This to inform your good self that i have given vehicle bearing reg no ts10es7620 extreme 200r to m/s krishna sai motors malkajgiri hyderabad on[protected] still the problem is not solved saying that parts not available with them and the spare parts incharge mr jagdish say itrs not his responsibility and the vehicle is lying ideal and on daily basis i am spending around 200 rs for my local transportation and daily i am late to office and got a remark for late reporting to duty, kindly look in the matter and do the needful at the earliest assuring the favorable remedy for the same and see to it that i can enjoy my vehicle

    abhi iske engine me problem aa rhi hai mene hero agency Rajaram Dharniya agency me visit kiya unhone isko repair krne se mna kr diya unka khna h ki iski koi service nhi krwayi aapne. rural area me agency malhi auto mobile bhikhiwind me online service facility unavailable thi.
    mene jo bhi service karwayi hai uski sabhi entry service book me enter hai.
    wo ise manne me inkar kr rhe hai.
    mene 2-3 bar agency visit kiya koi proper solution nhi diya gya agency dwara.
    unka khna hai jahan aapne bat krni hai wha krlo kuj nhi ho skta.
    plz jaldi se jaldi smsya ko hal kiya jaye...

      I had bought xtrem 200r before 9 month ago and continously facing problem. 4 nos. Servicing already completed, but problem has not yet been solve your machiniques. Problem are as follows:
      1. After run 5 to 10 minutes the sound has going increase so loudly.
      2. After run 60km/h the bike has not stolen its smoothness and taking more gear.
      3. I am not satisfied to ride on this bike or not get smoothness like as my previous bike pulsar-150.

        Dear concern,
        I get the service of bike done through your service centre and changed the chain set and indicator but my problem is still the same again the chain set broke.
        If some kind of mishappening accured, then who will be responsible for it.
        Due to such carelessness people are getting fool.
        I have already paid 2250 for this after that also the problem remains the same and when i speak to your service centre they misbehave.
        Kindly provide some instant solution to this problem else i will take some strict action.

          I service my bike form dhansri motocrop sector 63 noida
          But i'm not satisfied with this service they changed me extra money for service i already activate joyride pack on my bike after this they charge my labor charge rupes 506. If labor charge applying then my joyride pack activation is not valid.
          Also my bike average is very very poor. I full my bike tank on 14979. And my bike tank empty on 15206 only full tank my bike run only 250 km. I set my bike average outside. It running good. But from hero service i'm fully dissatisfied. Please look on this topic. And taking labor charge from me if joyride pack is activated.

            I just have one thing to say that your service is wurst.
            I have given my scooty for servicing at your service center in ranchi hatia singhmore branch but while delivery your persons has given the wrong vehicle to my driver when i have sent him back then they have given my vehicle that too when i have called them then they got to know that they have sent the wrong vehicle.
            I think this is something which is blunder and shows the casual behavior of your staff.

Sir aapki complete site par 3500 complete hai jab usme se 2% customer ki sunwai hui hai to mera to pata nahi kab no aayega but sir aapko apni company badnaam kare me jyada acha lag raha hoga to hum kar bhi kya sakte hai bus itna ki aur logo ko hero ko ki bhi gadi na lene ki sala de sakte hai. Koi aur company ki gadi lo but hero ki mat lena kyoki ye service ke time bahut jayada charge karte hai aur kaam bhi nahi karte wo time gaya sir jab hero ek naam nahi brand tha but ab naam bhi kitne din rahe ga agar yahi halat rahe to kyuki aap logo ko time nahi hai customer ki sune ka aapki gadi sale ho gai bus baad me customer jaye bhad me. But kabhi ye socha hai is wajha se customer dobara gadi nahi lega. Maine apni problem bata di aapko jab aapko fursat ho...

                  Sir i purchased hero splendour plus bike from jai auto mobile bhiwani haryana on 07 nov 18 on occasion of festival diwali.
                  The performance of bike is very poor. The deficiencies are

                          I am lokesh rai. I bought hero's maestro edge 125 from kanha motors allahabad on 22 july 2019. The scooter failed to start from the next day unless self is tried or kick for 3-5 minutes. Boot starts burning after riding for 15 kms or so. Mileage is less than 30 kmpl. Something makes sound while handle is turned left or right. Engine makes lot of noise even at normal speeds & a tick tick noise sometimes. All these observations in 3 days on a new scooter worth almost 75000 rupees. Please ask the company to take the scooter and give me back my full refund money.

                            I have purchase hero hf deluxe on 10-nov-18. Day 1 i am facing stating problem every time i am saying at the time of servicing but he told me there is no problem it's problem is resolve automatic after few months but today is finally not start. Only start with choke after closing choke stop engine.. Oil tank was full. Pls help to resolved this problem or process for replacement.. Otherwise i am going for strict action...

                              I purchased a new hero maestro edge 110 cc. After two months of only getting the issue in the scooty. I asked the dealer to fully check the scooty and deliver to me. But after that also, i am getting issues in the scooty. Issues are.

                              Tire change within 6 months.
                              Two times battery change.
                              Having issues in the engine.
                              Engine oil leaking problem

                                    I just purchase a bike 4-5 months old now when i'm i was going for service center for serving the said you have to 3500 for overall serving. So can you please me tell one thing just within 4-5 months how can all the parts of my bike will damage whereas i, m always did serving on the time?                                       I bought a hf delux on[protected] from m/s. Raunak motors, bathinda (Punjab) via invoice no. 1140bf9s197. We were told that we will receive a call for choosing the registration number from the list of 50 numbers within 10 days but when we didn't received any call we contacted them many times but they said they will call. Now they choose the number themselves and communicated with us in a very bitter manner. The manager threats us and asked to make a complaint and do whatever. We just want to inform you about the communication manner of the manager as it effects the company reputation.

                                        I have some problems and issues in my bike from the first day i bought it. I have done 3 services and every time they make false commitment and waisting my time and money. I do field job, so it's very tough to do this type of job with a faulty vehicle. I can't go 2-3 times a month to solve my same issue again nd again. Everytime i go they say next time. Paint of my bike is going to fade from 2-3 places, bike do missing during riding, bike get off as i stop on red light instead of i always off the i3 technology. My self start and i3s not working for last 3 months and i complained on 14/05/19 but still no part available. Please do the needful. I will be highly obliged.
