Respected sir/madam,
I'm debasis ghorui from bankura. I purchased hf deluxe on 10th aug. I asked the sales person to tell me the actual price with 1st party insurance, he said 63800/-.
But they provide me 1year 1st party and 4 year 3rd party. Beside this when i reached bankura rto, i saw my documents was wrong. They wrote wrong father name. It was saturday when i bought the bike, sales man gave me a manual bill for this bike. Sir i purchased the bike with full cash payment. So it was not a big problem to buy 1st party insurance. He cheat me. Plese do something. The name of the showroom is d. M. Automobile, a branch of dutta automobile. Barjora, bankura, 722202.

Job card number 8557 maharajah motors under diya motors. Fork shakes and as usual General checkup was my complaint. But they're didn't fixed my complaints and chain is over taited. Important thing is yet not get my service book. Am so sad about it. Kindly take nessesry actions plz

This was my 2nd free service, I'm never expected from hero motocorp, now like a bysickle when i riding, if they're giving my service book i gave some other dealer for service. But they didn't
Somvanshi hero corp Shankargarh PRAYAGRAJ. service is very poor and time consuming.it takes whole day for customers for the service.

    I took my new model glamour vehicle for service in a showroom near nh 65 at sangareddy pothireddypalli cross roads, while giving i told the all problems like back brake shoes problem, sound from bike front head, clutch issue, kick rod issue and etc, then they returned my bike again i am getting sound from my bike from front head and from engine and they changed brake shoe with new one but i didn't feel any difference after change, in additional bike engine shutting down suddenly, so i took my bike again and they told me sir mechanics are not available for deep service because the sound may come from inside and told me to come on next or some other so i left and again visited on one fine day week day only then didn't even open anything or any part just done some temporary adjustment like tighten bolts etc, at that moment i was completely upset and loose trust on company services, mostly i take service in company showrooms only because of trust but now i lost, while they are doing service i understand that they are making me fool, so goodbye

      We have purchased a pleasure on 7.6.19 at sri sri automobiles warangal, after 1 month battery failed, got replaced by showroom. On the same day evening again give trouble, they took vehicle and got repaired in 4 days. Then after one month later, now again battery got failed, visited the with the vehicle, they said that they will come n collect the vehicle. Nobody as come as of now.
      Please look into issue, why frequent repairs are coming for a showroom vehicle. If it is a defective product, please replace it with another one.

Kiya tha kyuki gadi ki awaz sahi nhi thi to mujhe ye bola gaya ki sare staff chutti or chale gye hai dusre din ana mai jab dubara gaya to waha 100rs ka bill bana jisme awaz ki problem thi isme v mai 11pm pahuncha aur mujhe bola gaya aap jaiye sham 6pm aaiyega us samay bhi ye problem thik nhi hui to maine fir complaint ki jaha maine bill pay kiya tha us samay staff tha aur maine gadi chale kar use sari problem batai par usne usko nhi thik kiya parantu ask jab mai fir use chalane ko gaya to mujhe pata chala ki meri gadi ka mobil nhi change kiya gaya aur meri complaint lene ko bhi wo tayyair nhi hai

            Sir i have hero bike. When i go to the agency for free 2nd service then the agency man take extra money for service... The oil mrp 230 which they use but they take 250 for service.. We all know that mrp price is almost 100 more the real price.. Sir this kukkar motors agency take every customer 250 rupes for free service

              Greetings of the Day!!
              I've purchased my new bike from "RK Automobile" Glamour FI and on the 8th of August, there is the first service of my bike. On that day one of the Employee broke the part of my bike of which pictures are attached and when my Father said about this to the general manager they told him that as per our policy if any damage happened while servicing then we are not responsible for it and deny to repair it and after a long argue he said that wait for 3 days Within 3 days I'll tell you what else can be done and when after 3 days my father called him he said to wait for another 2 days and today it's 16th of August till now I haven't received any kind of revert from his side and for the same I've raised complaint as well on 12th of August to Customer support my complaint number is[protected] and still my bike is in the same condition which is damaged. Now I'm pissed of such service and now for me, only last resort is Social media because it's been around 10 days I raised a complaint on customer support and also sent mail to a nodal officer but still I haven't received any kind of resolution or reply from any end.
              Kindly resolve it as soon as you can because I'm just pissed of that pathetic service and that General Manager. I hope at least I'll get a positive response from your side soon.

                Sir,
                I purchased Maestro edge approx 2 years back
                When I insert key in vehicle it shows a symbol of key and I again and again try to insert it when symbol goes it is able to start than I told to manager of Hero Motorcorp service center, Panchkula. They told me please try to start and finaly after 40 50 attempt scooter start and management told me to come for sevice How am I supposed to get this scooter to the the center if doesn't start. Moreover, I have registered this complaint several times during the services, yet they haven't addressed it even though it's an in built function. I am using the original key and still facing this problem. There are times I have been stranded at a place for more than 2 hrs trying to get this thing to start. Those people from Hero Motorcorp are unresponse and severe action has to ben taken against them. I must be compensated for the hardships I am facing and they must repair my scooter.

