really painful and harrassing kind of thing.

                        Hi team,

                        My maestro which is bought from pune savya hero - mh12qx8204 was in running condition till yesterday dated 10th sept 2019 and today when i saw i was unable to start it with kick or self start. I called out savvya hero pune but there service centre was unable to help me as my home in approx. 9 km from there location. Such a pathetic service i have reicved, i cant even start my bike with local mechanic and its highly impacting my mobility as well.
                        This seems to be battery issue or something to do which is hampering and i am not getting right support. Please call me [protected] an escalate this.

                          मेरी बाइक हीरो ग्लैमर का fuelमीटर शुरू से ही खराब है कई बार शिकायत करने के बाद बाद भी कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है मैं आशीष मोटर sheopurसे बिल्कुल पूरी तरह से नाराज हूं! फुल टैंक में तेल फुल होने पर भी मीटर फुल नहीं दिखाता है या फिर आधा टैंक होने के ऊपर रिजर्व दिखाने लगता है इससे मुझे बहुत परेशानी होती है कई बार तो मेरा बाइक रस्ते में रुक गया इस फ्यूल मीटर की वजह से

                              I am deeply stressed because my sister bought hero maestro edge in oct 2017 from kanpur. Since the first day two wheeler has been giving ignition problems. We have been to service center atleast 8-10 times in 1.5 years, where they just fix the issue temporarily but they have not been able to fix the problem. Rather they have started neglecting her.

                              She bought the two wheeler by her small household saving of 15 years. This is absolutely ridiculous and need your help. Below are the details of vehicle and dealer.

                                Dear sir/madam
                                Sir i purchased the bike in feb 19 of your company. I always preferred authorized dealer by last 3 services i am going to 'singh auto sales and service center' bakshi ka talab, lucknow.in each free service the dekar is compelling for nitrogen filling, filters change, spark plug without having any problems and without my permission they signing the permission performa and making bill lumsum of 500rs other than oil. They are asking for service charges and secondly i booked my 5th service online on 06 sep 19 i took by bike to service centre my bike was in queue after 5 bikes but people come after me and book their service after me and get their bike before me the dekar put me at 20th number because i refused for nitrogen filling. Is it compulsory.
                                Please take strict action against the dekar.

                                On today's service also they charged me for nitrogen filling without my prior permission and they did not fill it whereas they charged me and did not give any bill. They are compelling for the other charges in Free service like as washing charges, servicing charges etc. Very bad experience

                                  My vehicle number up32gu0297. Service center - goel motors. Hero sales and service vikas nagar lucknow. I have given my vehicle for servicing last month. One months is also not completed after the service. Suddenly my vehicle was not working. It was not starting. I had gone to far place for my work and had to return by dragging the maestro edge of mine. Then i had shown it to local mechanic he said that the spark plug was defective. Then he had changed it. It's your responsibility to provide the vehicle after proper examination. I am paying an amount of rs. 360 around for just service. You are not doing it for free. But what the # service they are providing. I will never go to this service center again in my life and will suggest everyone not to go there.

                                  I came with other problems they didn’t listen they said technician will take care all the this things finally they did only full service after I said my problems they are not listening they simply ignore and telling other things really not happy with your service

                                    My name is praveen tiwari. I was purchase bike of our company bike model - glamour fi. I was buy from janta motor trading company pratapgarh u. P.
                                    My bike was not start on 23 august. I am go to our showroom for repairing of my bike then mechanic told sir damage parts of your bike is not avialable in my workshop. And give me 5 to 7 days for ready your bike.
                                    But now after 16 days my bike is not repair. Any person not attend my call in showroom. I have face many problem for doing this type of bad service or unresponsible.

                                      I am nishanta singha from mumbai, owner of passion xpro.
                                      I bought the bike in the month of january so it's been just 8 months but my bike looks like 2 years old because of the rust in many parts. Engine is all rusted along many of the parts. I have already replaced my headlamp and now again i got a defective piece. I am struggling with all these from last 3 to 4 months. I have been fooled by hero. When these problems are raised to the service provider still no action has been taken or initiated. My bike is in loan for 3 years but it seems it will not last for 3 years. Please take some suitable action or get my money back. Everyone i visit for service i have to go twice after the service to recheck the issues. Very annoying and dissatisfied service provider. The problems faced are from very long time but i waited that someday service provider will take care of all this but they didn't so i finally decided to raise a complaint.

                                        From 9th May my vehicle is at Gouranga moter till now parts are not avaleble.How can I manage my daily routine? It is my leg. Without leg who will manage his work