                  I have purchased hero xtreme 200r from golden motors, berhampore, west bengal. My registration no is wbaz9844. From the very begining there is a problem regarding front brake. The front brake doesn't work when the road surface becomes barren or rough. The brake becomes totally workless. I have told the technician of the hero service. But the didn't fix the problem even they have less an idea about abs in front brake. They even gave the silly reason for this problem. I am facing too much problem and the worst technician did nothelp me out. The technician even became anger when i told several time that the problem is still not fixed after their worthless and fruitless work. The technicians kept my bike for 1 full day but after keeping the bike they deliver me the bike with the same problem. Please have a look with this problem and take a drastic step to cure my problem.

                    On dated 25/07/2019 my bike got damage during road accident.
                    And same day accidental bike handover to vss, udaipur for nessesory repairing under insurance.
                    Vss, udaipur confirm repairing will done within 7-8 working days (Confirm date is 02/08/2019).
                    But after approx one month still they are not repair the bike and asking wait for more 5-6 days.
                    Requested please look into this matter and resolve asap.

                    Today I gave service my hero splendor..they changed oil and chain something..both cost around 320rs but the labour cost 350rs its unbelievable how they are cheating like this..I don't think so this much for labour

                      I had taken the Hero Super Splendor bike in the last August, the voice was coming from the last wheel from the 2nd day of taking it, for which I also took the bike from Keshav Motor Nikol Ahmedabad Gujrat, then he fixed it and then gave it to him and then after the fixing week. In 10 days the voice used to start again
                      This routine was still going on, I had the last man pay the service, then They told me chain chakar changed it, will there be any solution to it or not.
                      Before this, I had a TVS Star City bike, which I drive for 11 years and changed Chain Chakkar only 1 time, after 7.5 years,
                      Hero had selected because I would get the Best result from TVS, but it was a very bad experience.
                      I hope Right decision will come

And very bad service of your company. Your engine oil price rs.420 is very high because high quality engine oil is in only rs.320 in market.                             I purchased my bike on dt 24.8 17 but from that i am not satisfied with d bike due to missing problem self and chain problem... When i visited the agency for service that the staff gave no satisfactory reply for that. I can done 4 services from agency... But no improvement in above said problems when i checked my bike from outside shop mechanic they said the chain set or battery is so poor or damaged... Now i want to know the actual life or warranty of battery and chain set given by you... Because my bike runs only 10400 km but from date of purchase i can many time visited the agency reg that 2 issues but they are helpless or not taken any necessary action... Now you tell me this types of poor parts are installed in your bikes... Very poor service other compared to other company.. So it is there fore requested to your good self that kindly sought out my problem ie. Change of my battery... Beacause battery have 2 year warranty and also chain set... Otherwise i i'll knock the door of consumer court because i am already very harassed due to ur bike poor condition parts... Beacaue mass level i was visited the agency office... But no necessary action taken

                              I purchased my bike on Dt 24.8 17 but from that I am not satisfied with d bike due to missing problem self and chain problem ...when I visited the agency for service that the staff gave no satisfactory reply for that. I can done 4 services from agency...but no improvement in above said problems when I checked my bike from outside shop mechanic they said the chain set or battery is so poor or damaged...now I want to know the actual life or warranty of battery and chain set given by you...because my bike runs only 10400 km but from date of purchase I can many time visited the agency reg that 2 issues but they are helpless or not taken any necessary action...now you tell me this types of poor parts are installed in your bikes...very poor service other compared to other company ..kindly sought out my problem ie.change my battery... otherwise is I'll knock the door of consumer court because I am already very harassed due to ur bike condition parts...

                                I was go to hero dealer showroom bathinda motors on 15.08.2019 for doing service of my bike hero seplender +. I feel that my bike cunsumed more petrol than usual and handle of bike is also tight. I face the problem that half tenk of petrol is cunsumed within 260 km on road which is not possible. Oil was increased by servicemen without my permission. Due to face this problem i lost double petrol on 260 km which was not possiblem. I am not satisfied.

                                  Complains are as follows
                                  1. Starting problem from initially even after servicing
                                  2. Start switch not available unable to make contact

                                  4 body not sturdy for long drive for 10 km
                                  5 very much unsatisfied with the bike start, drive and

                                    The i3s which is branded as the usp stopped working within 4 months of purchase. The self start doesn't work. The bike is 125cc glamour does not go above 60km speed. The clutch is hard playing and you will need to stand on it to change it and mileage is not above 40/liter. Despite giving it for servicing (Second service), the problem persists.

                                    I probably will recommend others to go for either saluto from yamaha or shine from honda. Better performance on all grounds.

                                      I had purchased a new passion xpro bike at visakhapatnam on 18 jun 2019. The rear tyre does not hold air while you charge aur in it. After three four attempts the valve gets reset n holds air. A defective part was used which is causing lots of trouble. During the first service the service centre guys refused to work on it.                                         I ravish g k purchased pleasure form shah mobikes pvt ltd mysuru 1 week early, yesterday (16/8/2019) i have been to showroom for vehicle accessories the employee working over their are not providing any information about the accessories of my vehicle they have just placed the accessories of hero dute to hero pleasure and they said dute and pleasure are same this information is provided by company side it seems let me know.

                                        Service center employee are always quarrel each other, i am not happy with their behavior
